Sehriftsatzbinder. Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Schriftsatzbinder mit einer um den Schriftsatz zu legenden Schnur und einer den Schnurzug aufnehmenden Feder. Von zwei Binderteilen ist der eine am andern auf klappbar angelenkt und steht mit dem einen Schnurende in dauernder Verbindung, wäh rend der andere Teil zum Befestigen des an dern Schnurendes eingerichtet ist.
Das Ganze dient dem Zwecke, beim Niederklappen des einen am andern Binderteil angelenkten Teils die am Ersteren befestigte, um den Schrift satz gelegte Bindeschnur zu spannen und durch ihren Zug die beiden Bindemeile gegeneinander zu drücken.
In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes schema tisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigen die Fig. 1 und 2 eine erste Ausführungsform im Auf- und Grundriss, und die Fig. 3 bis 6 eine zweite und dritte Aus führungsform ebenfalls im Auf- und Grund- riss. Der gezeichnete Satzbinder besitzt zwei Binderteile 1, 2, wovon der letztere im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt.
Beide Teile 1, 2 sind durch Zapfen 4, der in aus dem Unterteil 1 abgebogenen Tragstegen 3 steckt und in entsprechende Ausnehmungen des Teils 2 ragt, gelenkig miteinander ver bunden. Im Binderteil 2 ist eine Feder vor gesehen, gegen deren eines Ende sich der Bügel 6 stützt. Mit dem andern Ende liegt die Feder 5 am Teil 2 an. Der Bügel 6 steht mit der um den Schriftsatz gelegten Schnur 7 in lösbarer oder fester Verbindung. Der, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, nach unten abge bogene Bügel 6 ist in einem Schlitz 60 des Teils 2 geführt.
Es ist dabei zu beachten, dass die Führung 60 für den Bügel 6 näher an der gante 2' des Teils 2 liegt, als der Drehpunkt 4 des ganzen Oberteils. Dadurch kann erreicht werden, dass,. wenn der Teil 2 im Sinne des Pfeils I (Fig. 1), das heisst im Uhrzeigersinne verschwenkt wird und mit den Kanten 2' auf den Teil 1 aufzuliegen kommt, der Teil 2 durch den durch die Schnur 7 auf den Bügel 6 ausgeübten Zug in seiner Schliesslage gehalten wird.
Der mit der Fläche 1' auf dem Schriftsatz auf ruhende Unterteil 1 ist mit zwei Ansätzen 8, 9 zur Befestigung des andern Schnurendes 12 versehen und weist an seinem äussern Ende senkrecht nach oben gerichtete Um biegung 10 auf.
Beim Gebrauch wird nun die einerseits auf die Feder 5 einwirkende Schnur um den Schriftsatz gelegt und das freie Ende 12 um die Ansätze 8 gelegt. Wie aus Fig. Z er sichtlich, erfolgt dies derart, dass das freie Ende durch den zwischen .den Umbiegungen 10 vorhandenen Schlitz 11 geführt und um die Ansätze 8, 9 geschlungen wird. Das Ende 13 der Schnur kommt dabei unten zwischen die Kanten der Teile 1 und 2 zu liegen und wird also durch den, durch die Schnur aus geübten Zug auf den Unterteil 1 gedrückt und dadurch in seiner Lage gesichert. Teil 2 wird um den Zapfen 4 auf den untern Rinderteil 1 geklappt, wodurch die Feder 5 zusammengedrückt und die Schnur gespannt wird.
Die Ausführungsform gemäss den Figuren 3 und 4 unterscheidet sich von der vor stehend beschriebenen nur dadurch, dass die Feder 5 direkt in den Schnurzug 7 einge hängt ist. Von der Verwendung eines Bügels 6 wird also abgesehen. Während das eine Ende der Feder 5 fest oder lösbar mit der Schnur 7 verbunden ist, ist das andere Ende im Teil 2 bei 6' befestigt. Die Ansätze 8, 9 sind hier besonders zweckmässig geformt, derart, dass ein Nachspannen des freien Schnurendes 13 leicht möglich ist.
Zu diesem Zwecke sind die aus dem Unterteil 1 ausge stanzten Ansätze 8, 9 hakenartig ausgebildet und im Querschnitt leicht gewölbt. Im übri gen gilt auch hier das in Bezug auf die Fig. 1 gesagte.
