Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung hydrophiler zugeschnittener Gewebestücke für Reinigungszwecke. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung hydrophiler zuge schnittener Gewebestücke für Reinigungs zwecke, insbesondere Scheuertücher, Abwasch tücher, Handtücher.
Die bis heute im Handel befindlichen zugeschnittenen Gewebestücke fürReinigungs- zwecke nehmen die Flüssigkeiten, besonders im Anfangszustand schwer auf, während die nach dem Verfahren gemäss vorliegender Er findung behandelten Gewebe alle wässerigen Flüssigkeiten gut aufnehmen, auch wenn die Gewebe lose gewoben sind.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass den zugeschnitte nen Gewebestücken durch Bäuchen in einem Bade, durch Säuern, Auswaschen und Trock nen die Eigenschaft der guten Flüssigkeits aufnahme verliehen wird.
Das Verfahren kann beispielsweise wie folgt ausgeführt werden: Die zugeschnittenen Gewebestücke werden mit oder ohne Druck. in einem Bade von Sodalauge von<B>50</B> B6 gebäucht, damit die Verunreinigungen durch Kochen gelöst werden.
Nach dem Bäuchen gelangen die Gewebe in ein Bad, zum Bei spiel von 5/o Ammoniak zur weiteren Ent fettung. Anschliessend werden die Gewebe mit einer zirka 41 B6 starken Chlorkalk lösung gebleicht, worauf ein Absäuern in einer 5 o/oigen Salzsäurelösung mit nachherigem Spülen mit Wasser und gegebenenfalls noch mit einer 1 %oigen Lösung von Thiosulfat erfolgt. Das endgültige Trocknen findet ent weder durch Lufttrocknung oder auf der Trockenmaschine statt.
