  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 166223.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     1-Ogyalkylamino-4-arylaminoanthraehinons.       Es wurde gefunden,     .dass    man     ein        1-          Oxyalkylamino-4-arylaminoanthrachinon;

      das       1-ss-Oxyäthylamino-4-phenylendiaminoanthra-          chinon,    erhalten kann, wenn man auf 1     Mol          Leuko-l-oxy-4-(4'-aminophenyl)-aminoanthra-          ehinon    1     Mol        ss-Oxyäthylamin    einwirken lässt  und das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt       oxydiert.     



  Die Oxydation kann durchgeführt wer  den, indem das     abgeschiedene    Kondensations  produkt in einem besonderen Arbeitsgange  oxydiert wird; man kann auch das Oxyda  tionsmittel während der Kondensation zu  geben; es findet dann Oxydation unmittelbar  nach Kondensation statt.  



  Das     1-ss-Oxyäthylamino-4-p-phenylendi-          aminoanthrachinon    bildet ein dunkles Pul  ver, das sich in     Essigsäureäthyl.ester        mit    grü  ner Farbe löst. Nach geeigneter     Verpastung     färbt es     Acetatkunstseide    in vollen und ech  ten grünen Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  132 Teile     Leuko-l-ogy-4-(4'-aminophenyl)-          a.minoanthrachinon    werden in 700 Teilen  Methanol mit 34 Teilen     ss-Oxyäthylamin.       14 Teilen     Natriumchlorat    und 40     Teilen    Bor  säure mehrere Stunden zum Kochen erhitzt.  Wenn keine weitere Veränderung mehr statt  findet, wird filtriert und mit Methanol und  Wasser gewaschen. Nach geeigneter     Ver-          pastung    färbt das Produkt     Acetatseide    in       grünen    Tönen an.

  The 1-ss-oxyäthylamino-4-p-phenylenediaminanthraquinone forms a dark powder that dissolves in ethyl acetate with a green color. After suitable pasting, it dyes acetate artificial silk in full and genuine green tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 132 parts of leuco-l-ogy-4- (4'-aminophenyl) - a.minoanthraquinone are mixed with 34 parts of β-oxyethylamine in 700 parts of methanol. 14 parts of sodium chlorate and 40 parts of boric acid heated to the boil for several hours. If there is no further change, it is filtered and washed with methanol and water. After suitable pasting, the product stains acetate silk in green tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines 1-Oxy- alkylamino-4-arylaminoanthraehinons, des 1-ss-Oxyäthylamino - 4-.p -phenylendiaminoan- thrachinons, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf 1 Mol Leuko--1-oxy-4-(4'-aminophe- nyl)-aminoanthrachinon 1 Mol ss-Oxyäthyl- amin einwirken lässt und das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt oxydiert.
