Einrichtung zur automatischen Steuerung eines einen Geleiseabschnitt beherrschenden Eisenbahnsignales. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur automatischen ;
Die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, .dass ein Mittel vor gesehen ist, welches zur Wirkung kommt und das Signal auf ,die Stellung ,;
wenn hier- auf der Geleiseabschnitt von einem Zug vor sichtig durchfahren wird und dabei die Zähl vorrichtung beim Verlassen .des Geleise- absohnittes gleichviele Achsen zählt wie beim Einfahren, dann,das Signal selbsttätig in :die Stellung "Geleise frei" zurückgestellt wird. Es können aber auch Vorkehrungen ;
negative Batterie.
Falls dem Lokomotivführer ein besonderes Signal ;gegeben werden soll, das ihn., trotz- dem sich das Geleisesignal in der Stellung ,;
Das Relais LRl2 wird erregt, sobald die Einzählbürste EB und die Auszählbürste ABS des SehaltersIC auf dem gleichen Kontakt stehen. Der Stromkreis LC ist nun wiederum .geschlossen, und das @Si;
Device for automatic control of a railway signal dominating a track section. The invention relates to a device for automatic;
Control of a railway signal dominating a track section, in which pulses are sent to a counting device to count the number of wheels of a train rolling into the track section and rolling out of the track section for the purpose of controlling this signal, and in which the signal remains in the "Danger" position if, for example, due to a malfunction in the device,
, the number of pulses transmitted when counting in and the number of pulses transmitted when counting out should be different.
Means have already been proposed to remedy such disturbances, by means of which the counting device could be brought back by hand to the state that is indicative of a free track segment and the signal that the "track free" position could be ordered.
It is immediately clear that such a restoration must not be allowed before it has been established that the track section is actually free, for what purpose a railway attendant must be sent on the line before this condition can be brought about manually .
However, there is always the knowledge that this restoration will take place before the track section has been examined.
The inventive device is characterized in that .that a means is seen before which comes into effect and the signal on, the position,;
Track free "resets if at least one on a train in which the number of counting and counting pulses was not equal, after the following, the train traversing the track section causes the counting of the same number of counting pulses as counting pulses ver.
With this device, the counting device can be returned to the state that characterizes a free track section without the risk mentioned above being present.
since the signal can be left in the "Danger" position even when the counting device is reset. With this signal setting, the driver of a train can be allowed to continue cautiously after a stop of the prescribed duration.
For this purpose, means can be provided which, under these special circumstances, bring this permission to the attention of the guide by means of a special signal.
The creation of the mentioned state of the counting device can be carried out manually or automatically. The arrangement can be such that,
if a train carefully passes through the track section and the counting device counts the same number of axles when leaving the track as when entering the track, then the signal is automatically reset to: the "track free" position. But it can also take precautions;
It must be made sure that the @Geleiseababschnitt must first be traversed by two trains, each time correctly counting in and out before the 'signal is set to the "Ge quiet free" position.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawing.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 illustrates a device in which the counting device is automatically returned to the stand characterizing a free track section, and Fig. 2 shows a device in which the counting device is manually returned to this state.
The numbers available in Figs. 1 and 2 deir drawing behind the slash of the transfer sign of the relay indicate how many contacts each of these relays controls.
In the embodiment illustrated by FIG. 1, the rail contacts for counting the axles when entering the track section and for counting the axles when exiting with ET respectively. LT designated.
These contacts who only open when a bike rides over them and keep the counting relay TRA / 2 respectively in the closed state. the counting relay TR'B / 2 is energized. The circuit L C keeps the signals open as long as it is closed.
This circuit leads via the normally closed contacts lrl and 9r3 of the relays LR / 2 and GR,! 3. The protective relay GR / 3 is, as long as the device is in the state that characterizes a free track, via the normally closed contact tqx3,
its normally open contact grl and the normally open contact neutral kept excited, while the line relay LR / 2 via the normally open contact gr2, the normally open contact trbl,: the counting brush ABS and the counting brush EB of the for counting the pulses:
serving switch IC (a switch of this type is described in detail in Patent No. 193: 445) is kept energized.
The device works as follows: Each axle rolling into the track section opens the @ S @ ehienenkontakte ET and causes @daduiroh the counting relay TRA / 2 to drop out.
