Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Reinigungs-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier und Weichmachungsmittels.
Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines Reinigungs-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-und Weiehmaehungs- mittel und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, da? man Rizinusöl mit einem Gemisch von SchwefelsÏure und GlyzerinschwefelsÏure behandelt.
Beispiel :
In 150 Teile Rizinusöl werden bei 15 bis 45 C unter gutem Rühren und Kühlen 150 Teile eines Gemisches von Schwefelsäure und Glyzerinschwefelsäure langsam eingetragen, das man durch Eintragen von 92 Teilen Monohydrat und 369 Teilen 67%igem Oleum in 92 Teile wasserfreies Glyzerin bei 20 bis 25¯ erhÏlt. Nach einst ndigem Nachr hren bei 50 bis 55¯ wird die Sulfiermasse auf 20¯ abgekühlt, in Eis eingetragen und unter Kühlung mit Natronlauge neutralisiert.
Durch Aussalzen des Sulfonates mit Kochsalz erhält man ein hellgefärbtes, dickes 01 mit vorzüglicher Kalkbeständigkeit, das sich besonders als Wasch-und Reinigungsmittel gut eignet.
PATENTANSPRUCH :
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Reini gungs-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-und Weichmachungsmittels, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass man Rizinusöl mit einem Ge misch von Schwefelsäure und GlyzerinschwefelsÏure behandelt.
Das neue Produkt ist ein hellgefärbtes, dickes 01 mit vorzüglicher KalkbestÏndigkeit, das sich besonders als Wasch-und Reinigungsmittel gut eignet.

The present method relates to the preparation of a cleaning, washing, emulsifying, dispersing and grinding agent and is characterized in that? castor oil is treated with a mixture of sulfuric acid and glycerol sulfuric acid.
Example:
150 parts of a mixture of sulfuric acid and glycerol sulfuric acid are slowly introduced into 150 parts of castor oil at 15 to 45 C with thorough stirring and cooling, which is obtained by adding 92 parts of monohydrate and 369 parts of 67% oleum in 92 parts of anhydrous glycerol at 20 to 25 ¯ received. After stirring for one hour at 50 to 55¯, the sulphonation compound is cooled to 20¯, poured into ice and neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution while cooling.
Salting out the sulfonate with common salt gives a light-colored, thick oil with excellent resistance to limescale, which is particularly suitable as a washing and cleaning agent.
PATENT CLAIM:
A method for preparing a cleaning, washing, emulsifying, dispersing and softening agent, characterized in that castor oil is treated with a mixture of sulfuric acid and glycerol sulfuric acid.
The new product is a light-colored, thick 01 with excellent limescale resistance, which is particularly suitable as a washing and cleaning agent.
