Druekgasschalter.
Pressure switch. The invention relates to a pressurized gas switch in which the pressurized gas only during the switching process from the switch itself, for. B. by means of pistons is generated. If you want to cope with larger switching capacities with such a device, a pressure of several atmospheres over pressure is necessary. In order to avoid a costly and expensive construction of the device, it is necessary to carry out the pressure increase in the cylinder as quickly as possible and with a subsequent switch-off movement, so that there is no pressure loss. However, this requires considerable forces that are most appropriately managed with the help of a previously charged energy storage device.
To load the latter, however, a time of at least several seconds, possibly even half a minute or a full minute, is required.
If you were to connect the disconnection element to the energy storage device and charge it when you switch on, as is customary with low-power circuit breakers, for example, the switching-on movement would be much too slow, especially if you were out of economic and spatial planning Reasons for doing without a special power drive and therefore want to load the energy storage device by hand.
According to the invention, therefore, means are present at the pressure gas switch to achieve an independent of the Einaltbewe supply of the switch charging of the energy storage device for the generation of the compressed gas when a switching process. This allows both processes to be carried out easily by hand without the aid of a special switch-on power source. To switch it off, the compression force accumulator should first be activated manually or in any other way, for example by a relay-like device. For its part, it can be used to initiate switching off the switch after partial or complete compression of the compressed gas, for example by unlatching it.
In order to achieve the fastest possible switch-off movement, the switch-off switch is expediently moved by means of special means (switch-off springs or the like) independently of any further movement of the compression energy accumulator. In order to avoid errors in the operation, the arrangement is advantageously made so that the switch can only be switched on when the compression force accumulator is charged.
This can be achieved in a simple and known manner through locks.
In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown. The switching pin a works together with the nozzle contact c attached to the compressed air cylinder b: the pressure piston d is moved by the switching arm e, on which the spring force accumulator f engages at the same time. The switching pin a is actuated by means of the switching arm g , which is connected to the latching rod and the opening spring i.
The illustration shows the switch-off position. Before switching on, the lever e is first brought into the ready position (shown in dotted lines) while charging the compression force accumulator f, where it is supported on the pawl k. He then turns on the switching pin a, which conveniently closes the opening of the contact nozzle c tightly; the switch-off spring i is tensioned and the rod left. latches with the pawl qn.
To switch off, first the pawl k is moved in the direction of arrow A by hand, by means of magnets or in any other way, the compression force accumulator f prePit by means of the switching arm e, the piston d into the cylinder b, until the end of the switching arm e the pawl m and this triggers. This makes the rod h. ben released and the switching pin a torn out of the connection with the contact nozzle c by means of the spring i. The compressed air in cylinder b flows through nozzle c and thus extinguishes the switching arc. To increase clarity, all parts not required to illustrate the concept of the invention, such as drive and isolation members, etc., are omitted.
The arrangement and design of the switching elements, in particular the contacts blown with compressed gas, can also be selected differently as desired.
