In den Fig. 1 bis 4 sind vollbewickelte Kötzerspulen auf ihren Spindeln sitzend dargestellt; Fig. 5 zeigt eine von ihrer Spindel ab gezogene volle Kötzerspule; die Fig. 6 bis 19 zeigen eine Kötzerhülse in je zwei Ansichten mit verschiedenen Fadenklemmstellen am Hülsenfuss;
Fig. 20 zeigt eine vollständige Kötzer- hülse, bei welcher am Kötzerfuss eine Klemm rille nach Fig. 6, an der Kötzerspitze da gegen eine besondere Rille zur Aufnahme einiger Fadenwindungen vorgesehen ist; in F'ig. 2!1 ist an der Kötzerspitze eine elastische federnde Scheibe angeordnet, wel che zur Festlegung des Fadens an der Köt- zerspitze dient;
Fig. 22 zeigt das Ende einer Kötzer- hülse, an deren Spitze eine Eindrehung zur Aufnahme eines Klemmringes aus Gummi oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist; die Fig. 28 und 2'4 stellen eine Spindel in der Seiten- und Stirnansicht dar, auf deren Nabe eine Rille zur Festlegung des Faden endes vorgesehen ist; in Fig. 25 ist auf die Spindelnabe zum Festlegen der Garnwindungen ein mehr fach durchbrochener federnder Körper auf geschoben, zwischen dessen Speichen man mit einem Messer die Garnwindungen durch schneiden kann;
Damit sich diese Windungen beim Abziehen des Kötzers von der Spindel nicht wieder abwickeln können, ist der die Garnauflaufstelle 5 begrenzende Rand 29 der Spindelnabe 4 entweder im Sinne der Fig. 23, 24 durch mehrere Kerben 26 unter brochen oder gemäss den Fig. 4, 5 und 26! durch Riefelungen aufgerauht;
Method and device for fixing the thread after the Kötzerherstellang in winding machines. In spinning and twisting machines for cotton and other fibrous materials, it is known that the thread, after the Kötzer has been completed, either on the tube at the Kötzer foot, or on the spindle: by simply opening a few turns of the thread, without jamming the latter, at least so far determine that the last layers of thread cannot slide off the Kötz cone. However, this method is used in winding machines such as
B. for winding bottle bobbins, especially with the slippery rayon yarn and similar webs, not applicable, since the yarn was both on the base of the Kötzers, as well as on the spindle, and do not slide when pulling the finished Kötzer from the spin stay where they are, rather wind themselves off like that or slide off completely. To clamp the end of the thread, it is customary to cut clamping notches in the bobbin case on the Kötzer foot, in which the end thread is then clamped by hand.
The present invention has set itself the task of winding machines in each case, regardless of whether slippery or ordinary yarn is processed, the thread after completion of the bobbin on the one hand on the bobbin itself, on the other hand automatically set on the spindle.
This task can be solved in different ways; For example, one can proceed in such a way that after completion of the bobbin the thread guide is quickly guided from the bobbin end to the bobbin base; he only reads a few steep turns on the package. When it arrives at the Kötzerfuss, it lets one or more coils lie next to each other.
The thread is then led to the bare spindle or its hub, where it also runs in several turns. A second solution to the problem is that after the Kötz has been completed, the thread is first passed through a few adjacent windings at the tip of the Kötz cone, be it on the thread body itself or on the sleeve or in a clamping point specially arranged for this purpose. is determined.
The clamping point can be made elastic by a rubber ring or a spring button. Thereupon the thread is led in a few steep turns over the Kötzer body, and if necessary it can run again in several parallel turns at any point of the cylindrical Kötz part, in order to then fix it on the Kötzer foot and on the spindle itself.
Finally, one can also proceed in such a way that, after completing the Kötzers, one immediately leads the thread in steep turns to the Kötzerfuss and then straight to the spindle hub in order to fix it in a few turns in the manner described above. At the transition from the Kötzer foot to the spindle hub, the thread is also fixed here by pinching it in at the foot of the Kötzer sleeve especially for the notches or projections provided.