Die Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen eine Ausfüh rungsform, bei welcher die Feder 5 in einem, im Binderteil 2 angeordneten Gehäuse unter gebracht wird. Die Schnur 7 steht über einen Stift 6"', mit welchem sie fest oder lösbar verbunden ist, mit einem Kolben 6" in Ver- bindung. Der Letztere stellt sich auf das eine Ende der Feder 5 ab, während das andere Ende der Feder 5 sich gegen das Gehäuse 14 legt. Der Kolben 6" ist im Gehäuse 14 verschiebbar.
Beim Schliessen des Teils 2 er folgt infolge der exzentrischen Lagerung des selben eine strammerartige Wirkung und die Feder 5 wird durch den Kolben 6" zusam mengedrückt. Die Ansätze 8, 9 sind im übrigen ähnlich ausgebildet, wie mit Bezug auf die Fig. 3 und 4 beschrieben. Als Halte organe können auch einfach mit Köpfen ver sehene, runde Bolzen verwendet werden.
Veryift sentence binder. The subject matter of the present invention is a document binder with a cord to be placed around the document and a spring that takes up the cord pull. Of two tie parts, one is hinged to the other and is in permanent contact with one end of the cord, while the other part is set up to attach the end of the cord to the other.
The whole serves the purpose, when folding down one part hinged to the other part of the binder, to tension the binding cord attached to the first part of the binding and to press the two binding parts against each other through its pull.
In the drawing, three execution examples of the subject invention are shown schematically, namely FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment in plan and floor plan, and FIGS. 3 to 6, a second and third imple mentation form also in plan and ground - crack. The drawn sentence binder has two binder parts 1, 2, the latter of which has a substantially U-shaped cross section.
Both parts 1, 2 are articulated to each other by pin 4, which is inserted into the bent support webs 3 from the lower part 1 and protrudes into corresponding recesses of the part 2. In the binder part 2, a spring is seen against one end of which the bracket 6 is supported. The other end of the spring 5 rests on part 2. The bracket 6 is in a detachable or fixed connection with the cord 7 placed around the brief. As can be seen from Fig. 1, bowed down abge bracket 6 is guided in a slot 60 of the part 2.
It should be noted that the guide 60 for the bracket 6 is closer to the gante 2 'of the part 2 than the pivot point 4 of the entire upper part. This can achieve that. when part 2 is pivoted in the direction of arrow I (Fig. 1), that is to say clockwise, and comes to rest with the edges 2 'on part 1, part 2 is moved into position by the tension exerted by the cord 7 on the bracket 6 its closed position is held.
The lower part 1 resting with the surface 1 'on the brief is provided with two lugs 8, 9 for fastening the other end of the cord 12 and has a bend 10 directed vertically upwards at its outer end.
During use, the cord acting on the one hand on the spring 5 is now placed around the brief and the free end 12 is placed around the lugs 8. As can be seen from FIG. Z, this is done in such a way that the free end is guided through the slot 11 present between the bends 10 and looped around the shoulders 8, 9. The end 13 of the cord comes to lie at the bottom between the edges of the parts 1 and 2 and is therefore pressed onto the lower part 1 by the pull practiced by the cord and thereby secured in its position. Part 2 is folded around the pin 4 on the lower cattle part 1, whereby the spring 5 is compressed and the cord is tensioned.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the one described above only in that the spring 5 is directly suspended in the pull cord 7. The use of a bracket 6 is therefore not used. While one end of the spring 5 is fixedly or detachably connected to the cord 7, the other end is fixed in part 2 at 6 '. The lugs 8, 9 are particularly expediently shaped here in such a way that re-tensioning of the free end of the cord 13 is easy.
For this purpose, the punched out from the lower part 1 lugs 8, 9 are hook-like and slightly curved in cross section. In other respects, what has been said in relation to FIG. 1 also applies here.
5 and 6 show a Ausfüh approximately form in which the spring 5 is placed in a housing arranged in the binder part 2 under. The cord 7 is connected to a piston 6 ″ via a pin 6 ″ to which it is permanently or detachably connected. The latter stands on one end of the spring 5, while the other end of the spring 5 rests against the housing 14. The piston 6 ″ can be displaced in the housing 14.
When the part 2 is closed, the eccentric mounting of the same results in a tightening effect and the spring 5 is compressed by the piston 6 ″. The lugs 8, 9 are otherwise designed similarly to those with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 Round bolts simply provided with heads can also be used as retaining organs.