This relay opens the circuit of the relay GR / 3 at the contact tral, which drops out and at the contact gr3 interrupts the circuit LC, whereby the signal of the track failure is put at "danger".
At the contact entered the circuit of the switching magnet RMA for: the counting relays EB of the: switch IC is activated.
The switch IC has for the one count and. Counting switching operations to be carried out separate switching magnets, namely the counting-in magnet REZA and the counting-out magnet RIVB, so that the counting in and out can take place at the same time.
Each of the axles rolling one after the other into the track section opens the contacts ET and each time causes the circuit of the magnet RMA to close, so that the counting brush EB of the switch. IC for each Axis is advanced by one step.
For each axle that rolls out of the track section: The rail contacts LT are opened so that the counting relay TRB / 2 drops out.
This relay closes the circuit of the counting magnet RMB at its contact trb2: so that the counting brush ABS of the switch IC is switched on by a corresponding number of positions.
If during counting the lower counting brush ABI des: switch reaches the contact occupied by the counting brush EB, the relay GR / 3 pulls, which during the E:
in counting has been de-energized via the contact tqx3 and these brushes again and immediately closes the holding circuit carrying it via its working contact grl and the working contact met . As soon as the upper ABS counting brush of the IC switch reaches the contact during counting, on wel:
Formerly the counting brush EB is: the relay LR / 2 is excited via the working contact gr2 and the contact trbl, and the circuit LC is closed, so that the signal is brought into the position "tracks free".
Should any: malfunction occur in the operation of the switch, so that it does not carry out the same number of steps for counting and counting the counting pulses, then: the relay LR / 2 is energized, and: the signal remains in: the, "Danger" position.
In order to switch on the brush ABS after the contact already occupied by the brush EB and still be able to leave the signal in the "Danger" position, further circuits are provided.
This enables the signal to be reset to the "tracks free" position as soon as a second train, which passes the signal in the "danger" position while maintaining the required caution, actuates the switch in the correct manner. If the counting relay TRB / 2 drops out, then:
it closes the circuit for the Relaia TQ / 2 at contact trb2, which is a rapidly picking up but slowly falling relay and keeps its armature in the picked-up state while the counting pulses are emitted.
The relay TQ / 2 closes at contact tq.2: the circuit for the high-resistance winding of the thermal relay TH / 4 in series with the lamp L. The relay TH / 4 attracts its armature and connects its normally open contact th4 the lamp L via the already closed contact tql.
1m changeover contact th2 closes a circuit for the relay TQCtl. After completion: the counting pulse: giving drops:
the relay TQ / 2 closes the circuit for the low-resistance winding of the relay TH / 4 at contact tq3 and removes the short circuit to lamp L at contact t q1. The low-resistance winding and lamp I. remain in shunt, however R.
After a certain period of time, however, the lamp will increase its resistance sufficiently to cause relay TH14 to drop out. At contact tla2: the circuit of relay TQC / 1 .ge opens. which falls as a slowly falling relay after some time.
If, after the end of the counting pulse, the relay LR is excited, which is the case when the brushes EB and ABS are on the same contact, the LC closes again.
If now at the end: the output of the relay LR / 2 remains de-energized,: that. This means that if any error has occurred in the counting processes, or if a train or at least a part of it is still on the track section, the following circuit is present before the relay TQC @ I drops out:
Positive battery, normally closed contact 1r2, normally closed contact th2, tqcl, winding of relay TQX) 7, negative battery. The relay TQX / 7 picks up in: this circuits.
At contact tqx5 a circuit for relay HR / I: is closed: positive battery, normally closed contact 1r2, winding of relay HR / 1, normally open contact tqx5, @ Selb @ st- break contacts rmb of magnet RMB,
negative battery. At the contacts tqx2 and. hrl, a circuit for the switching magnet RMB is closed.
The RMB magnet attracts its armature and moves the ABS brush of the IC switch one step further. The circuit of the relay HR; 1 is opened at the interruption contact rmb, so @that. it drops and thus opens the circuit of the RMB magnet at the contact hrl.
Since the magnet RMB drops out, the contact rmb is closed again, thereby energizing the relay HR / I again, which energizes the magnet RMB again, so that the brush ABS is switched one step further.
