Description
Sehlauehsehloss. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Schlauchschloss, das sich besonders für Schläuche von Jauche- und Wasserlei tungen, die nicht geradlinig gelegt werden können, eignet. Gemäss der Erfindung zeich net sich das Schlauchschloss dadurch aus, dass es nur aus zwei Teilen besteht, wobei der eine Teil innen kugelförmig ausgebildet ist und auf einer Seite mindestens einen Ein lassschlitz hat, und der andere Teil minde stens einen Kupplungsnocken aufweist, der genau in den Einlassschlitz und den kugel förmigen Teil des andern Stückes passt.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Fig. 1 und 2 respektive 3 und 4 sind je ein Aufriss nebst teilweisem Schnitt und eine Stirnansicht der beiden Schlossteile, und Fig. 5 ist teils ein Längsschnitt und teils ein Aufriss des gekuppelten Schlauch schlosses.
1 (Fig. 1 und 2) bezeichnet den äussern Teil des Schlauchschlosses mit kugelförmi- ger Innenfläche 2 und Stutzen 3 zur Befe stigung einer Anschlussleitung. 4 (Fig. 3 und 4) bezeichnet den innern Teil des Schlauch schlosses, dessen zylindrische Umfangsfläche drei Kupplungsnocken 5 mit kugelförmiger Aussenfläche 6 aufweist, wobei diese Aussen flächen 6 der Kugelform der Innenfläche 2 entsprechen. Um nun die Kupplungsnocken 5 in den äussern Teil 1 einführen zu können, besitzt letzterer Teil drei Einführungsschlitze 7, durch die die Nocken 5 eingeschoben werden können.
Nach der Einführung des Teils 4 in den Teil 1 und nach leichtem, gegenseitigem Verdrehen der beiden Teile 1 und 4 ist die Verbindung fest hergestellt (Fig. 5). Die Kupplungsnocken 5 des Teils 4 und die E1nlassSChlitze 7 des Teils 1 sind so angeordnet, dass nur in einer bestimmten, durch ein Markierungszeichen gekennzeich neten Nockenstellung ein- und ausgefahren werden kann. Das vordere Ende des Teils 4 besitzt eine kugelförmige Abdichtungs-Ring- fläche 8, die sich bei gekuppeltem Schlauch- schloss dicht an die Kugelfläche 2 des Teils 1 anlegt. 9 und 10 bezeichnen die zu ver bindenden Leitungen.
Die Zahl der Kupplungsnocken kann auch eine-andere sein als beim dargestellten Bei spiel.
Sehlauehsehloss. The present invention relates to a hose lock which is particularly suitable for hoses of manure and water lines that cannot be laid in a straight line. According to the invention, the hose lock is characterized in that it consists of only two parts, one part is internally spherical and has at least one inlet slot on one side, and the other part has at least one coupling cam that is exactly in the inlet slot and the spherical part of the other piece fits.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 are each an elevation along with a partial section and an end view of the two lock parts, and FIG. 5 is partly a longitudinal section and partly an elevation of the coupled hose lock.
1 (Fig. 1 and 2) designates the outer part of the hose lock with a spherical inner surface 2 and a connector 3 for fastening a connecting line. 4 (Fig. 3 and 4) designates the inner part of the hose lock, the cylindrical circumferential surface of which has three coupling cams 5 with a spherical outer surface 6, these outer surfaces 6 corresponding to the spherical shape of the inner surface 2. In order to be able to introduce the coupling cams 5 into the outer part 1, the latter part has three insertion slots 7 through which the cams 5 can be inserted.
After the introduction of the part 4 in the part 1 and after slight mutual rotation of the two parts 1 and 4, the connection is firmly established (Fig. 5). The coupling cams 5 of part 4 and the inlet slot 7 of part 1 are arranged in such a way that they can only be retracted and extended in a specific cam position identified by a marker. The front end of the part 4 has a spherical sealing ring surface 8 which, when the hose lock is coupled, lies tightly against the spherical surface 2 of the part 1. 9 and 10 denote the lines to be connected.
The number of clutch cams can also be different than in the example shown.
