Jeu de quilles. L'objet de l'invention est un jeu de quilles à piste, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un dispositif de lancement de la boule, ledit dispositif présentant des moyens qui permet tent de varier la direction de lancement de ladite boule ainsi que la force avec laquelle elle est lancée.
Le dessin annexé montre, schématique ment et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exé cution de l'objet de l'invention; la fig. 1 en est une élévation, la fig. 2 une vue en élé vation d'un dispositif sous forme de pendule de lancement de la boule, vu de côté, et la fig. 3 le même dispositif vu en élévation par derrière.
En fig. 1, une piste C est terminée à une de ses extrémités par un quillier .E. A l'autre extrémité de la piste se trouve un dispositif de lancement de la boule formé par une partie mobile Dl, éventuellement amovible, de la piste, c'est-à-dire par un plan incliné Dl, orientable à volonté en incli naison et en direction, la base étant perpen- diculaire à la direction dans laquelle ira la boule si on la laisse partir librement.
En fig. 2 et 3, à la potence .g est sus pendu un bras L muni d'une griffe Ll, for mant pendule et dont le poids est formé par la boule<I>D.</I> Le bras<I>L</I> peut se lever plus ou moins haut et si de cette position soule vée, on lâche la griffe munie de la boule, en retombant, le bras viendra frapper la butée M et, en vertu de la vitesse acquise, la boule D quittera la griffe Ll et sera lancée avec plus ou moins de force selon la hauteur à laquelle le bras L aura été levé; le bras L étant orientable, on pourra varier la direc tion de lancement, donc viser et faire des effets.
Le bras<I>L</I> sera relié à la potence .K, par un organe souple, par exemple tuyau ou corde de caoutchouc, ressort en spirale, etc., ou par une articulation à cardan. L'axe reliant les deux supports de la potence .K pourrait être mobile. On pourrait prévoir qu'un ou des ressorts en spirale seraient fixés, d'une part, audit axe et, d'autre part, aux supports de la potence, ceci afin de donner une impulsion de lancement plus forte à la boule.
Il est évident que, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, la griffe Ll pourrait être remplacée par un organe sous forme de cuiller hémisphérique par exemple et que l'on pourrait aussi prévoir un dispositif main tenant la boule dans la griffe et ne la libé rant que lorsque le bras est à fin de course par exemple. On pourrait prévoir également que la potence serait montée sur pivot de façon à ce qu'elle puisse être orientée pour viser, de même que la griffe pourrait être montée de façon mobile sur le bras L.

In fig. 2 and 3, from the gallows .g is suspended an arm L provided with a claw Ll, for a pendulum and whose weight is formed by the ball <I> D. </I> The arm <I> L < / I> can rise more or less high and if from this raised position, the claw fitted with the ball is released, when falling, the arm will strike the stop M and, by virtue of the speed acquired, the ball D will leave the claw L1 and will be launched with more or less force depending on the height to which the arm L has been raised; the arm L being orientable, it is possible to vary the direction of launching, thus aiming and effecting.
The <I> L </I> arm will be connected to the .K stem, by a flexible member, for example rubber hose or cord, spiral spring, etc., or by a cardan joint. The axis connecting the two supports of the .K stem could be mobile. Provision could be made for one or more spiral springs to be fixed, on the one hand, to said axis and, on the other hand, to the supports of the stem, in order to give a stronger launching impulse to the ball.
It is obvious that, without departing from the scope of the invention, the claw L1 could be replaced by an organ in the form of a hemispherical spoon, for example, and that one could also provide a device holding the ball in the claw and not releasing only when the arm is at the end of its travel, for example. Provision could also be made for the stem to be mounted on a pivot so that it could be oriented to aim, just as the claw could be mounted in a movable manner on the L arm.
