Description

  

      Hfolzsohle    für Schuhwerk.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Holz  sohle für Schuhwerk, die im     Ballenteil    an  nähernd in dessen Mitte quer zur     Längs-          ach3e    getrennt und beide Teile     mittelst    auf  den breiten und     schmalen    Seiten angebrach  ten, elastischen     Verbindungastücken    derart  biegsam miteinander verbunden :sind,     dass    die  beiden Sohlenteile sich an der Verbindungs  stelle der     Vorderfussbiegung    beim Gehen an  passen können und wasserdicht sind.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der  Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsformdargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeig das     Beispiel    in der Seiten  ansicht, teilweise im     Schnitt;          Fig.    2 zeigt die Holzsohle im     Grundriss,     und       Fig.    3 eine Ansicht der Sohle von unten.  Die Holzsohle besitzt ein Vorderstück 1  und ein Hinterstück 2, die zusammen     als     ganze Sohle in verschiedenen Arbeitsgängen  hergestellt werden.

   Nach Fertigstellung der  Sohle als Ganzes wird auf deren oberer  Seite etwa in der Mitte des     Ballenteils    in    diese spitzwinklig zur Mittellinie der Sohle  ein Ausschnitt 3 eingearbeitet und in diesem  eine über die ganze Breite der Sohle  reichende     Platte    4 aus     elastischem        Material     z. B. Gummi befestigt. An     wenigstens    zwei  Stellen werden     ferner    über dieser Lage  elastische     Stahlplättchen    5 mit Schrauben 6  befestigt, die das Vorderteil 1 .der Sohle in  der Form der Sohle federnd festhalten.

   Auf  der Unterseite der Sohle wird an der gleichen  Stelle wie an der     obern    Seite eine zweite  etwas breitere     Aussparung    8 ausgearbeitet.  In derselben werden auf beiden Seiten des  später anzubringenden Schlitzes 9 je eine  kleine Schiene 10 und 11 auf     den.    Sohlenteil  durch Schrauben 12 und 13 befestigt. Diese  Schienen vermitteln eine zuverlässige Ver  bindung mit der über ihnen angeordneten  Gummiplatte 14, in die sie durch in     der-          .selben    angebrachte Aussparungen greifen.

    Auf beiden Schmalseiten der Holzsohle sind  Ausschnitte 16 angebracht, in die mit der  Gummiplatte 14 ein Stück bildende     Lappen      15 greifen und den     Schlitz    9 seitlich über-      decken. Nachdem die verschiedenen Teile  auf .der ganzen Holzsohle     eingepasst    sind,  werden sie soweit erforderlich wieder ent  fernt und nun die Sohle durch einen im  spitzen Winkel zur Sohlenlängsachse ge  führten Schnitt 9 in ein     Vorderteil    1 und ein  Hinterteil 2 zerlegt und die untern Schlitz  kanten abgerundet.

   Jetzt können sämtliche  Teile für dauernd in ihrer Lage an der Sohle  befestigt werden und die Gummiplatte 14  erhält an beiden     Längsrändern    eine Nagel  reihe 17, die sie dicht mit dem     Vorderteil     und Hinterteil verbindet. Die seitlichen Lap  nen 15 und eine obere     Korkplatte    7 werden  mit der Sohle verleimt; sie sind in ihrer  Länge derart     bemessen,        d.ass    auf der     obern          Seite    der Sohle ein ununterbrochener Falz  18 entsteht, der zur Verbindung des     Ober-          laders    mit der Sohle dient.  



  An der Verbindungsstelle der Sohlenteile       mitpinauder    kann auf der Sohlenoberseite an  Stelle der     Korkplatte    7 eine     Platte    aus  porösem Material eingesetzt sein, z. B. aus  Filz oder Gewebe, die der Höhlung der Sohle  an .dieser Stelle angepasst ist. Die Platte  kann sich über die ganze     Sohlenoberseite     erstrecken und anstatt aus. porösem aus       wasserdichtem        Material    z. B. Gummi, oder  ein Gummiprodukt bestehen.



      Wooden sole for footwear. The subject of the invention is a wooden sole for footwear, which is separated in the ball part in its middle across the longitudinal axis and both parts are flexibly connected to one another by means of elastic connecting pieces on the wide and narrow sides: are so flexibly connected that the two sole parts can adapt to the junction of the forefoot flexion when walking and are waterproof.



  The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment on the drawing.



       Fig. 1 shows the example in the side view, partly in section; FIG. 2 shows the wooden sole in plan, and FIG. 3 shows a view of the sole from below. The wooden sole has a front piece 1 and a rear piece 2, which are produced together as a whole sole in different operations.

   After completion of the sole as a whole, a cutout 3 is worked into this at an acute angle to the center line of the sole on the upper side approximately in the middle of the ball part and in this one over the entire width of the sole reaching plate 4 made of elastic material z. B. attached rubber. In at least two places elastic steel plates 5 are also attached to this layer with screws 6, which hold the front part 1 .the sole resiliently in the shape of the sole.

   On the underside of the sole, a second, somewhat wider recess 8 is worked out in the same place as on the upper side. In the same a small rail 10 and 11 are on both sides of the slot 9 to be attached later. Sole part fastened by screws 12 and 13. These rails provide a reliable connection with the rubber plate 14 arranged above them, into which they engage through recesses made in the same.

    Cutouts 16 are provided on both narrow sides of the wooden sole, into which tabs 15 forming a piece with the rubber plate 14 engage and laterally cover the slot 9. After the different parts have been fitted on the whole wooden sole, they are removed again as necessary and the sole is now broken down into a front part 1 and a rear part 2 through a cut 9 at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the sole and the lower slot edges rounded.

   Now all parts can be permanently attached in their position on the sole and the rubber plate 14 receives a row of nails 17 on both longitudinal edges, which connects them tightly to the front and rear. The lateral Lap NEN 15 and an upper cork plate 7 are glued to the sole; their length is dimensioned in such a way that an uninterrupted fold 18 is created on the upper side of the sole, which serves to connect the upper loader to the sole.



  At the junction of the sole parts mitpinauder can be used on the upper side of the sole instead of the cork plate 7, a plate made of porous material, z. B. made of felt or fabric, which is adapted to the cavity of the sole .this place. The plate can extend over the entire top of the sole and instead of. porous waterproof material z. B. rubber, or a rubber product.

PATENT CLAIM: Wooden sole for footwear, 'characterized in that it is separated in the ball part approximately in its center transversely to the longitudinal axis and both parts are so flexibly connected with one another by means of elastic connecting pieces attached to the wide and narrow sides that the two soles share at the junction of the forefoot bend when walking and are waterproof. Wooden sole according to patent claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that, to secure the elastic connection between the sole pieces and the lower piece of rubber, a fixed strip is arranged on each sole piece; which engages in a recess in the rubber piece.

Wooden sole according to claim and un terclaims 1 to 3, characterized in that for the elastic connection, the sole pieces on the upper side of the sole, a connecting plate made of elastic material is arranged. 5.