In all cases the thread is automatically fixed at least twice in a row after the kötz has been completed. Already at the transition of the thread from the first setting on the bobbin to the winding to be formed on the spindle, it gets stuck in the clamping provided on the sleeve base, or the latter is determined when pulling the Kötzers from the spindle. The thread then breaks off between the two clamping points when the putty is removed.
By setting it on the spindle, the thread remains in the thread guide, so that after an empty tube has been plugged in, it can be transferred directly onto this and can continue with a new bobbin formation.
The clamping points at the sleeve base and tip can be formed in various forms. The thread remnants gradually accumulating on the spindle are removed from time to time by hand or with the help of a knife or the like; however, they can also be eliminated automatically by knives arranged on the spindle. But you can arrange a special attachment body on the spindle for winding the thread on the spindle. which facilitate the removal of the accumulated thread ends.
The drawing shows various forms of implementation of the solution to the task at hand.
1 to 4 fully wound Kötzerspulen are shown sitting on their spindles; Fig. 5 shows a full Kötzerspule withdrawn from its spindle; FIGS. 6 to 19 show a Kötzer sleeve in two views each with different thread clamping points on the sleeve base;
FIG. 20 shows a complete Kötzer sleeve, in which a clamping groove according to FIG. 6 is provided on the Kötzer foot, and a special groove is provided on the Kötzer tip to accommodate a few turns of thread; in Fig. 2! 1 an elastic, resilient disk is arranged on the kötzerspitze, which serves to fix the thread on the kötzerspitze;
22 shows the end of a Kötzer sleeve, at the tip of which a recess for receiving a clamping ring made of rubber or the like is provided; 28 and 2'4 show a spindle in the side and front view, on the hub of which a groove is provided for fixing the thread end; In FIG. 25, a resilient body with multiple perforations is pushed onto the spindle hub for fixing the twine turns, between the spokes of which the twine turns can be cut with a knife;
26 shows a spindle with a hub which has a corrugated edge, which prevents the end threads running up on the spindle from unwinding again when the dung is drawn off; 27 to 29 show a winding spindle with its drive and a special device for the temporary automatic cutting through of the thread remnants that have accumulated on the spindle.
In all embodiments, 2 is the bobbin case, 1 the Kötzerspule, 3 the bobbin spindle, 4 the spindle hub, 6 the Fa denführer and 7 a larger number of Fa denführer carrying rail, carried by guide rods 8 and moved back and forth in the direction of the spindle axis becomes.
According to 'Fig. 1, the thread guide 6 directs the thread after completing the Nötzers to the next quickly from the Kötzerkegel in we nigen steep screw turns 21 to the clamping groove 9 attached to the Kötzerfuss, where it is clamped in a few turns. From here the thread guide brings the thread to the thread run-up point 5 mounted on the spindle hub 4, where it is also wound up in a few turns 25.
So that these turns cannot unwind again when the Kötzers is removed from the spindle, the edge 29 of the spindle hub 4 delimiting the yarn run-up point 5 is either interrupted in the sense of FIGS. 23, 24 by several notches 26 or according to FIGS. 4, 5 and 26! roughened by fluting;
the thread gets stuck in these notches or rough spots when the Kötzers is pulled off, so that it is prevented from unwinding again and is torn off when the Kötzers are pulled from the spindle between Nötzer's rule and the edge 29.
According to FIG. 2, after the Kötzer has been completed, the thread is laid firmly on or at the Kötzer point in a few parallel windings. The thread guide 6 then leads it quickly in the slender turns to the clamping point 9 attached to the foot of the Kötzer sleeve in order to clamp it there and then to the spindle hub in the manner described above.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the thread can be fixed not only at the tip of the Kötz, but also at one or more points of the cylindrical Kötz part by a few twists 24, which is particularly useful with slippery yarn. Thereupon -the thread in the same way as in the execution forms according to FIGS. 1 and 2 to the Kötzer- foot and then to the spindle hub and fixed by several turns.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, after the Kötzer has been completed, the thread is guided in a few steep turns 21 to the Kötzerfuss and then straight to the spindle hub, where it is fixed by a few turns 25 in the manner described above.
