Sicherheitsschloss. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sicher heitsschloss, das ein zylindrisches Gehäuse besitzt, in welchem ein mittels Zuhaltungen verriegelbarer Bolzen drehbar gelagert ist, in den der Schlüssel eingeführt wird, und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in dem dreh bar gelagerten Bolzen mindestens ein zylin drischer Körper eingebaut ist, der zum Teil in die Schlüsselöffnung hineinragt.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist eine bei spielsweise Ausführung der Erfindung dar gestellt. Es zeigt Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch das Schloss nach A.-B in Fig. 2, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch dasselbe. Das Sicherheitsschloss besitzt als Gehäuse einen Zylinder 1, in welchem ein Bolzen 2 drehbar gelagert ist. Um ein Herausfallen des Bolzens 2 aus dem Zylinder 1 zu ver hindern, ist eine Sicherheitsschraube 3 vor gesehen. Die Verriegelung des Bolzens 2 ge schieht in bekannter Weise durch Zuhaltungen 4, welche aus Bolzen 5 und 6 bestehen, die unter dem Einfluss von Federn 7 stehen, welche sich gegen die Verschlusszapfen 8 abstützen.
In der gezeichneten Stellung ist der Bolzen 2 verriegelt, so dass er nicht ge dreht werden kann. Sobald der zum Schloss passende Schlüssel in die Öffnung 9 des Bol zens 2 eingeführt wird, werden die Bolzen 5 und 6 durch den Schlüssel soweit gehoben, bis die Trennfugen zwischen den Bolzen 5 und 6 in die Teilfläche 10 zwischen Zylinder 1 und Bolzen 2 zu liegen kommen; dadurch lässt sich der Bolzen 2 drehen.
Die Öffnung 9 des Bolzens 2, in welche der Schlüssel gesteckt wird, ist bis über die letzte Zuhaltung hinaus durchgefräst, lässt aber den Endzapfen 12 des Bolzens 2 noch voll.
Damit ein unbefugtes Öffnen des Schlosses, bezw. ein gleichzeitiges Heben der Bolzen 5 erschwert wird, sind in den Bolzen 2 Löcher gebohrt, in welche kreiszylindrische Körper 1.1, die zum Teil in die Schlüsselöffnung hineinragen, eingepresst sind.
Der Vorteil dieser Konstruktion besteht darin, dass das ganze Sicherheitsachloss aus Stahl hergestellt und eventuell gehärtet wer- den kann, so dass ein Ausbohren, wie es bei den bestehenden Modellen möglich ist, aus geschlossen ist und das ganze Schloss daher mehr Sicherheit bietet.
Safety lock. The present invention relates to a safety lock which has a cylindrical housing in which a bolt which can be locked by means of tumblers is rotatably mounted and into which the key is inserted, and is characterized in that at least one cylindrical body is installed in the rotatable bolt which partly protrudes into the key opening.
In the accompanying drawing an example embodiment of the invention is provided. 1 shows a cross section through the lock according to A.-B in FIG. 2, and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the same. The safety lock has a cylinder 1 as housing in which a bolt 2 is rotatably mounted. In order to prevent the bolt 2 from falling out of the cylinder 1, a safety screw 3 is seen before. The locking of the bolt 2 is done in a known manner by tumblers 4, which consist of bolts 5 and 6 which are under the influence of springs 7 which are supported against the locking pin 8.
In the position shown, the bolt 2 is locked so that it cannot be rotated. As soon as the key matching the lock is inserted into the opening 9 of the Bol zens 2, the bolts 5 and 6 are lifted by the key until the joints between the bolts 5 and 6 in the surface 10 between the cylinder 1 and bolt 2 to lie come; this allows the bolt 2 to rotate.
The opening 9 of the bolt 2 into which the key is inserted is milled through to the last tumbler, but still leaves the end pin 12 of the bolt 2 full.
So that unauthorized opening of the lock, respectively. a simultaneous lifting of the bolts 5 is made difficult, 2 holes are drilled in the bolts, into which circular cylindrical bodies 1.1, which partially protrude into the key opening, are pressed.
The advantage of this construction is that the entire security lock lock can be made of steel and possibly hardened so that drilling out, as is possible with the existing models, is not possible and the entire lock therefore offers more security.
