Vorrichtung zur Befestigung des Stiels an Stielgeräten, wie Schruppern, Wischern, Hämmern usw. hie vorliegende Erfindung ist von der riehtigen Erkenntnis ausgegangen, dass bis her gebräuchliche Stielbefestigungen an Schruppern, Wischern, Hämmern und andern Stielgeräten deshalb keine befriedigende Lö sung dieses Problems gebracht haben, weil diese den Nachteil nicht behoben, dass bei der Arbeitsausführung immer nur der Stiel bezw. dessen Befestigungsteil beansprucht wurde, was zur Folge haben musste, dass bis her bekannt gewordene Stielbefestigungen an der Befestigungsstelle nach kurzem Ge brauch versagten.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das Problem der Stielbefestigung insofern gelöst, als alle Zug-, Schlag- und Stosswirkungen sich in der Hauptsache nur auf den Gerät körper selbst auswirken und daher die Stiel befestigung an der Befestigungsstelle weni ger als sonst geschwächt wird. Erfindungs gemäss wird die Befestigung des Stiels durch eine in einem Schlitz des Gerätkörpers ver senkt eingelassene Platte mit Stielhülse ver- tnittelt, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Platte im Schlitz des Gerätkörpers un verrückbar festzuhalten.
Zweckmässig wird die Platte im Schlitze des Gerätkörpers dadurch gesichert, dass der Stiel am Befestigungsende mit einer achsia- len Schraube versehen ist, die zugleich in ein. Gewindeloch der Platte und in ein Gewinde loch des Gerätkörpers eingeschraubt ist.
Dabei kann die Schraube an ihrem im Stiel liegenden Teil abgeflacht und hier mit- telst Quernieten befestigt sein.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen im Schnitt und Ober ansicht ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel an einem Schrupper, während Fig. 3 bis 5 Einzelheiten davon darstellen; Fig. 6 stellt ein zweites Ausführungsbei spiel an einem Wischer dar.
Der Gerätkörper 1 (Fig. 1 und 2), in die sem Fall ein Schrupper, weist auf beiden Flankenseiten in seiner Masse je einen ein gefrästen Schlitz 2 auf; in einen dieser bei den Schlitze ist eine Metallplatte 3, welche mit einer Stielhülse 3a versehen ist, versenkt eingelassen. In die Stielhülse 3a ist der Stiel 6 eingesteckt. Am Einsteckende des Stiels (i ist eine Schraube 5 in Längsrichtung der Stielachse angeordnet. Die Platte 3 hat eine durchgehende Gewindebohrung 4, welche zur Aufnahme der Schraube 5 des Stiels 6 dient.
Zur Befestigung der Schraube 5 am Stiel dient ein lappenförmig abgeflachter Teil 5a, der in das betreffende Stielende eingelassen und dort durch Quernieten 7 mit dem Stiel fest verbunden ist. Die Stielhülse 3a findet in einer Ausnehmung 8 des Gerätkörpers Platz. Dabei hat die Platte 3 an der Wur zel der Stielhülse 3a eine Verdickung 9. wel che genau in den entsprechenden Teil der Ausnehmung 8 passt und den Zweck hat, ein Drehen der Platte 3 während des Einschrau- bens des Stiels 6 in den Gerätkörper und während des Gebrauches zu verhindern.
Des weiteren ist der Gerätkörper in Längsachsen richtung des Stiels mit einem Gewindeloch ja versehen und die Schraube 5 so lang aus gebildet, dass dieselbe bei der Befestigung des Stiels durch die Gewindebohrung 4 der Platte 3 hindurch und in das Gewindeloch la des Gerätkörpers 1 hineingeschraubt wer den kann, um so den Sitz der Platte 3 im Gerätkörper 1 zu sichern und das Ganze zu einem festen Gefüge zu vereinigen. Bei der Handhabung des Gerätes werden alle Kräfte unmittelbar auf den Gerätkörper selbst über tragen. Die Befestigungsstelle ist mehr oder weniger entlastet, ein Lockerwerden des Stiels daher so gut wie ausgeschlossen.
Bei einseitigem Aufbrauch des Schruppers kann der Stiel von der einen Seite auf die andere umgesetzt werden. Aus diesem Grunde ist der zweite Schlitz 2 mit einer entsprechen den Ausnehmung 8 und einer zugehörigen Gewindebohrung la vorgesehen.
Die Stielbefestigung an einem Wischer gemäss Fig. 6 ist in ähnlicher Weise durch geführt, nur mit dem Unterschied, dass hier nur ein einziger Schlitz 2 für die Befesti gungsplatte 3 vorgesehen zu werden braucht und derselbe parallel zur Rückenfläche des Gerätkörpers zu liegen kommt, indem der Stiel nicht wie vorhin schräg, sondern senk recht zur Reinigungsfläche steht.
