Steam power plant with at least one tubular steam generator with a low liquid content. The invention relates to a steam power plant with at least one tubular steam generator with a low liquid content, preferably a tubular flow steam generator, a reservoir and a steam engine having at least one high-pressure part, a medium-pressure part and a low-pressure part,
where in the main steam line as well as in the steam lines located between the individual parts of the engine, in an overflow line bypassing the high pressure part and finally in the loading and unloading lines of the memory throughflow regulating organs are arranged, which are not only controlled by pressures, but also be influenced by the engine speed pulses, and consists in the fact that the control organs are coupled to one another in such a way that
that the engine speed is maintained by influencing the inlet control element of the low-pressure part and the pressures in the event of excess steam by influencing the inlet control elements of the high-pressure and medium-pressure part and by influencing the accumulator charge control element, but in the case of a lack of steam by influencing the inlet -Regulating organs of the high-pressure and medium-pressure parts and by influencing the accumulator discharge -regulating element are maintained.
An example of the subject matter of the invention is shown in simplified form on the drawing. In the flow-through tube steam generator 1, which has a low liquid content, high-pressure steam, which normally has a pressure of 110 ata, for example, is generated. The steam is then fed to the steam engine through the main steam lines 2 and 8, which consist of a high pressure part 4, a medium pressure part 5 and a low pressure part 6. The vapor from the low-pressure part flows through line 7 into condenser B.
The condensate passes through the lines 9 and 10 into the feed liquid container 11. The pump 12 takes liquid from the feed container 11 and conveys it back into the steam generator 1.
The exhaust steam of the high pressure part 4 reaches ge, for example at a pressure of 9 ata, first in a counter-pressure line 13, from which part of the steam via line 14 through a reheater 15, for example at a pressure of 8 ata, in the medium pressure part 5 continues to flow. At the counter pressure line 13 is also via the line 16 of the steam accumulator 17 and via the line 18, a consumption point 19 is closed.
The exhaust line 20 of the medium-pressure part 5 (with a vapor pressure of, for example, 4.5 ata) is connected to the supply 21 of the low-pressure part 6. Steam from the reservoir 17 can also be fed to the feed line 21 through the line 22. Through a line 23 flows a part of the stored BEZW. Steam arising from the medium-pressure part 5 into a consumption point 24.
Two valves 25 and 26 are connected to the main steam line 2, which are under the influence of the boiler pressure by means of the impulse lines 27 and 28 in such a way that their flow cross-section is increased when the pressure rises and decreased when the pressure falls. The two influences through the lines 27 and 28 are matched to each other so that the valve 25 in the main steam line 3,
for example at a pressure of 110 ata and the overflow control valve 26 in the overflow line 26 'only opens at a pressure of, for example 112 ata. The inlet control valve 25 is also under the influence of a speed controller of the engine system driven by the shaft of the engine, in such a way that the flow cross-section is reduced with increasing speed.
The influence of the speed controller can cancel the influence of the pressure and conversely, the influence of the pressure can also cancel the influence of the speed controller. The inlet control valves 29 and 34 of the medium-pressure part and the low-pressure part are influenced by the same speed controller as the inlet control valve 25. In the drawing, this regulator is shown separately for each of these valves for the sake of clarity.
The valve 29 in the supply line 14 of the medium-pressure part 5 is influenced by the pressure in the exhaust line 13 (e.g. 9 ata) via the impulse line 30 so that the cross-section increases with increasing pressure, but decreases with decreasing pressure becomes. In addition, the valve is also under the influence of the pressure in the exhaust steam line 20 via the impulse line 31 (e.g.
B. 4.5 ata) of the medium-pressure part 5, in such a way that the flow cross-section is reduced when the pressure rises and is increased when the pressure falls. Finally, the valve 29 is still under the influence of the speed controller of the power machine system, which reduces the flow cross-section with increasing speed and increases it with decreasing speed.
In the accumulator charging line 16, which is connected to the counterpressure line 13, a charging valve 32 is arranged, which is controlled by the transmission of the pulse line 33 according to the pressure in the exhaust steam line 13 (e.g. 9 ata), in such a way that with increasing Pressure increases the cross-section and decreases the cross-section when the pressure drops.
The valve 34 in the feed line 21 of the low-pressure part 6 is influenced by the boiler pressure via the pulse line 35, the outlet pressure of the high-pressure part 4 via the pulse line 36 and the outlet pressure of the medium-pressure part 5 via the pulse line 37 in such a way that when the pressure rises the through The cross-section of the river is reduced and when the pressure drops, it is increased. In addition to this pressure influencing, the valve 34 is also under the influence of the speed controller of the engine.
