Description
Permanent magnet system with pole pieces, especially for ignition and luminous power generators. The invention relates to permanent magnet systems with pole pieces, in particular one for ignition current generator. So far it has been customary to fasten the pole pieces to the Mag designated by screws or the like, or to fix the pole pieces to a housing enclosing the entire magnet system and to press them against the magnets. These known constructions all have the disadvantage that a good connection can only be achieved through careful and therefore expensive processing of the magnet and pole pieces. In addition, the losses in the pole shoes are increased by the fastening parts that penetrate into them.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that the magnets and pole shoes are connected to one another by interlocking approaches.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is playing the object of the invention is provided. They show: FIG. 1 an annular magnet system, FIG. 2 a section along the line 2-2 of FIG. 1.
The magnet system shown consists of a number of metal sheets put together pole pieces a, which are arranged in a circle with equal distances from each other. Magnetic rods b are located between the pole pieces and are made of a magnetically low amount of steel, for example aluminum nickel steel. The pole pieces and the magnet bars are connected to each other in that the magnets are cast around approaches c of the pole pieces. In the exemplary embodiment, the approaches are dovetail-shaped. The ring formed from the pole pieces and rods is cast in a housing d made of aluminum or some other non-magnetizable material.
