  Vorrichtung an Bäumen, Stangen und dergleichen zur Verhinderung des
Erkletterns derselben.



   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung an Bäumen, Stangen und   dergleiehen    zur Verhinderung des Erklet  terns derselben,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, da¯ sie eine Mehrzahl von aus einem mehrfach abgebogenen   iStiick    Draht bestehenden Einzelgliedern besitzt, die zu einem dem Umfang des Baumes, der Stange oder dergleichen entsprechenden Kranz voneinander losbar zusammengehängt sind und je zwei spitze Enden aufweisen, die von dem Baum, der Stange oder dergleichen abstehende Dorne bilden.



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 ein Einzelglied einer Vorrichtung.



   Fig. 2 mehrere Einzelglieder   zusammen-    gehängt und
Fig. 3 einen   Gliederkranz    in Anwendung an einem Baumstamm.



   Die dargestellte Vorrichtung besitzt eine Anzahl   Einzelglieder gemäss Fig. l. Diese    werden wie folgt aus einem galvanisierten Draht   1    geformt:
In einer ersten   Biegungsphase    wird der Draht   U-förmig    abgebogen, so, dass der eine Schenkel lÏnger wird als der andere.



   In einer zweiten   Biegungsphase    werden   beide U, Schenkel    bei 3 um   180   abgebo-    gen, so dass ein   gleichschenkliger    Bügel 2 und ein Haken 7 für den hier   einzuhangen-    den Bügel 2 eines andern   Einzelgliedes      ent-    steht, während in der dritten Phase die beiden au¯en   zugespitzten    Drahtenden 4 und 5 bei 8 noch um   90   abgebogen    werden, welche Drahtenden die vom Baume abstehenden Dorne bilden, wobei das s lÏngere Ende 4 den obern und das kürzere Ende 5 den untern Dorn bilden soll.

   Zum Schliessen des Gliederkranzes dient ein einen Bügel und einen Haken aufweisendes Verschlussglied   6    aus einem   abgebogenen Drahtstück.   



   Die   Anwendungsweise    der Vorrichtung ist folgende: 
Dem Umfang des Baumes entsprechend werden mehr oder weniger Einzelglieder mit dem Bügel 2 in die Haken 7 eingehängt und derart um den Baum geschlungen,   dal3    die Drahtenden 4 und 5 der Einzelglieder vom Stamme abstehen,   sodassdadurch    ein   Dornrnkranz    gebildet wird, der mittels dem Verschlussglied 6 geschlossen wird.



   Will nun eine Katze oder sonst ein den   Vögeln nachsetzendes Tier über    den Stamm hinauf in die Krone gelangen, wird dieses bei der Ankunft beim Dornenkranz verhindert weiterzukletbern, da sich dieses beim   Hindurchkriechen    zwischen den Dornen der Einzelglieder an den   untern    Dornen kratzen würde und verhindert wÏre, über die obern weiter vorstehenden Dorne zu gelangen.

   The application of the device is as follows:
