Ohne Hosenträger tragbare Hose. Gummizüge und Gummieinlagen am Bund von Hosen waren bisher nur bekannt in Ver bindung mit Turn- und Pyjamahosen. Diese dort verwendete Art der Anordnung verur sachte aber Falten von solcher Art und Ver teilung, dass man diese Gummizüge nicht irr Verbindung mit gewöhnlich als Kleidungs stück tragbaren Hosen anwenden konnte.
Solche ohne Hosenträger tragbare Hosen hat man daher bisher zum Zwecke des Hal tens am Körper ihres Trägers nur mit Gürtel schlaufen versehen und daneben gegebenen falls auch mit Knöpfen versehen, um auch ein Tragen der Hose mittels Hosenträgern zu ermöglichen.
Diesem Stand der Technik gegenüber ist Gegenstand der Erfindung eine ohne Hosen träger tragbare Hose mit einer am Bund angeordneten Gummieinlage. Diese gibt einen festen Halt, macht den Hosenträger überflüssig, und hat für den Fabrikanten, den Grossisten und den Detaillisten den Vorteil, dass man sich bezüglich der Weite des Bundes auf die Anfertigung und Lagerhaltung von nur weni- gen Normalgrössen beschränken kann. Wäh rend bisher wegen der verschiedenen Bund weite etwa 10 bis 12 Normalgrössen ange fertigt und auf Lager gehalten werden mussten, genügen bei der Anwendung dieser Erfindung rund die Hälfte dieser Anzahl.
Zweckmässig verläuft die Gummieinlage nicht durchgehend längs des ganzen Bundes, sondern sie besteht aus einer Mehrzahl ein- zelrrer, selbständiger Abschnitte. Ganz ab gesehen von dem Vorteil der Materialerspar nis an Gummiband wird dadurch der Vorteil erzielt, dass man dadurch in die Lage ver setzt wird, die Zugwirkung des Gummibandes von bestimmten empfindlicheren Körperstellen fernzuhalten, und die Zugwirkung, sowie die Faltenbildung auf solche Stellen des Bund umfanges zu beschränken, wo die Druckwir kung vom Körper nicht besonders unangenehm empfunden wird.
Zweckmässig wird von diesem Gedanken in der Ausführungsform 'Gebrauch gemacht, dass am Bund nur zwei Gummibandabschnitte angeordnet sind, und zwar an den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Hüftenteilen des Bundes, denn gerade diese beiden Stellen be sitzen in besonderem Grade die Eigenschaft, dass der Körper an diesen beiden Stellen be sonders unempfindlich ist, und ausserdem auch die Faltenbildung in diesen beiden Stellen am wenigsten stört.
Zweckmässig werden dabei nur die Enden der Gummibandabschnitte an der Innenseite des Bundes befestigt, während das Mittelstück über die Aussenseite des Bundes verläuft, wo durch der Vorteil erzielt wird, dass sich bei nicht voll ausgezogenem Gummiband nur eine einzige Falte bildet, und diese sich nach innen legt. Ausserdem erleichtern zum Zwecke des Durchtrittes des Gummibandes von der Innen seite nach der Aussenseite des Bundes vor gesehene Durchtrittsöffnungen das Heraus nehmen eines verbrauchten Bandzuges und das Einsetzen eines neuen Bandzuges, falls es sich um einen Doppelbund oder eine innen gefütterte Hose handelt.
Der Abstand der beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen ist dabei zweck mässig gleich der- maximalen Dehnung des jeweils zur Anwendung kommenden Gunimi- bandabschnittes.
Zusätzlich in üblicher Weise angeordnete Gürtelschlaufen können dabei zur Aufnahme eines zusätzlichen Ziergürtels dienen, wobei in diesem Falle dem Gürtel nicht die Funk tion zukommt, im Regelfalle die Hose am Körper des Trägers zu halten.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs-@ beispiel einer erfindungsgemässen Hose dar gestellt, die zum Beispiel als Tennishose ge tragen werden kann.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Ausführungsbeispiel in Seitenansicht in zusammengelegtem Zustande bezw. in seiner Gebrauchsstellung an einer Person mit geringem Hüftenumfang; Fig. 2 zeigt dasselbe Ausführungsbeispiel bei auseinandergezogenem Bund bezw. in der Gebrauchsstellung an einer Person mit. grösse rem Hüftenumfang, also bei auseinanderge- zogenem Gummizug.
In beiden Figuren ist übereinstimmend der Bund mit b, die Schlaufen für einen etwaigen Ziergürtel mit s, der Gummiband- abschnitt mit g, dessen unter der Oberfläche des Bundes befestigte Enden mit e, ferner in Fig. 1 die sich selbsttätig bildende Lege falte mit f und in Fig. 2 der über die Ober fläche des Bundes verlaufende Mittelteil des Cxummibandabschnittes mit b .und die Durch trittsöffnuugen für den Gurnmibandabschriitt mit o, o bezeichnet.
Beide Figuren unterscheiden sich also nur dadurch, dass in Fig. 1 der Bund enger ist, weil der Gummibandabschnitt nicht gedehnt ist, und sich infolgedessen selbsttätig die Falte f auf der Innenseite der Hose gebildet hat, während gemäss Fig. 2 der Bund wegen der erfolgten Dehnung des Gummibandab- schnittes weiter ist und sich infolgedessen die Falte f glatt ausgestreckt hat, so dass der von aussen sichtbare Mittelteil des Gummi bandabschnittes oberhalb desjenigen Bund teils befindet, welcher gemäss Fig. 1 die Falte gebildet hat.
Pants that can be worn without suspenders. Elastic bands and rubber inserts on the waistband of pants were previously only known in connection with gymnastic and pajama pants. This type of arrangement used there, however, caused folds of such a type and distribution that these elastic bands could not be used in connection with trousers usually worn as a piece of clothing.
Such wearable pants without braces has therefore been provided so far for the purpose of Hal least on the body of their wearer only with belt loops and, if necessary, also provided with buttons to enable wearing of the pants by means of suspenders.
In contrast to this prior art, the subject matter of the invention is a pair of pants which can be worn without pants and has a rubber insert arranged on the waistband. This gives a firm hold, makes suspenders superfluous, and has the advantage for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers that one can limit oneself to the production and storage of only a few normal sizes with regard to the size of the federal government. While up to now around 10 to 12 normal sizes had to be manufactured and kept in stock because of the different collar widths, around half of this number is sufficient when using this invention.
It is practical if the rubber insert does not run continuously along the entire length of the collar, but rather it consists of a plurality of individual, independent sections. Quite apart from the advantage of the material savings on elastic band, the advantage is achieved that one is thereby able to keep the tensile effect of the elastic band away from certain more sensitive parts of the body, and the tensile effect, as well as the formation of wrinkles on such areas of the waistband to restrict where the pressure effect is not felt particularly uncomfortable by the body.
Expediently, use is made of this idea in the embodiment that only two rubber band sections are arranged on the waistband, namely on the two opposite hip parts of the waistband, because precisely these two places have the property that the body on them both places is particularly insensitive, and also the wrinkling in these two places is least disturbing.
Appropriately, only the ends of the rubber band sections are attached to the inside of the collar, while the middle piece runs over the outside of the collar, which has the advantage that if the rubber band is not fully extended, only a single fold is formed and this folds inwards lays. In addition, for the purpose of the passage of the rubber band from the inside to the outside of the covenant, the passage openings provided make it easier to take out a used cord and insert a new cord, if it is a double waistband or inner-lined pants.
The distance between the two passage openings is expediently the same as the maximum expansion of the Gunimi band section that is used in each case.
Belt loops additionally arranged in the usual way can serve to hold an additional decorative belt, in which case the belt does not have the function of holding the trousers on the wearer's body as a rule.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a pair of pants according to the invention, which can be worn as tennis pants, for example.
Fig. 1 shows the embodiment in side view BEZW in the collapsed state. in its position of use on a person with small hips; Fig. 2 shows the same embodiment with an expanded federal government respectively. in the position of use on a person. larger hips, i.e. with the elastic band pulled apart.
In both figures, the collar is marked with b, the loops for a possible decorative belt with s, the rubber band section with g, the ends of which are fastened under the surface of the collar with e, furthermore in FIG. 1 the automatically forming fold folds with f and in Fig. 2, the middle part of the rubber band section running over the upper surface of the collar is denoted by b and the openings for the rubber band section are denoted by o, o.
The only difference between the two figures is that in FIG. 1 the waistband is tighter because the elastic band section is not stretched, and as a result the fold f has automatically formed on the inside of the pants, while according to FIG Stretching of the rubber band section is further and as a result the fold f has stretched out smoothly, so that the middle part of the rubber band section visible from the outside is located above that collar part which according to FIG. 1 has formed the fold.
