Description
Elektrische Heizwendel. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Heiz- wendel für elektrische Widerstandsheizungen, bei der man beim Durchlaufen einer der Windungen während der ersten<B>1800</B> eines Umganges in der Richtung der Wendelachse vorwärts und während weiteren<B>1800</B> rück wärtsschreitet. hie geometrische Form und der Wickelschritt der einzelnen Windungen können beliebig sein. Die Breite des Quer schnittes der Heizwendel ist kleiner als dessen Höhe.
Diese Heizwendel zeichnet sich durch den Vorteil aus, dass die Abstrahlungsoberfläche des Erfindungsgegenstandes zu Folge dessen vorteilhafter Form den die Strahlung auf nehmenden Flächen oder Körpern näher ge bracht werden kann als bei den Heizwendeln bekannter Konstruktion. Daher wird bei ihrer Verwendung eine bessere Wärmeabgabe und -Übertragung erreicht, und dadurch ist bei entsprechender Belastung die Beanspruchung des Materials der Heizwendel geringer.
In der Zeichnung ist die Heizwendel in einem Beispiel dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 den Querschnitt, Fig. 3 die Draufsicht der Heizwendel. Die geometrische Form der einzelnen Win dungen der Heizwendel ist bei diesem Bei spiel angenähert ein Kreis. Aus Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass der Querschnitt der Heiz- wendel in diesem Falle eine Ellipse ergibt. Die Breite des Querschnittes ist somit geringer als die Höhe desselben. Beim Durchlaufen z.
