Electric Nehr motor drive with stator and rotor side coupled asynchronous motors, especially for card sets. The invention relates to an electric multi-motor drive with asynchronous motors electrically coupled on the stator and rotor side, which is particularly suitable for card sets.
In the known drives of this type, a special control or regulating roller was used to switch on and off, with which the drive was switched on and off in stages. again became.
This previous version with a shift drum has proven itself when operated correctly; but if .she, the operating staff does not .the regulations and slows in or out too slowly. switches off too quickly, there are significant operational disadvantages.
When switching on, who only put the stand on the network in a first switch position, which resulted in violent mechanical shocks on the machines if the runners were for any reason out of the same phase.
After the rotor circuit has been opened, the stands may only be switched off. when the motors come to a standstill, which takes about 1/2 minute or even longer due to the large centrifugal masses. However, especially during the break and at the end of work, the workers do not take this into account, but switch off immediately and completely, oo that the even flow is lost. The. however, the result is a damming or tearing of the Vlieessee.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that: a common contactor is provided for all the stator and for all rotors and control elements, through which these contactors are switched in a compulsory sequence. The rotors are: closed after the stator has been connected to voltage so that the motors can start up immediately.
The impact load therefore eats less because it takes place in part during the start-up process.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to two exemplary embodiments from.
In the multi-motor drive according to Fig. 1, the stator 1, 2 and 3 of a three-card set is held in and out, the common three-phase stator contactor 4, while the runners 11, 12 and 1-3, like the stator are electrically coupled to each other, controlled by a common rotor contactor 5.
This contactor closes and opens the star point of the common starting or Betriebswi derstandes 14 in the runner circle.
The push buttons 6 and: 7, which are connected to one another via a rocker 8, are used for switching on and off. The switch-on pushbutton 6 closes the contacts 9 and thus switches the stator contactor 4 on directly.
When the 1 'button 6 is pressed, the switch-off pushbutton 7 also closes its contacts 10 and thus prepares the rotor contactor 5 for switching on. The activation of this contactor 5 but only happens through contacts 2'4 on the stator contactor 4, which switch delayed ver in a manner known per se. This delay has the purpose of, initially, sole purpose.
Turn on the stator to put the motor rotor in spatially identical phase position, if they should be brought out of this position by any circumstances. By speaking of the rotor contactor 5, the machine set then runs up in synchronism up to a speed that is given by the size of the common rotor resistance 14.
To switch off, button 7 is pressed. As a result, the @ rotor contactor 5 drops out immediately, and by opening the star point of the common resistor 14, the motors, which remain on the stator side, run in a known manner in synchronism.
The mechanical connection of the push button 6 with the push button 7 also opens the contact 9. Switching off the common stator contactor 4 is only prepared because it. initially still holds itself through the bypass line 19.
Only after the machines have come to a standstill will:. Contactor 4 be switched off. This can be done, for example, by an interruption contact in the self-holding circuit of the contactor 4; it is better to cause the contactor to drop out automatically.
The drawing gives an exemplary embodiment for this. Between two lines of the rotor circuit there is one that depends on the rotor voltage. Heat relay:
15 ge sets, for example a resistor 16 is connected upstream. The excitation circuit of the common stator contactor 4 is routed via the contacts 17 of the relay.
This arrangement makes use of the phenomenon that with decreasing speed, the rotor voltage increases and thus the; Current flowing through the heat relay, so that this relay responds after a certain adjustable time.
This relay can also be replaced, for example, by a time relay which is activated when the switch is switched off and which is switched on when the button 7 is pressed or when the contactor 5 drops out.
In the embodiment of Fig. 1, the three-phase stator supply was assumed for switching on and off. However, it is also possible to carry out these processes in a single-phase circuit. Then only two stator phases need to be guided via the common stator contactor and the third stator phase via the: Läufei @, contactor.
For this, Fig. 2 gives an exemplary embodiment. Here are only, the phases R and S out of the common stator contactor 4, while the phase T is switched by contacts on the rotor contactor 5. Compared to the first example, this then results in the following different working method: When the contactor 4 initially responds, the stator 1, 2 and 3 are only connected to the network in one phase.
The magnetization that occurs there is sufficient to set the rotor in spatially identical phase position. The three-phase stator circuit is then only produced at the same time as the production of the star point of the rotor resistance 1, 4. With this circuit there is the possibility of choosing the common rotor resistance 14 so small that the motors run at almost normal asynchronous speed during operation, which increases the efficiency. Drive is improved.
The synchronization is lost during operation; However, the speed fluctuations that may occur are so small that they have no significant influence on the desired yarn count, so that there are no concerns about these fluctuations, especially in the coating yarn spinning mill.
The single-phase switching of the stator, which occurs again when the rotor contactor 5 is switched off, however, immediately forces the motors into synchronism again due to the synchronizing torque, which is maintained until standstill.
The synchronizing moments during the transition from the three-phase operating position to the single-phase run-out position are so great that with a rigid coupling, for example a gear or chain drive, undesired shocks and thus mechanical loads occur, and on the other hand, due to the rigid coupling with the big swing:
setting in the spatially identical phase position is made more difficult. To overcome this disadvantage, the motors can be flexible. Means are connected to the work machines. Rubber V-belts or elastic means, such as springs or the like, which are switched into the drive mechanisms appear to be particularly expedient for this. Slipping clutches can also be used.
Other control means can also take the place of the push-button control shown. For example, instead of using the push button 7, the rotor contactor can also be switched with an auxiliary relay.
It is also possible to switch the switching devices on. different points of the machine set to repeat, so. That the switching on and off respectively. only switching off at several points is possible.
