Bei der erfindungsgemässen Schaltung wird zwecks Verminderung der nichtlinearen Ver zerrungen ein Teil der Ausgangsspannung, der im Vergleich zu dem reziproken Wert des ohne Rückkopplung erzielbaren Verstär- kungsgrades gross ist, in Gegenschaltung auf den Eingangskreis . des Verstärkers zurück gekoppelt und das Verbrauchsgerät-über einen Ausgangstransformator auf die Endstufe an geschlossen; es ist ferner ein Rückkopplungs kreis vorgesehen, der einerseits an die Ka thode der Röhre, auf deren Eingangskreis zurückgekoppelt ist, und anderseits an einen Punkt konstanten Potentials angeschaltet ist;
Amplifier circuit with reduced non-linear distortion. The invention relates to an amplifier circuit with reduced non-linear distortion. Such distortions arise, among other things, as a result of the curvatures of the tube characteristics that are always present. The applicant has already proposed earlier, a part of the output voltages that is large for all frequencies of the area to be amplified in comparison to the reciprocal value of the degree of amplification that can be achieved without feedback,
feed back to the input circuit of the amplifier in a counter-circuit. The invention relates to a circuit in which this can be done in a particularly simple manner.
In the circuit according to the invention, in order to reduce the non-linear distortion, a part of the output voltage which is large compared to the reciprocal value of the gain that can be achieved without feedback is connected to the input circuit in the opposite direction. the amplifier is coupled back and the consumer device is connected to the output stage via an output transformer; there is also a feedback circuit is provided which is connected on the one hand to the Ka method of the tube, to whose input circuit is fed back, and on the other hand to a point of constant potential;
this feedback circuit is inductively coupled to the primary winding of the output transformer. E Besides the advantage that when using an output transformer you are free to choose the point of the consumer circuit to be grounded and that you no longer have to take direct current into account, other advantages are achieved in this way. Any non-linear distortion caused by saturation in the output transformer can be suppressed to a greater extent.
If, as is often the case, a sub-transforming transformer is used, . and - the voltage to be fed back is taken from impedances connected in the consumer circuit, these impedances, resistances or inductances have a low value because the voltage in the output circuit is comparatively small and the current is high.
If a step-down transformer is used, it is preferred to feed back to the input circuit of a preamplifier tube so that a sufficiently strong feedback is obtained.
In the drawing, three embodiments of an amplifier according to the invention are illustrated in a schematic representation, namely FIG. 1 shows the last two stages of a first embodiment, while FIGS. 2 and 3 show slightly modified circuits of the consumer circuit.
In Fig. 1 show 1 and 2 in cascade ge switched amplifier tubes. The ver strengthening voltage is fed to your grid of the tube 1 and the anode circuit of the water tube is by means of a capacitor 9 and a resistor 10 with the grid circles of the tube 2 coupled . The required negative stresses with means of resistors 3 BEZW. 6, the capacitors by Kon 4 respectively. 7 are bridged, he hold. In the anode circuit of the tube 2, the primary winding 12 of the transformer 8 is connected, to the secondary winding 11 of which the consumer device 13 is connected.
The entire voltage appearing over the secondary winding is fed to the input circuit of the pre-tube 1 via the line 5 which is connected to the lower point of the resistor 3.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, only part of the consumption voltage is fed back, and for this purpose the line 5 is connected to the common point of two resistors 14, 15 connected in series between the secondary transformer terminals. A self-induction 16 is located parallel to the resistor 15; it will be in the. This way, the lower frequencies are less weakened than the higher frequencies. In a practical embodiment, the gain from the grid of tube 1 to the anode of tube 2 was 1200. The turns ratio of the transformer was 30: 1.
The resistors 14 and 15 had a value of 200 respectively. 25 o'clock and the self-induction 16 was 0.04 henry.
According to Fig. 3 is parallel to the opponent 14 was a series circuit of a resistor 17 and a self-induction 18. Such a circuit is to be used when connecting loudspeakers, where it is important to make the higher frequencies stand out more strongly. It can be achieved that the current is kept approximately constant at the higher frequencies, while the voltage is kept constant at the lower frequencies, whereby the lower resonance peak of the loudspeaker is dampened. The same effect can be achieved by omitting the self-induction 18 and the opposing stand 17 when using a capacitance parallel to the resistor 15.
