Die Vorrichtung zur Ausübung des Ver fahrens ist in mehreren Ausführungsbeispie- len in der Zeichnung wie folgt dargestellt: Fig.1 zeigt eine Glockenspinnvorrichtung mit auf- und niedergehender Spule in einem senkrechten Schnitt; Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht auf die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Glocke; Fig. 3, .3a zeigen andere Ausbildungen der Fadenbremse;
Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen eine andere Ausfüh rungsform mit zwei verschieden gestalteten Happen, wobei die Fadenbremse die auf- und niedergehende Bewegung ausführt;
Spinning and twisting processes, in particular ring spinning and ring twisting processes, and apparatus for carrying them out. The invention relates to a spinning and twisting process, in particular to a ring spinning and twisting process, as well as a device for its implementation and aims at the balloon formation that occurs in the previous spinning and twisting processes at high spindle revolutions,
Des. To avoid the thread and the harmful tensions caused by the centrifugal effect in the thread, which hitherto prevented the spinning and twisting of fine and extremely fine yarns. According to the method and with the device according to the invention it is achieved to spin and twist yarns up to the finest numbering at low turns and highest spindle revolutions. The thread is created completely without a balloon and all unfavorable thread tensions are avoided.
The invention consists in the fact that the thread is applied to the spindle head and in helical windings so on the spindle, respectively. Spinning bell or. The winding tube is brought up to the yarn package to be formed so that it is constantly in contact with the spindle, spinning bell or the winding tube, so it cannot lift off and therefore cannot form a balloon. The thread is then fed to a thread brake.
The thread is held on the spindle head, and if necessary or desired, also on the spindle shaft, at short intervals, for which drivers are used, over which the thread can go over when the thread tension occurs.
The thread brake causes the thread to temporarily slide over the driver. It does not matter whether the ring traveler or the like moves up and down or whether this movement is kine matically reversed.
The device for performing the method is shown in several exemplary embodiments in the drawing as follows: FIG. 1 shows a bell spinning device with a rising and falling bobbin in a vertical section; Figure 2 is a top plan view of the bell shown in Figure 1; Fig. 3, .3a show other designs of the thread brake;
4 and 5 show another Ausfüh approximately form with two differently shaped bites, the thread brake executing the up and down movement;
FIG. 4a shows an embodiment in which, as in FIG. 4, the attachable head with a cylindrical shaft is designed and both are smaller in diameter than the winding tube, so that the tube can be attached and removed without the head taken off,
must become. The: shaft extension also serves as a coil seat; Fig. 6 to 25 show particular Gestun conditions of the spindle end BEZW. of caps or other. on the spindle to be placed parts and the takers to be trained on this, which serve to hold the thread on the spindle or the removable part in contact.
14, 15, 18 illustrate sections according to XIV-XIV (XIV'-XIV ', XIV "-XIV") and XV-XV of FIG. 13, and XVIII XVIII of FIG. 1.7.
The device according to Fig. 1 to 3a be available, one rotatable. mounted spindle 1. on the upper conical end of a spinning bell 2 is attached, which covers the up and down movement executing thread body 15. Above the bell, the thread guide 3 is adjustable in the vertical direction,
through the eyelet 4 of the delivery system coming to ver spinning thread 5 is passed and of which it is tangential to the.
upper conical end 6 of the bell runs up. On the order of the bell catching pins 7 are arranged distributed such that the thread 5 on its way to the lower edge of the bell. is grasped by these drivers and guided around the circumference of the bell in a helical manner.
According to FIG. 1, the bell is provided at its lower end with an annular recess 8, from which an outer bell edge 9 and an inner bell edge 10 are formed.
Between these two edges 9, 10, the stationary ring 11, which acts as a braking element due to its surface properties, is arranged in such a way that the tensile stresses transmitted to the thread 5 on its outside and inside are approximately the same.
This is the case when the ring 11 has an approximately average radius with respect to the radii of the two lower bell rims 9, 10, and when the ring is designed symmetrically in its cross section to the cross sections of the two bell rims 9, 10. The ring 11 can be adjusted in the vertical direction so that the thread can be wound onto the bobbin firmly and with almost constant tension.
The bobbin tube 12 attached to the spindle 1 is mounted as desired on a bobbin bank, not shown, which can be displaced in the vertical direction, and is longitudinally displaceable on the spindle 1 by means of a means 13 so that it.
is taken along when rotated. The bobbin tube 12 serves in a known manner to receive a cardboard sleeve 14 on which the thread is wound as a bobbin 15 during the up and down movement of the bobbin tube and the tube.
In the other embodiments of the thread brake according to FIGS. 3 and 3a, this consists of a rotor 16 which is guided in a manner similar to that of ring spinning machines on a ring 17 and, if necessary, can be loaded by a weight.
The rotor ring 17 can either be arranged in a similar manner, again shown in Fig. 1 thread brake ring 11, so that it can be adjusted in a vertical direction from below. The inside of the bell (Fig. 3) or an annular recess provided on the lower edge of the bell enters (Fig . 1), or it can be below the lower edge of the bell,
so that the thread 5 running from the circumference of the bell enters the rotor 16 and is deflected by this towards the spindle (FIG. 3a). In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the spindle a, onto which the sleeve b is pushed, is at its. upper. The end formed with a pin c, which, as usual with bell spinning machines, is suitable for receiving a removable part d.
The spindle a, which only needs to rotate, is driven by means of a whorl f. The spindle is surrounded by a guide ring g, which is formed and arranged in the manner of a spinning ring and carries a rotor h. The guide ring g is on a ring rail i. stored, which is guided in guides k, that they can perform the up and down movement.