The discharge valve 38 is influenced by the outlet pressure of the medium-pressure part 5 via the impulse line 39 in such a way that when the pressure drops, there is increased steam extraction and decreased steam extraction from the storage tank when the pressure rises.
In the steam system described, the steam accumulator 17 works with the pressure difference between the outlet end of the high pressure part 4 and the inlet end of the low pressure part 6 (highest loading pressure 9 ata, lowest discharge pressure 4.5 ata). The memory thus receives the charge steam from the high pressure part 4 via the lines 13 and 16, while the discharge steam flows directly into the low pressure part 6 via the lines 22 and 21.
The storage pressure to be read on the manometer 40 can be shifted between the outlet pressure of the high-pressure part 4 and the inlet pressure of the low-pressure part 6, ie by 4.5 ata.
The speed of the machine system is regulated in such a way that the frequency of the current generated by the generator 41 is kept constant. For this purpose, the intake valve of the low-pressure part is influenced by the speed controller of the Kraftma machine. In addition, the inlet valves of the medium-pressure part and the high-pressure part can also be controlled by the speed controller under certain conditions.
If the steam generator 1 generates an amount of steam that exceeds the requirements of the engine system, the inlet valve 34 is first influenced by the speed controller in such a way that the pressure control via the lines 35, 36 and 37 is switched off. When the low-pressure part is almost or completely switched off by the inlet valve 34, the steam inlet into the high-pressure part through the inlet valve 25 is also reduced.
The pressure in the live steam line 2 then rises so high that the live steam flows directly into the outlet line 13 via the overflow line 26 ′ and the overflow regulating element 26. As a result, the pressure rises in the exhaust line 13 and in the line 16 and the loading valve 32 is opened as a result.
The excess steam in the line 13, which cannot be absorbed by the medium pressure part 5 via the inlet control element 29 and by the consumption point 19, is then stored in the memory 17 and the pressure of the exhaust line 13 is thus kept constant. Should the pressure also rise in the exhaust line 20, the impulse line 31 reduces the passage cross-section of the valve 29, so that the influence via the impulse line 30 and the speed controller is switched off.
The medium-pressure part 5 then receives as much steam as is necessary to keep the pressure in the exhaust line 20 constant. The valve 25 is also influenced by the speed controller of the engine be, in such a way that, with increasing speed, the passage cross-section is reduced and respectively. is closed.
If less steam is generated in the steam generator 1 than corresponds to the needs of the engine and the other consumption points, the speed controller first opens the valve 25. This lowers the pressure in the line 2, so that the valve 26 is closed first of all; If the pressure falls further, the flow cross section of the valve 25 is also reduced via the impulse line 27, so that the influence of the speed regulator is canceled and the pressure in the steam generator is maintained at a constant level.
The cruise control then begins to open the valves 29 and 34, with the result that the pressure in the exhaust lines 13 and 20 begins to decrease. In order to prevent this ver, the influence of the valve 29 by the speed controller is switched off by the pulse line 30. On the other hand, the valve 34 is opened via die.Impulslei lines 36 and 37 and also via the pulse line 35 as a result of the falling pressures in the main steam line and in the two exhaust steam networks 13 and 20.
As a result, the pressure in the line 20 would drop even further if the discharge valve 38 of the accumulator were not opened via the pulse line 39, whereby an amount of steam corresponding to the lack of steam in the steam generator is subsequently supplied from the accumulator. This amount of steam not only brings the engine system to the desired performance, but also restores the necessary pressure in both the exhaust network 13 and the steam network 20 from.
It can be seen from this that the consumption points 19 and 24 can work with a practically constant steam pressure both with excess steam and with a lack of steam, and that the frequency of the current generated by the generator 41 can also be maintained.
Due to the charging and discharging of the memory increases respectively. his pressure drops. According to these pressure changes, which can be read on the manometer 40, the furnace system 42 is then influenced, by hand or automatically, so that the fire intensity is reduced when the pressure rises and the fire intensity is increased when the pressure falls.
In order to maintain the temperature of the steam, the feed valve 43 is set via the pulse line 44 under the influence of the live steam temperature so that the valve opens when the temperature rises but is closed when the temperature falls.
The structural design of both the tubular steam generator and the control organs has no effect on the invention. It is also not necessary for other steam consumption points to be connected to the intermediate steam stages of the engine.
