Refrigerating machine systems, especially for household refrigerators. The invention relates to a refrigeration machine system with a cooling space, in particular in household refrigerators, in which a throttle element is arranged between the evaporator and condenser, which is formed by one or more line elements with a narrow flow cross-section. In known refrigeration machines, the Dros selorgan is directly connected to the condenser. This arrangement has the disadvantage that the connection point on the mostly exposed condenser is unprotected and can therefore easily be damaged.
Special protective devices for the connection are expensive and are often difficult to attach. In addition, the known machines show the disadvantage that when repairing or replacing a damaged throttle element with a new one, the condenser must always be affected. If a capillary tube is used as a throttle device, it is usually unavoidable to bend the capillary tube more or less sharply at one or more points.
Sharp curvatures are harmful to capillary tubes insofar as particles of the inner surface easily flake off at these points, which soon clog the tube.
When using simple throttling devices formed by cross-sectional constrictions, care must also be taken that the refrigerant is always in the predominantly liquid aggregate state assumed when dimensioning the passage openings during the expansion process. Only in this case is the pressure gradient generated that is required to achieve the evaporator temperatures that are useful for generating cold. This condition is met if no heat input, which would interfere with the steady expansion, can occur at the throttle device.
This is achieved by eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages in that the throttle element is arranged in the interior of the insulating layer surrounding the cooling space and is closed to a part of a housing fixed on the outer wall of the cooling space, while another part is detachably connected to the fixed part Housing part with which the condenser comes from the line is in connection. The Ge housing part to which the throttle member is connected is also expediently arranged within the insulating layer and tightly connected to the outer wall of the cooling chamber, for example by soldering.
When using a throttle element formed from several nozzles, the nozzles are expediently arranged in the part of the refrigerant path penetrating the insulation layer in such a way that there is an expansion curve of the cold means corresponding to the temperature curve in the insulation layer.
In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are shown games of the invention, namely Fig. 1 shows a refrigerator with Kühlma machine, partly in section, Fig. 2 is a section through the housing connected between the condenser and throttle body, Fig. 3 is a section through another embodiment of the Throttle body with the housing.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, an evaporator 12, which consists of two nested vessels 13, 14, which enclose a spiral evaporator chamber 15, is pushed over a cylindrical refrigerated goods container 10, which encloses a cooling space 11. An insulating jacket 16, which is protected from the outside by a sheet metal jacket 17, is placed around the refrigerated goods container 10.
On the back of this shell 17, a condenser 18 is attached, which a compressor ter 19 supplies refrigerant under pressure through a line 20, which he has previously sucked abge from the evaporator 12 via a line 21. The refrigerant is cooled and liquefied in the condenser 18 and then has to flow through a @lro "<l @ -orrichtiui @ in which it is throttled to dc, ii Vi # riLinpf (@nlri @, - l;).
As a throttle body is. liier uses a capillary tube 22 which is wound into the cooling container 10 on the outside. is therefore protected within the insulation 16. This capillary tube 22 is now not directly inserted into the condenser 18, but protrudes with one end into a housing part \) 5 (Fix. 2), to which it is tightly soldered. The part 25 is tightly connected to the inside of the outer jacket 17 by soldering and protrudes through an opening in the jacket 17 to the outside. With the part 25, another housing part 24 is connected by means of screws.
The connection point of the throttle tube 22 to the housing part 25 is therefore protected within the insulation and as a result cannot be damaged. The housing 24, 25 ver is expediently placed at a point to which the throttle tube 22 can be performed in a straight line or in a slight curve, so without sharp curvature, so that the inner surface of the throttle tube is not damaged by bending stresses. The housing part 24 located outside the shell 17 is connected to the condenser 18 by a line 2, 6. A sealing bushing 27 is inserted between the two parts 24, 25 of the housing, in which a sieve 28 is crimped.
By crimping the screen 2: 8 into the sealing bushing, special support and sealing surfaces for the screen are saved. In addition, the sieve and sealing part form a structural unit that can be easily removed and replaced.
In the embodiment of Fig. 3 be, the throttle member consists of a number of nozzles 22 'connected in series, which are formed by sleeve-like insert bodies provided with through openings on the ceiling and with their cylindrical walls iii a transversely penetrating insulation 16 serving as a nozzle holder Tube 32 are tightly fitted, one end of which opens into the spiral evaporator chamber 15 and the other end of which is connected to a housing 24, 25 i-4,
to which the line 26 coming from the condenser 18 is connected. The tube 3 is inserted into a protective tube 36 which is fixed to the evaporator outer wall 14 and to the sheet metal outer jacket 17, for. For example, by soldering, is connected. An easily accessible screw 37 is screwed into the lower, expanded open part of the tube 36, by means of which the tube 32 is tightly secured in the protective tube 36 and thus also the housing 24, 25 on the cooling container with an annular seal 38 in between. With the housing part 25 of the part 2 4 is releasably connected to easily expand the throttle device NEN.
For this purpose only the screw 37 needs to be loosened and the part 25 with the tube 3 ', in which the nozzles 22' sit, must be pulled out. This arrangement therefore allows the nozzle set to be exchanged easily. To keep foreign bodies away from the nozzles, a sieve 28 is inserted into the housing 25, which is conveniently crimped into a sealing part 27 inserted between the two housing parts 24, 25 and thus forms a structural unit with this. Behind the last nozzle, seen in the direction of the refrigerant flow, a filter can also be connected, which consists of a body 34 fitted with little play in the pipe 3, 2 and provided with longitudinal grooves 33.
This filter holds back the finest foreign bodies even if the refrigerant moves backwards and also acts as a throttle organ. Such a filter can also be arranged in front of the nozzle set instead of the sieve 28 or apart from this sieve. The throttling device can also be designed in such a way that the bore of each subsequent nozzle is smaller than that of the preceding nozzle, so that a gradually narrowing passage for the refrigerant is obtained.