The thread is guided by a concentrically arranged thread guide m above the spindle, which is preferably adjustable in height. The thread n is pulled through the Läu fer lt during commissioning, whereupon he is under the action: the: on the circumference, the upper spindle end d or the bell e arranged driver o or. p on .the circumferential surface of the spindle or the bell is applied and is guided downwards on this in a helical winding. The as.
Thread brake. Serving traveler h has the effect that the thread, n at short time intervals over the more or less flat held, for example, pin-shaped driver o resp. p slides away while the guide ring with the runner performs the up and down movement.
In Fig. 4a an embodiment is provided, which aims to put the sleeve b on or to be able to remove without the head d having to be removed. For this purpose, the head <I> d </I> and the shaft <I> d '</I> have a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the sleeve b, so that the sleeve can be easily attached and removed. The shaft extension d "is conical and also serves as a seat for the sleeve b.
A lower sleeve seat is denoted by a '. In addition to the head end, driver elements o can be arranged in any desired manner on the head <I> d </I> and shaft <I> d '</I>, as marked with dotted lines at o', for example. The helical thread guidance takes place here just as is shown in FIG.
According to Fig. -6 to 1'2, instead of the removable parts d, e (Fix. 4, 5), the caps to be placed on the spindle a or the same below an upper, ring of drivers o with a recess q are seen, which serves to apply the thread to the circumferential surface of the spindle and to lead it downwards in a helical turn.
The caps for. In game according to FIGS. 9, 12 have a rotation from q, which runs according to a steady curve, the thread resting on the spindle or cap without kinking.
Both embodiments according to FIGS. 6, 10 show a second ring of catches provided on the lower edge of the cap, through which in certain cases, for example in the case of yarns of a certain thickness, the groove is removed from the groove by suction drawn in thread is also taken along.
The cap-shaped, pin-shaped or lens-shaped drivers, as described above, can also be replaced by suction openings or channels 104, 105, 106, as shown in FIGS. 13, 14, 16. These suction openings can be used for both fluted and ungrounded caps, and it is also possible to provide drivers protruding over the circumference as well as driver suction openings.
The cap 101 has an axial channel 102 which is seen with an extension 103 ver. The radial suction openings 104, 105. l.06, which are arranged in three planes XIV-XIV, XIV 'XIV' and XIV "and XIV", which are perpendicular to the spindle axis open into the channel 10.2.
Below these three planes, essentially in the section plane gV-XV, a further ring of bores 107 is provided, which are drilled secantially to the spindle cross-section and sloping upwards at an angle so that they open into the cavity 103.
Fig. 16 shows the bores 1017 as they appear on the circumference of the cap. When turning the spindle in the direction of the. Arrow 108, the bores 1:07, which usefully have a considerably larger cross-section than the openings 1.04, 105, 106, act like a centrifugal pump in such a way that the air from the cavity 103! animal is sucked out.
The negative pressure generated in the process is propagated to the channel 102, with the result that the air is sucked in from the outside to the inside through the openings 104, 105, 106. Through this suction, the thread coming from the delivery mechanism is attached to the upper part of the circumference. applied to the cap, around which it is guided in helical turns.
The thread is not hindered by the air emerging from the openings of the bores 107, since it has already made sufficient contact with the spindle.
The bores 107 have the further advantageous effect that the air emerging from them blows away the material fibers that have collected around the spindle and the ring rail and floating around the animals, whereby the spindle and ring rail with brake ring and runner are always kept clean.
The two-part design of the cap according to FIGS. 17, 18 has the advantage that only the upper part of the cap needs to be replaced. On the spindle 130 is the one from the two. Parts 181, 132 existing cap attached.
The lower, larger, essentially cylindrical part 13.1 consists of light metal, while the upper part 132, which is provided with the driver devices, consists of a very resistant material, for example steel. The part 182 is with a square pin 13-3. provided with which it is inserted into a corresponding recess of part 181. By nature, the parts 131, 133 can also be connected to one another in any other way.
As can be seen in section from Fig. 19, the two-part structure of the cap can also serve to arrange the rounded drivers in a simple manner on the circumference of the cap.
The consisting essentially of, the pin provided with a part 1.84 and a sleeve-shaped part 135 will see ver with calatoid drivers, which in the shape of to. Example of steel balls 136 are inserted into the radial bores 187 from the inside.
The balls are clamped in bores, which suitably have a smaller diameter, being brought into their correct position by a plug 138 to be pushed into the cap sleeve 135 from above. Of course, it is also possible to secure the balls 136 in their bores 137 in that the latter have a somewhat smaller diameter on the outer circumference of the sleeve 135.
Two similar two-part caps are shown in a view in FIGS. 20 and 21, both figures showing different configurations of the cap edge above the dome-shaped driver. Obviously, such dome-shaped drivers, as indicated in FIG. 21, can also be produced in one piece with the upper cap part.
The illustrated and described with takers, which are arranged on the upper spindle miserable itself or on a cap to be placed on the spindle, can if necessary be replaced in their effect by raised areas on the upper edge of the spindle head, some of which are shown in games are.
FIG. 22 essentially corresponds to FIG. 8, but here the drivers are through one. corrugated edge 189 formed.
23, an edge 140 projecting above a ring of drivers is formed on a cap (or also on an insert plug 188 (FIG. 19). The groove between this edge and the driver rim acts on the drivers when the spindle rotates rapidly. to guided piece of thread from a suction effect.
Furthermore, drivers can be formed on the upper end of the spindle or the upper edge of a cap according to FIG. 24, 2.5, by means of flat millings 141, 142 arranged on the circumference and lying opposite one another.
