Pneumatische Bremseinrichtung.
Pneumatic braking device. The present invention relates to a pneumatic braking device, which is characterized by several attack organs for the pressure means, which are held in the brake release position against at least one spring when driving through the pressure means and when the braking device is actuated or the line breaks under the mechanical influence of the Spring bring about the braking.
The attacking organs sit advantageously on a common brake rod, welclie directly verbun with the piston, an oil pressure cylinder. For each attack organ a special spring can be provided and as an attack organs membranes can be used, which are clamped in adjacent housing cells and see the number of which depends on the severity of the vehicle to be braked.
In the accompanying drawing, an underpressure trailing brake device is shown as an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention, namely: r4 ig. 1 shows a diagram of the device with suction line and hose coupling and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the Meinbrangehä, use.
A suction line is attached to the suction side of the engine on the driver's vehicle. This line is dominated by an adjustable pedal control and can be used for the connection of Bremszylin countries of the driver's vehicle. The suction line 7 of the trailer 5 is coupled to the suction line by a coupling loop 6 , which is connected to the Trailer membrane housing 8 opens.
This has a double-disc axed housing part 9 with end caps 10 and 11 and contains the membranes 12 and 13 a common piston rod 14 sit. The rear cover carries the oil pressure cylinder 15 of a transmission device with piston 16 via lines with the pressure cylinders 17 on the wheels of the Is connected. Each of the membranes 12 and 13 is respectively supported by a spring 18 . 19 charged.
The cells formed by the housing parts are Durel). a common line 2.0 connected to one another, from which branch channels 2.1, 22 lead to the same side of the membranes.
The described device works in the following way.
In the vein folded position, air is continuously sucked out of the suction line when the control valve is open. As a result, the mybras 12, 13 are held in the position shown in FIG. 2, in which the springs 18, 19 are compressed.
As soon as air is let into the suction line for the purpose of braking by depressing the pedal on the control valve, or air enters the suction line by t-sealing the line or by tearing the hose coupling, the membranes 12, 13 are relaxed and the springs push the piston rod 14 to the right (FIG. 2) and thereby exert the pressure on the oil pressure piston to brake the trailer.
The braking device has the advantage that the vehicle is automatically braked both when braking is desired and in the event of an accident without the use of automatic valves. Such devices were previously only known with individual pistons, but not with several attack organs, as they are now widely used.
