Contact pin with spring. The present invention relates to a contact pin with a spring, in particular for radio tubes, which is characterized in that the contact pin has a cover nut at its free end, and that the spring inserted into the slot of the contact pin is designed such that it serves to secure the cover nut and is subjected to bending when the pin is inserted.
On the accompanying drawing - the subject of the invention is shown in two -, crsehiedenen exemplary embodiments, and it shows: Fig. 1, one half of a spring-loaded connector, Fig. 2 is a top view of the contact pins, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section of a contact pen with inserted spring according to the first embodiment, Fig. 4 is a cross section along the line AB of Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 is a longitudinal section of a contact pin according to the second Ausführungsbei game, Fig. 6 is a cross section along the line C-D of Fig. 5 and Fig. 7 and 8 two different Ausfüh approximately examples of the spring.
1 is the connector provided with the contact pins 2 and 3. The contact pins 2 and 3 are provided at their free ends with cover nuts 4 and 5 that can be screwed onto them. The contact pins are also provided with milled slots 6. In these slots 6, and partly in the bores of the pins, the springs 7 are set, which are formed depending on the design of a milled slots 6. An advantage is when the friction surfaces of the springs are roughened (Fig. 1).
The spring 7 is designed in such a way that its bent lower part 8 comes to rest on the edge 9 of the contact pin, while the upper part 10 of the spring 7 presses against the wall of the cover nut 4 so that it is secured from loosening becomes. When inserting the pin, the spring is subjected to bending. The con tact pin, like the spring, can be designed so that the spring protrudes only on one side (Fig. 8 and 7), or then as shown in Fig. 5 and 8, where the spring protrudes on both sides. The spring 7 can move partially in the slot 6, so that secure contact is obtained when the contact pins are inserted into the sleeves.
Poor insertion of the plug into the sleeve can therefore not damage the springs. Since the construction of the contact pin is a simple type, the production of the same comes cheap.
