Description

  

  Fitting mit Innengewinde.    Vorliegende Erfindung hat zum Gegen  stand einen neuartigen Fitting mit Innenge  winde.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung zeigt       Fig.    1 ein Bruchstück einer bisher ge  bräuchlichen Ausführungsform des Innenge  windes mit     Abfasung    eines Fittings im Längs  schnitt.  



  In     Fig.    2 und 3 ist der Erfindungsgegen  stand beispielsweise veranschaulicht, und zwar  zeigt       Fig.    2 ein Bruchstück des Innengewindes  mit     Abfasung    eines Fittings im Längsschnitt  wie er den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung  bildet,       Fig.    3 einen Fitting gemäss Erfindung in  Draufsicht.  



  Bei der bisherigen Ausführungsform des  Innengewindes 1 wurde dasselbe am äussern  Ende mit einer     Abfasung    2 versehen, deren  Erzeugende eine gerade Linie bildet. Im Ge  gensatz zu dieser Ausführungsform verläuft  die     Abfasung    3 bei der Ausführungsform ge-         mäss    vorliegender Erfindung     (Fig.    2) beim  Übergang in das Innengewinde 4 nach einer  Kurve. Diese Anordnung bezweckt, die Win  kel, welche die     Abfasung    mit den Gewinde  flanken bildet, zu vergrössern. Gleichzeitig  wird durch diese Anordnung eine     Gratbildung     beim Übergang der     Abfasung    in das Innen  gewinde vermieden.  



  Die     Abfasung    kann auf ihrer ganzen  Länge nach einer Kurve verlaufen oder es  kann die äussere Partie derselben eine Gerade  als Erzeugende aufweisen.

  In the previous embodiment of the internal thread 1, the same was provided at the outer end with a chamfer 2, the generatrix of which forms a straight line. In contrast to this embodiment, the bevel 3 in the embodiment according to the present invention (FIG. 2) runs after a curve at the transition into the internal thread 4. The purpose of this arrangement is to enlarge the angle that forms the chamfer with the thread. At the same time, this arrangement avoids the formation of burrs at the transition from the chamfer to the internal thread.



  The chamfer can run along a curve over its entire length or the outer part of the same can have a straight line as the generatrix.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Fitting mit Innengewinde, wobei das Innengewinde abgefast ist, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die Abfasung, bezogen auf den Längsschnitt des Gewindes, mindestens beim Übergang in das Innengewinde nach einer Kurve verläuft.