In this way, the counting brush ABS is switched on by the switching magnet B3IB and the relay HR / 1 until it reaches the contact on which the counting brush EB is located.
At the contact tqx3 the circuit via which the relay GR / 3 is energized when the track section is free, if the counting brush ABI is two steps away from the position of brush EB, is interrupted,
so that the relay GR / 3 cannot be energized, or if it is energized, it is de-energized:
. On the other hand, a circuit for relay LR / 2 is closed at contact tqx7 as soon as brush ABS reaches the contact on which brush EB is standing. When relay LRl2 is energized, it interrupts the circuit of relay HR / I on its contact 1r2,
and. this in turn opens the circuit of the RMB magnet at contact hrl; the relay TQX / 7 also drops out, and all relays with the exception of relay GR / 3 return to the rest position. Since the relay GR / 3 remains energized, the circuit LC remains open and thus -the signal in the "danger" position.
If the locomotive driver is to be given a special signal that he., Despite the fact that the track signal is in the position,;
"Danger" is, authorized to continue driving, a relay AR / 1 is provided for this purpose, the circuit of which can be closed at contact tqx6 of relay TQX17.
As soon as the relay AR / 1 is energized by the relay TQX / 7, it closes at the contact arl via the contact tral of the counting relay TRA. 2 leading own holding circuit.
When a following train rolls into the track section and then rolls out again, the count-in and count-out rail contacts are actuated by the train's wheels and the switch is advanced as described.
If all processes are correct, the relay GR / 3 is re-energized via the contact tqx3 when the counting brush ABI brushes the contact occupied by the counting brush EB.
The relay LR12 is energized as soon as the counting brush EB and the counting brush ABS of the holder IC are on the same contact. The circuit LC is now closed again, and the @Si;
g.nal is automatically reset to the "Tracks free" position.
The device can also be designed in such a way that the resetting of the signal to the "tracks free" position only takes place if after the train for which the number of counting and counting pulses was unequal,
two trains have passed through this track section and have counted and counted the same number of impulses.
For this purpose, the additional circuits shown under the dashed line a-a must be provided, whereby in addition, the contacts tqx3, grl,
The neutral holding circuit of the relay GR / 3 has a break contact of the relay TPQI2 and a break contact in the iStromkreis LC, the relay TPO / 2 must be switched on.
If the relay TQX / 7 is energized as described, it effects the switching of the counting brush ABS to the contact occupied by the counting brush EB and also energizes the relay TPO./2,
which at the contact RTI ID = "0004.0246" WI = "7" HE = "4" LX = "1360" LY = "2269"> tpol closes its own holding circuit. If the first train has been counted correctly a uni, then both the relay LR / 2 and the relay GR / 3 are energized, but the normally closed contact of the relay TPO / 2 in the "circuit LC" prevents
the signal is reset to the position "tracks free". Furthermore, the circuit for the relay TPQI2: is closed, which closes its own holding circuit and interrupts the circuit of the relay GR "3.
The relay TPQ / 2 also opens the holding circuit of the relay TPO / C; ! but since the relay GR / 3 is de-energized, the signal remains in the "Danger" position. The relay TPQ, 12 remains energized.
If a second train is counted in and out for the track section, the relays LRIS and GR / 3 are energized in the normal way at the end of the work process.
In a further embodiment illustrated by Pig.2, the brush ABS, of the switch IC can be manually switched to the position: of the brush EB without the signal being switched to the "track" position free "is reset.
If a train is rolled up, the track section is rolled up and rolled out again and the signal remains in the "Danger" position, the signalman can press the RK key. This will make the relay.
TQX / 5 is excited, which then causes the same processes as the relay TQX / 7 in the system according to Fig. 1 with the automatically working circuit, and the brush ABS is switched on after the contact occupied by the brush EB,
while the circuit of the protective relay GR / 3 is kept open and thus keeps the signal in the "Danger" position.
In this embodiment too, the resetting of the signal to the "tracks free" position can be prevented until two trains for the track section have been counted in and out in a smooth manner.
This can be done by adding the relays TP0 / 2 and TPQ / 2 and by modifying the holding circuit of the relay GR / 3 and the circuit LC, as in connection with the embodiment according to Pig. 1 can be achieved.
