In beiliegender Zeichnung sind verschie dene Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 bis11 stellen schematisch,die Mit tel zur Ausführung der aufeinanderfolg n- Zie den Operationen eines Verfahrens zur Her stellung der einfachsten Ringform durch Schnitte dar;
Ring f är spinum case made of sheet steel. The present invention relates to a ring for spinning machines made of sheet steel.
Up to now, a ring for Spinumasohi- neu was made from a block of carbon steel through forging, turning, grinding, salt hardening and final hardening.
Not only did you encounter great visual difficulties with the correct shape, but also the quality of the product largely depended on the duration of the carbonization process and the temperature used, as well as depending on the type of charcoal agent, the furnace size, the size and shape of the insert box, etc.
With the ring according to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided.
The invention orders that a chamber is formed in the ring made of sheet steel by rolling around at least one edge of the ring frame, which is opened through a narrow slot towards the ring neck.
In the accompanying drawings, various exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are shown. FIGS. 1 to 11 schematically show the operations of a method for producing the simplest ring shape by means of cuts for executing the successive n-targets;
Fig. 12 shows, in partial section, the final ring shape and Fig. 13 is an associated top view; Figure 14 shows a partial section through another ring shape and its mounting on a plate or rail; Figs. 15 to 20 are sections of somewhat different ring shapes; Fig. 21 to 2,6 show various forms of double rings in section.
For example, by carrying out a method for producing the rings, a steel sheet, with a certain carbon gel, preferably of 0 #, 8 #% or of a certain alloy, is subjected to an annealing process. The sheet metal a is then pressed into a cup shape according to FIG. 2 and by means of a press as shown in FIG. 1.
In this FIG. 1, 1 is a die, 2 is a punch, 3 is a holder under the action of a spring 4, and 5 an Ahschermatrix. The cup b is cut exactly to the required height, -as Fig. 3 shows.
Using a press according to FIG. 4, the cup b is pressed into a mold c according to FIG. # 5. In Fig. 4, 6 denotes the. Upper press die, 7 a die for forming a flanselie, 8 a holder under spring action and 9 a fixed holder. The cup c thus formed according to FIG. 5 has an annular flange 10 which forms the bottom of the cup.
This flange 10 and the neck of the cup c are, as FIG. 6 shows, brought into an exact ring shape by means of a roller 11 and polished. The polished cup c is then placed under a punch according to FIG. 7 and a central opening 12 is cut out in the bottom, as shown in FIG. 8.
The cup provided with this opening is then clamped in a pipe chuck 13 according to FIG. 9 and the inner edge 14 of the opening 12 by means of a roller 15 </ B> bent over to grow out. The cup c is then, as FIG. 10 shows, designed as a ring d.
This ring d is now clamped again in a chuck 16 and the edge 14 is rolled over to be even sharper and polished by means of the roller 17 , see Fig . 11. At the same time, the outer surface and the inner edge of the head, which is gripped by the runner, are shaped and polished. In this way the ring is perfectly shaped and polished all over. Such a ring B is shown in FIGS. 12 and 1: 3 . As a result of the rolling, a chamber 18 has been formed on the edge of the ring frame B , which chamber is opened through a narrow slot 19 towards the ring neck.
The ring is then subjected to a heat treatment in order to harden it in the usual way.
The rings can be of various shapes, as shown in FIGS. 14 to 26. The chamber 18 provided on the rings serves as a lubricant. The lubricating material is ordinary fat or semi-liquid fat, such that it only becomes liquid at a higher temperature. In order to introduce the lubricating material, the ring is held in the lubricating material kept at a high temperature for a sufficiently long time so that the hot grease can penetrate through the narrow slot 19.
In order to be able to make the introduction of the lubricating material even easier, "as can be seen from FIGS. 15" to "26", are located in the upper end face of the ring in the chamber wall or several small holes 20. When the ring cools down, the lubricating material returns to its normal fluid state and remains enclosed in chamber 18.
In operation, on the other hand, the ring is heated by the friction caused by the rotor at high speed and the sealing material becomes so liquid that it can flow out in a thin layer and thereby lubricate the ring automatically. At the bottom of the chamber 18 there are also small holes, rather 2: 1, as shown in FIGS. 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 and 2.5 show which can be used to lubricate the lower surfaces of the chambers.
If the chamber 18 was created by rolling an outer edge inwards, with the narrow slot 19 on the outside of the ring, the small holes are 2.1 attached to the inside of the neck surface of the ring, as shown in FIGS. 16, 18, 20, 24 and 26.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 211 to 2 # 6 for double rings, the ring has two lubrication chambers 18 and 18 ', one on the top and on the lower edge of the ring. Each chamber is again connected to the neck of the ring through a narrow slot 19 and small holes 20, 21.
The size, the slits 19 and the holes 20, 21 in the drawing are greatly exaggerated in order to make them visible at all.
It can be seen from the foregoing that the ring according to the invention is significantly lighter than one made from a metal block, so that it is also possible to save on the force required to produce it. The ring is also consistently of the same quality and hardness and without tension, so that the rotor movement is very easy and 0- att and there is no undulating wear of the ring. By attaching the chambers, special Sellmiervorriclitungen are saved and the manufacturing method of such rings, their costs are significantly reduced.
