Dreirichtungsanzeiger an Fahrzeugen.
Im folgenden ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es stellen die Fig. 1, 2 und 3 den Scheinwerfer eines kIo- torrades in Vorderansicht dar; Fig. 4 zeigt eine Rückansicht des Scheinwerfers mit Schnitt nach der Linie a-b-c-d-e-f in Fig. 5, während Fig. 5 einen Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie g-h-i-k-l-m in Fig. 4 wiedergibt;
Three-way indicators on vehicles. The subject of the present invention is a three-direction indicator on vehicles, in which optionally adjustable organs are provided to display each of the three directions of travel.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. 1, 2 and 3 show the headlight of a motorbike in a front view; FIG. 4 shows a rear view of the headlamp with a section along the line a-b-c-d-e-f in FIG. 5, while FIG. 5 shows a vertical section along the line g-h-i-k-l-m in FIG. 4;
6, 7 and 8 represent a push button switch, while FIGS. 9 and 10 show an electromagnetic actuator. 9 shows a section along the line p-q in FIG. 10 and FIG. 10 a section along the line p-q in FIG.
The axes of the two legs 1 and 2 of a pendulum swing pair are arranged parallel to the headlamp axis and lie with the latter in the same vertical plane. At the free end of one leg, a driving pin 3 is attached, while the free end of the counter leg has a longitudinal slot 4. Both engage in one another, thus forming a link guide that allows the legs to swing freely to the left; resp. to the right of the vertical made light possible, with the legs forming a knee, the direction knee.
The legs 1 and 2 are colored red on the non-exposed side opposite the headlight; the exposed surface facing the headlight is polished. Both in daylight and in the dark, the position of the pendulum swing, i.e. also the direction of travel, is clearly visible.
The direction indicator is operated by two push buttons r and l (Fig. 6). The vehicle signal is activated by pushing a button. The contact plate 5 is mounted on a fixed on the rosette 16, all-sided insulated mandrel 17 freely movable ge. It is always pressed into the off position by a spring 15, which automatically ensures that the electrical network is interrupted whenever the pushbuttons are released. On the contact plate 5, the push buttons r, d and s be fastened, which protrude through the cover 18 of the push button switch and are guided through it.
On the plate 16 the push buttons r, l and s are fixed opposite contact bolts. By pressing on one of the contact buttons r, l or s, the contact plate 5 inclines towards the corresponding contact button, with which the electrical circuit is established. The contacts corresponding to the push buttons r and l are connected to coils 6 and 7 (FIG. 9) of an electromagnet for actuating the direction indicator, while the contact is connected to the signaling device.
The coils 6 and 7 have a common, horizontal axis and are attached with their outer end faces to a support which is dtirc; h the side cheeks 13 and 14 (Fig. 9) is soldered to the back of the concave mirror, so forming a whole with this . In these wire coils, a core of soft iron 8 is axially freely movable (FIG. 9), such that each of the wire coils 6 and 7, when an electric current flows through it, pulls this iron core into itself and thereby with a pin 9 the backdrop 10 (Fig. 9 and 10) and brings one leg 1 coupled to this by a rotatably mounted shaft to deflection.
The gate 10 is guided in a slot of the iron core 8 and is also under the influence of a helical spring 11 (Fig. 10), the two elongated ends of which are alternately locked by the fixed pin 12, the pin 9 engages between the two spring ends. According to the pin 12, each spring end can only deflect in one direction. When the pressure is interrupted on contact button r, respectively. l and thereby demagnetized iron core 8 takes place the automatic return of the legs in their central position by one or the other of the spring ends acting on the bolt 9 (Fig. 9 and 10).
From Fig. 5 it is clear that the pins of the legs 1 and 2 are freely movable in bearings, which in turn sit firmly on the concave mirror.
According to regulations, the direction of travel must be displayed synchronously on the rear of the vehicle. Corresponding cable connections occur when one of the push buttons r, respectively. d one of two incandescent lights in operation, which illuminate the directional angles on transparent plates and thus make the direction of travel clearly visible.
For example, the position of the three-way indicator according to FIG. 1 corresponds to the rear light signal according to FIG. 11, and the position of the direction indicator according to FIG. 3 corresponds to the rear light signal according to FIG. In the position of the three-direction indicator according to Fig. 2, the rear light angles are darkened ver (Fig. 13).
When the light is switched on, the central lamp 18 burns backwards in accordance with the regulations as the tail light. FIG. 14 shows the arrangement of the incandescent lamp with the transparent plate 16 removed, and FIG. 15 is the side elevation of this assembly. The overall arrangement of the three-way indicator with the rear light signal is shown in FIG. 16, for example on a motorbike.
