Die Richtigkeit der Gegenbuchung wird dann gewährleistet, wenn die beiden Buchungsblätter stets um eine Kontokolonne seitlich ,gegeneinander verscho ben eingelegt werden, so dass eine Buchung niemals in gleichnamige Kontokolonnen auf beiden Blättern eingetragen werden kann. Zweckmässigerweäse ist hierbei die rechts liegende Datumskolonne, sowie die rechts liegende ;
Set of sheets for typewriter accounting. The present invention relates to a set of pages for typewriter bookkeeping and relates to a further development of the invention described in main patent no. 180707.
In the training according to the main patent, each time a booking is entered, the text must be written twice, which causes additional work and can lead to errors.
The set of pages according to the invention enables these disadvantages to be eliminated by the fact that each accounting sheet has two columns of dates on one side next to the text column and two debit columns with a credit column lying between them on the other side, and the width of the carbon paper strip is dimensioned so that the same column of data, the text column,
as well as the three of the same neighboring account columns Over covered.
Thanks to this training, the text only needs to be written once for each booking entry on the upper booking sheet and then appears on the other booking sheet in carbon copy.
The correctness of the offsetting entry is guaranteed if the two booking sheets are always inserted sideways by one column of accounts, so that a booking can never be entered in the account columns of the same name on both sheets. It is more practical to use the date column on the right as well as the one on the right;
Target column hatched to avoid an entry in the original font in these two columns, i.e. an incorrect entry. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 a view of an accounting sheet, FIG. 2 a view of the sheets of the set of sheets placed one on top of the other, and FIG. ä in section, Fig. 4 is a similar view thereof.
The set of sheets comprises a stiff base sheet U of the same width but greater length than the booking sheets, with carbon paper stredfen D attached to it, and two booking sheets B1 and B2.
Each booking sheet B1 resp. BI has line scales Z on the two longitudinal edges in order to achieve an exact line setting when clamping in the typewriter. Then each accounting sheet has a column I for the account name from left to right, a double date column IIa and Hb, a text column III, a debit column IV,
a credit column V and finally a second debit column VI. The date column IIb and the second target column VI are hatched. In addition, the text column bears two marks m, whose distance from the target column IV is the same as the width of a column of accounts, and which serve as a guideline when writing to prevent
da.ss the relevant strip of the text column is described and this part of the text is passed through to the first target column of the accounting sheet below.
The carbon paper strip D is glued in a known manner with an upper folded end to the back of the transverse edge of the document sheet U and with the lower transverse edge on the document sheet, and its width b is dimensioned so that it extends over the second date column IIb, the Text column III and the account columns IV, V and VI of a booking sheet are sufficient.
The use of the set of pages when entering a booking is evident from the examples shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the set of pages of course never being clamped into the typewriter in the same way as shown in the main patent. Assume that a postal check withdrawal is to be booked according to FIGS. 2 and 3.
Then the postal check account sheet Bz is placed under the carbon paper strip D in such a way that its data column well remains freely visible and the remaining part to the right of it is covered by carbon paper. The Ka:
ssakontoblatt B, is shifted one column to the right and placed on top of it in the correct line so that its left margin leaves the designation column I of the lower sheet B2 free and its right margin around, the width of the ',
Target column VI protrudes over the edge of the carbon paper strip. Now the account description "Ka" (cash) and .in the description column I of the accounting sheet B, the account description "Post" (postal check account) is written on the accounting sheet B2 in the labeling column I.
In the date column IIa of the booking sheet B1, the date of the withdrawal is written, which also appears in copy in the date column IIb, the booking sheet B2. The text is in the text column from B1 to the
the brands are inscribed in the indicated border and also appears in copy in the text column of the accounting sheet Bz. The amount of the withdrawal, z. B. Fr. 1000. - a written that appears in copy in the credit column V of the booking sheet BZ.
The hatched columns, that is to say the date column IIb and the target column VI, receive no entry at all or only one in copy. If the same were to have an entry in the original font on either of the two sheets, this would be a sign that the relevant booking is incorrect.
4 shows the entry of a goods delivery posting of CHF 500 made in a similar way - in original writing on account sheet 134 and in copy on Odem account sheet Wa (goods issue), as well as a return shipment credit of CHF 2.50 . -.
The first amount of CHF 500 is in the debit column IV of the booking sheet B1 (account 134) in original script, and in the credit column V of the booking sheet B. (Wa) in carbon copy, while the credit of the return shipment of CHF 25.
- In the credit column V of sheet B, in the original font, in the hatched target column VI of sheet B, however, appears in copy.
In any case, in the described embodiment, if the sheets are arranged correctly opposite each other, the 'entire process is booked in a single entry, including' the 'text, thereby eliminating errors and reducing the work to a minimum. If the forms have been inserted incorrectly by mistake, this can be easily seen in the fact that the description column on the bottom sheet is missing the description for: the relevant booking and the date.
Any booking in which the hatched columns contain an original entry in writing is also incorrect, since the same can only contain copies if the entry is correct due to the displacement of the two booking sheets against each other.
