Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     1Vlonoazofarbstoffes.       Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebe  nen Verfahren erhält man einen Wolle in  echten Tönen anfärbenden     Azofarbstoff,     wenn man     Anthranilsäure        diazotiert    und die       Diazoverbindung    mit einem     Pyrazblon    kup  pelt, welches in der     1-Stellung    durch einen       Phenylrest    substituiert ist, der noch durch  einen     Sulfamidophenylrest    weiter ,substituiert       ist.     



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen Farbstoff von ganz ähnlichen  Eigenschaften, wenn man     6-Nitro-2-amino-4-          methyl-l-oxybenzol        diazotiert    und die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit     1-(2'-Phenoxy-3'-carboxy-          phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    kombiniert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  16$ Gewichtsteile 6 -     Nitro    - 2 -     amino    - 4     -          methyl-l-oxybenzol    werden als Chlorhydrat  in Wasser eingerührt; dazu .gibt man wei  tere 150 Teile Salzsäure von 12       Ike    und       diazotiert    dann in üblicher Weise. Die ab  geschiedene     Diazoverbindung    wird abgesaugt,    in Wasser eingerührt und langsam mit einer       sodaalkalischen    Lösung von 310 Gewichts  teilen 1- (2'-     Phenoxy-    3' -     carboxyphenyl)    -'3     -          methyl-5-pyrazolon    vereinigt.

   Nach beende  ter Kupplung     ,saugt    man ab und trocknet.  Der in Wasser leicht lösliche Farbstoff er  gibt auf Wolle nach dem     Einbadchromver-          fahren,    rote     Färbungen    von guten     Echtheiten.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 6-Nitro-2-amino-4-methyl-l-oxybenzol diazo- tiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 1-(2'- Phenoxy- 3'- caxboxyphenyl), 3-methyl--5-pyr- azolon kuppelt. Der in Wasser leicht lösliche Farbstoff färbt Wolle nach dem Einbadchromverfahren in echten roten Tönen an.
