Schuh mit neuartigem Verschluss. Die bisher bekannten, ein rasches Öffnen und Schliessen des Schuhes ermöglichenden Schuhverschlüsse sind kompliziert und teuer und zu wenig widerstandsfähig, um ein täg liches Öffnen und Schliessen, sowie die hohen Beanspruchungen beim Tragen der Schuhe auf längere Zeit aushalten zu können; dazu ist der Schliesszug ungleichmässig verteilt.
Durch die vorliegende Erfindung soll ein Schuh geschaffen werden, welcher ein Öff nen und Schliessen des Schuhes in einem Handgriff ermöglicht, von einfacher Kon struktion ist und dabei in geschlossenem Zu stande einen dichten und schönen Abschluss bei gleichverteiltem Druck auf den Fuss am Rist des Schuhes gewährt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun ein Schuh mit neuartigem Verschluss, der sich insbesondere für Halbschuhe eignet. Derselbe zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Ristverschlussenden mit in der Richtung auf den Fuss zu biegsamen Verstärkungseinlagen versehen und durch ein bandartiges Ver- schlussmittel verstellbar miteinander verbun- den sind. Beim Schliessen des Verschlusses wird die Schliessbewegung des Verschlussban- des den Ristverschlussenden auf ihrer ganzen Länge mitgeteilt.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegen standes an Halbschuhen dargestellt.
Fig. 1 ist eine Ansicht des einen Halb schuhes in teilweise geöffnetem Zustande; Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch den Ver- schlussteil; Fig. 3 zeigt die Verstärkungseinlagen; Fig. 4 ist eine Ansicht eines sogenannten Sporthalbschuhes.
Wie in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellt ist, sind in den Rändern 1, 2 der beiden mitein ander zu verbindenden Teile des Ristver- schlusses des Halbschuhes in Richtung auf dem Fuss zu federnd biegsame Verstärkungs einlagen 3 eingenäht, welche aus Stahlbän dern oder andern bandförmigen Stäben aus elastischem Material bestehen können. Die Einlagen 3 bezwecken, die Ränder 1, 2 einer seits auf ihre Zugbeanspruchung hin zu ver- steifen und anderseits durch elastische Bieg samkeit eine Anpassung der Verschlussenden an den Rist des Fusses zu ermöglichen.
Die Unterenden der Einlagen 3 bezw. der Ränder 1, \? sind mit einem Verbindungsstück 4 be weglich miteinander vernietet. Im obern Teil des Randes 2 bezw. der darin eingenähten Einlage 3 ist eine schlitzförmige Öse 5 aus gebildet und an der Innenseite des Randes 1 auf gleicher Höhe wie die Öse 5 ein bieg sames V erschlussband 6, z. B. ein Riemen aus Leder, befestigt. An der Befestigungsstelle des Verschlussbandes 6 sitzt ein nach aussen ragender, der Patrize eines Druckknopfes ähnlicher Kopf B.
Das Verschlussband 6 ist mit einer Reihe von Einhängeösen 7 ver sehen, um es über den Kopf 8 einhängen zu können. Um nun die verstärkten Verschluss enden 1, 2 miteinander zu verbinden, wird das am Rand 1 befestigte Verschlussband 6 durch die Öse 5 hindurchgezogen und unter gleichzeitigem Anziehen mittels der nächst liegenden Einhängeöse 7 am Befestigungs kopf 8 eingehängt. L m den Schuh ausziehen zu können, ist lediglich ein Lösen des Ban des 6 vom Kopf 8, nicht aber vollständiges Herausziehen des Verschlussbandes aus der Öse 5 notwendig.
Durch die Elastizität der bandförmigen Einlagen 3 wird ein unzu lässiger Druck auf den Rist des Fusses ver mieden. Anderseits wird durch die Steifig- keit der Einlagen 3 in ihrer Hochkantrich- tung ein gleichmässiges gegenseitiges An schliessen der Verschlussteile 1, 2 auf ihrer ganzen Länge erreicht. Das Lösen der Bin dung erfordert einen einzigen Handgriff. Das knopfartige Ende des Verschlussbandes 6 wird erfasst und durch Wegziehen dessel ben vom Befestigungskopf 8 das Band 6 ge löst.
Beim Schliessen des Schuhes durch An zug des Bandes 6 wird den Ristverschluss- rändern auf ihrer ganzen Länge eine entspre chende Zugbewegung mitgeteilt, so dass eine gute Druckverteilung und damit ein gutes Anpassen des Schuhes am Fusse gewähr leistet ist.
Bei der Ausführungsform des Sporthalb schuhes nach Fig. 4 sind in den miteinander zu verbindenden Rändern. 1, 22 der Schaft lederteile ebenfalls bandförmige, in der Rich tung auf den Fuss zu federnd biegsame Ver stärkungseinlagen 3 eingenäht.
Die Kupp lung der beiden Schaftlederränder 1, 2 er folgt hier jedoch zweckmässig in deren Längs mitte, und zwar ebenfalls mittels eines am Rand 1 befestigten, durch eine schlitzförmige Öse 5 hindurchgezogenen, mit einer Reihe von Einhängeösen 7 versehenen Verschluss- bandes 6, welches bei geschlossenem Ver schluss an einem auf dem Rand 1 angeord neten Befestigungskopf 8 eingehängt ist.
