Description

  

  Blechschachtel mit     Scharnierdeckel.       Vorliegende Erfindung hat zum Gegen  stand eine Blechschachtel mit     Scharnierdeckel     bei welcher die Enden des     Scharnierbolzens     von je einer Blechwulst umfasst werden, deren  jede in einen Lappen ausläuft, der durch  einen auf der Innenseite der Rückwand der  Schachtelgebildeten Nietkopf an der Aussen  seite der Rückwand befestigt ist.  



  Bei derart hergestellten Blechschachteln  fällt der Nachteil der bisherigen Blechschach  teln mit     Scharnierdeckel    fort, dass in der  Rückwand der Schachtel durch     Anbringung     des Scharniers ein Spalt entsteht, durch den  Luft in die Blechschachtel eindringen kann,  was in vielen Fällen dem Inhalt unzuträglich  <B>ist.</B>  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt. Es zeigen       Fig.    1 eine Ansicht der Rückwand der  Blechschachtel,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach     I-II    von     Fig.    1         Fig.    3 eine Perspektive der     offenen    Blech  schachtel.  



  1 ist die Rückwand des Schachtelunter  teils, 2 die Rückwand des Schachteldeckels,  2' und 3 ist der Schachtelboden. An der  Rückwand 2 des Schachteldeckels sind die  üblichen Ausschnitte 4 und der den Schar  nierbolzen 5 aufnehmende Wulst 6 angebracht.  Blechlappen 7 sind in ihrem obern Teil zu  Blechwülsten 8 gebogen, welche die Enden  des     Scharriierbolzens    5 umfassen. In der Rück  wand 1 des Schachtelunterteils sind Löcher 9  vorgesehen, welche durch den Werkstoff der  Blechlappen 7 vollständig ausgefüllt werden,  wenn die Nietköpfe 10 auf der Innenseite  der Schachtelrückwand 1 gebildet werden.  Die Nietköpfe 10 verdecken die Löcher 9 in  der Rückwand 1 des Schachtelunterteils voll  kommen und schliessen sie dicht nach aussen  hin ab.

  1 is the rear wall of the bottom part of the box, 2 is the rear wall of the box lid, 2 'and 3 is the box bottom. On the rear wall 2 of the box lid, the usual cutouts 4 and the hinge nierbolzen 5 receiving bead 6 are attached. Sheet metal tabs 7 are bent in their upper part to sheet metal beads 8, which enclose the ends of the hinge pin 5. In the rear wall 1 of the box bottom holes 9 are provided which are completely filled by the material of the sheet metal tabs 7 when the rivet heads 10 are formed on the inside of the box rear wall 1. The rivet heads 10 cover the holes 9 in the rear wall 1 of the bottom part of the box and close them tightly to the outside.
