Description

  

      Strickmaschinennadel.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine     Strickmaschi-          nenrradel,    die zum Überhängen von Maschen  eine besondere Art von Einkerbungen auf  weist. Sie kann hauptsächlich für Nadeln  auf     Maschinen    mit feiner Teilung Anwen  dung finden.  



  Bei den bisherigen Nadeln sind die Ein  kerbungen, die zum Halten der hinter die  Nadelzungen gelangten Maschen dienen, ent  weder durch auf der Rückseite und auf einer       Seitenfl:i.clre    des Nadelschaftes verlaufende       Längsaussparungen    und eine Nase auf der       Vorderseite    gebildet, oder aber durch Fräsen  von Einschnitten an der Seite und Vorder  seite der Nadel erzielt. Solche     Einkerbungen     sind teils kostspielig in der Herstellung, vor  allem aber verursachen sie eine Schwächung  des Nadelschaftes, was für die     Anwendung     vor) Nadeln feiner Teilungen nachteilig ist.  



       Gemäss    der Erfindung wird nun die Ein  kerbung durch Herauspressen der Nase aus       dein    Nadelschaft hergestellt, so dass die mach  teilige Schwächung des Nadelschaftes nicht  eintritt.    Auf der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungs  form des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    beispiels  weise dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 und 2 zeigt eine Seiten- bezie  hungsweise Draufsicht der Nadel;       Fig.    3 und 4 eine Seiten- beziehungs  weise Draufsicht in vergrössertem Massstab.       Aus    dem Nadelschaft     a    ist durch beider  seitiges Pressen bei c eine Nase gebildet,  die die     Einkerbung    h ergibt. Dadurch, dass  an dieser Stelle kein Material beseitigt wird  und vor allem die Höhe des Nadelschaftes  in der     Einkerhung    fast unverändert bleibt,  behält die Nadel ihre ursprüngliche Festig  keit an dieser Stelle.     Selbstverständlich        kann     die Einpressung bei c nur auf einer Nadel  seite vorgesehen werden.

Such notches are sometimes expensive to produce, but above all they cause a weakening of the needle shaft, which is disadvantageous for use in front of needles with fine pitches.



       According to the invention, the notch is now made by pressing the nose out of your needle shaft, so that the partial weakening of the needle shaft does not occur. In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown as an example.



       Figures 1 and 2 show a side or top view of the needle; 3 and 4 are a side or plan view on an enlarged scale. A nose is formed from the needle shaft a by pressing on both sides at c, which gives the notch h. Because no material is removed at this point and, above all, the height of the needle shaft in the notch remains almost unchanged, the needle retains its original strength at this point. Of course, the indentation at c can only be provided on one needle side.
