I>TB</I> befestigt, welcher flach neben einanderliegende Kontaktfedern FL trägt.
Relays with low-capacitance contact spring sets. To switch circuits that are fed by medium or high-frequency alternating currents, it is necessary to use low-capacitance contact spring sets to avoid losses and mutual interference between the circuits. The invention relates to a Re relay which is able to switch such low-capacitance contact spring sets.
According to the invention, contact springs are arranged parallel to the core of the relay and are pressed against fixed mating contacts by means of rollers controlled by the armature when the armature is tightened. This arrangement makes it possible to control several contact spring sets at the same time by means of the electromagnetic system of the relay, without mutual influencing of the individual.
the contact spring sets switched circuits occurs. The springs of the individual contact spring sets can lie next to one another in one plane, so that only the narrow sides of the springs are opposite one another. The mating contacts can. designed as fixed contact pins and side by side in an isolating; Carriers .be arranged so that they only have a negligible capacity.
The inventive design of the relay is particularly suitable for telephony relays of known type, in which an angular armature on the end of a yoke parallel to the core of the relay .schwenkbar is mounted and is able to control contact spring sets attached to the yoke. In such - telephone relays, the low-capacitance spring sets can be conveniently arranged on the side of the core opposite the yoke and the pressure rollers controlling the springs by means of a bracket,
which laterally encompasses the winding coil, to be attached to the armature.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. FIG. 1 illustrates a telephone relay equipped with low-capacitance spring sets in a view from below, while FIG. 2 illustrates a side view of this relay.
The relay shown has a core K, on which the winding coil S is arranged, and a yoke J, which is designed as a bearing point L for an angular armature A winch at its free end. This armature A is held on the cutting edge of the bearing point L by means of a spring F.
On the yoke contact springs RF are mounted in a known manner in a support bracket B, which are controlled directly by the approach <I> AA </I> of the armature. At the rear end of the core K, which also serves to attach the relay to a support frame, a support bracket <I> TB </I> is attached next to the yoke J, which carries contact springs FL lying flat next to one another.
These contact springs FL are in a known manner with the interposition of isolate the intermediate layers: BEFE Stigt on the mounting bracket. The front ends of the contact springs FL, which carry contact platelets, are opposite contact pins ILS, which are mounted in an insulating rail J5. These SK contact pins are connected to a solder connection L A for connecting the power supply lines.
They are also adjustably mounted in the insulating rail JS, so that their distance from the contact springs FL can be adjusted. The insulating rail JS is attached to the yoke J by means of brackets <I> SB </I>.
Below the contact springs FL are pressure rollers <I> D, </I> which are mounted in a bracket <I> AB, </I> which is attached to the shoulder <I> AA </I> of the armature.
These pressure rollers D are made of an insulating material. As soon as the armature A is tightened, the bracket <I> AB </I> carrying the pressure rollers D is pivoted in the direction of the arrow P in FIG. 2, so that the rollers D the low-capacitance contact springs FL against the contact pins KS to press. At the same time, the <I> AA .des </I> armature approach controls the usual KM contact spring sets