At the transition from the Kötzerfuss to the spindle hub, the thread gets stuck in the edge of the Kötzerfuss according to the Fig. 1 \? 13 and 13 provided notches or incisions, is thus also initially determined so that its automatic sliding is prevented.
The clamping points attached to the Kötzer foot can have a wide variety of designs. Some of these are shown in FIGS. 6-19.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the clamping point 9 is formed by a groove that is sharply screwed into the sleeve body.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, a star-shaped body 10 is arranged on the end face of the Kötzer sleeve foot, so that it forms the clamping point 9 with the end face of the Kötzer sleeve. The water star body can be added later with older Kötzerhülsen respectively. attached.
If smooth Kötzer sleeves are involved, then according to FIGS. 10 and 11 the clamping groove 9 required for carrying out the method can be formed by clamping on correspondingly shaped rings 11a and 11h.
As already mentioned, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 and 13, notches 12 are made in the edge of the end face of the Kötzerhülsen- foot, which are used to fasten the thread.
According to FIGS. 14 and 15, a ring 13 is pushed onto the foot of the Kötzer sleeve and has thorn-like projections 14 as clamping points for the thread.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 16 and 17, an elastic ring 15 made of rubber or similar building material is provided in the groove 9 of the sleeve base, so that the thread to be fixed can be clamped particularly securely here.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 18 and 19, a clamping body 9a is pushed into the foot of an ordinary Kötzer sleeve and a rubber ring 15 is also inserted between this and the sleeve foot, so that, similar to FIG. 16, a very good one Forms clamping point.
In order to hold the thread securely at the Kötzerspitze by wedging it, either the rack 17 shown in FIG. 20 is provided with a rubber ring 16 according to FIG. 22, or the clamping disc attached to the tip of the Kötzerhülse according to FIG. 21 18 with a clamping bolt 19 reaching into the sleeve end, which is constantly pulled into the interior of the sleeve by the compression spring 20 provided on it, so that the disc 18 forms a very good clamping point.
In order to be able to conveniently remove the yarn winding 25 collecting on the spindle hub, you can, as already mentioned, see the spindle hub with notches 26, into which, according to FIG. 23, a knife 27 is inserted which cuts the thread windings . The same can happen ge if one arranges an openwork basket on the spindle hub 4 according to FIG. 25, which takes the thread turns 25 on. The knife 27 is pushed between the ribs of the basket.
If necessary, you can pull the basket itself with the thread windings from the spindle hub from case to case and replace it with an empty basket. In order to automatically remove the yarn remnants 25 from the spindle hub 4, the device according to FIGS. 27 to 9 can be used.
It is here 30 a funnel which is arranged below the winding point 5 and is connected to a suction fan 31 in Ver. 37 is a displaceable on the spindle, annular carrier for the knife 38, which in turn engages in one of the notches 96 of the spindle hub. 39 is a compression spring between the knife carrier 37 and the spindle hub, for the purpose of always returning the knife to its rest position.
In front of a number of knife carriers 37, a continuous angle rail 32 is seen, in the upright leg there are slots through which the spindles are gripped. The angle rail 32 is supported by guide rods 33 which are toothed at their ends and which mesh with toothed wheels 34 seated on an axis 35. A lever 36 is seated on the shaft 35 ', by moving the lever the shaft can be rotated. 40 is the spindle bearing, 41 is the spindle drive pulley and 42 is the drive shaft.
If the right-hand rotation of the shaft 35 causes the angle rail 32 to shift to the right, the twine turns 25 on each spindle hub are cut through by the knife 38 so that they fall into the funnel 30 and are carried away by the suction fan 31.
