Locking device for one and a half tour storey and front door locks. Under 1/2 tour locks are locks in which the bolt in its normal position still protrudes halfway out of the lock mounting plate, the protruding part being beveled like the latch. The other part is in the lock case like the one-way lock and can be pushed forward using the key.
The '/ 2-Tour part protruding over the lock mounting plate can also be pushed back into the lock using the key, but automatically jumps forward again after the key is released. The purpose of these 11/2 tour locks is that the door is always closed, as the part of the bolt protruding like a latch snaps into the opening of the strike plate when the door is slammed shut. The door can therefore only be opened from the outside with the key while the latch is operated using the door handle. The 1 tour is used to secure the lock, especially at night.
The subject of the invention is a locking device for one-and-a-half storey and house door locks, which can be operated from the outside by a key and from the inside by a rotary knob and which enables the bolt to be locked in the retracted position in such a way that the lock also passes through simple depression of the door handle can be opened, from the outside as from the inside, and is characterized in that a resiliently held locking pin is arranged on the knob, respectively by pressing it. Pulling out the knob locks resp. can be released for its semi-tour movement.
When the rotary knob is unlocked and the bolt is in the 1/2-turn advance position, the lock can only be opened from the inside by pressing down the handle and turning the knob at the same time, and from the outside only by pressing down the handle and pressing the key.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in connection with a conventional one and a half tour lock. In FIG. 1, G denotes the lock housing, the latch and F ″ the bolt pushed forward into the 1/2 turn position. 14 denotes the lock cylinder located on the outside of the door for operating the lock by means of the key from outside .
If denotes the nut for the door handle to operate the latch in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4. S denotes the lock mounting plate.
Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the cylinder 14 with key 16 on the outside and the rotary knob 2 on the inside for actuating the 11/2 tour. 1 is the rosette to be attached to the door and 4 is the locking pin; 3 shows the lock with the projecting latch F 'and the bolt pushed back; 4 shows the same lock with a protruding latch F 'and a bolt pushed forward by 1/2 turn; Fig. 5 shows partially in cross section, and Fig. 6 in plan view the arrangement of the rotary knob 2 and the formation of the Arretie tion.
2 is the rotary handle, which is arranged on the rosette 1 attached to the door and firmly connected to the shaft 4, which controls the lock bolt in a manner known per se. The rosette 1 is attached to the inside of the door by means of the screws 13 passing through the holes 8.
In an eccentric, parallel to the axis, the bore of the rotary handle, the locking bolt 3 is arranged axially adjustable in such a way that it (as can be seen from Fig. 5) either for the purpose of locking the rotary handle 2 in one of the holes 7 of the rosette 1 (Fig. 6 ) or can be pulled out to release the twist grip. To fix the locking bolt in its two axial positions, it is provided with two annular grooves 11 into which the pin 6 is pressed by the spring 5.
To facilitate the engagement of the locking bolt in the holes 7 of the rosette 1, the end 12 of the same is rounded. The function of the device is self-evident from the general description and the graphic representation. If the rotary knob is in a position which the completely retracted bolt F "(Fig. 3) ent speaks, locked by inserting the locking bolt, the door can be opened by mere actuation of the door handle.
