Temperature independent reactance. It has already been proposed to use reactance elements, e.g. B. capacitors, self-induction coils or chokes, BEZW in their capacity. To make inductance independent of temperature fluctuations by forming its current-carrying parts as metal coatings on carriers made of ceramic Ma materials that have an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is now difficult to avoid that with such capacitors BEZW. Throttles the ceramic carrier of the metal coverings are the only construction parts.
In general, organs must still be available that are used to assemble the individual isolator parts, to control variable reactances, to carry out, etc.
According to the invention, temperature-independent reactances are produced in such a way that ceramic material with a very small, i.e. H. the amount of 1 # 10-5 coefficient of thermal expansion existing carriers of the current-carrying elements are combined with parts made of metal alloys, which also have a very small, i. H. have a coefficient of thermal expansion not exceeding 1 # 10-5.
As metal alloys, primarily nickel-steel alloys come into consideration, in particular the nickel steel alloy known in technology under the name "Invar". The parts consisting of these alloys can be used to join the ceramic carriers mentioned, for implementation, for screw drive and the like.
A capacitor built according to the invention is shown in the drawing, for example.
a and b are the approximately pot-shaped supports of the metal coverings c, d. A control axis e made of a temperature-constant nickel-steel alloy, z. B. Invar, is provided with a screw thread f, on which an existing made of a similar material and the capacitor part b bearing sleeve g is screwed. By rotating the axis e, the capacity can be changed in a manner known per se by mutual axial displacement of the two cylinders.
The formation of parts f and g from suitable nickel-steel alloy, which is not required by any electrical considerations, in connection with the ceramic carriers results in a reliable, solid construction of almost complete temperature independence.
