Telephone system with group alarm facility. The invention relates to a telephone system with a device for transmitting a group alarm, in particular a group fire alarm via Fernsprechleitun conditions and consists in the fact that each group alarm receiving point is a switching means züz- ordered, which is controlled from the alarm center over the telephone lines. When it is operated, this switching means switches the telephone line from the subscriber telephone set to the alarm means of the alarm receiving center.
The fact that this switchover can be carried out independently of the conversation that may have been held on the line at the time of the alarm means that these telephone lines can also be used to transmit a group alarm, for example to simultaneously call a large number of firefighters can, whereby the manufacturing costs of the group alarm system can be reduced. At the same time, the operational safety of the alarm system is increased, since the operational readiness of the telephone lines is monitored for every conversation.
The switching means assigned to each group alarm receiving center and controlled by the alarm center via the telephone line can be designed as a neutral relay and placed between the a- and b-wire of the subscriber line, the wires being connected by a switching contact of the relay from the subscriber telephone set to the Alarm can be switched by means of the alarm receiving center.
The actuation of this neutral relay from the control center: can then be done, for example, by applying a voltage to the telephone lines that is greater than the voltage on the lines at the telephone exchange. Another way to turn on the alarm means in the alarm receiving center is through the use of a polarized relay, which only transfers its armature when reversing a voltage on the line or when switching off a correctly polarized voltage to the telephone line.
In order to avoid disruption of the telephone operation by this parallel lying relay in the idle state, it is necessary to make their resistance so large that the attenuation of the telephone currents caused by them remains sufficiently small.
In the figures, two execution examples of the subject matter of the invention are shown visually and omitting all details not necessary for understanding the invention conditions, namely shows:
Fig. 1 shows the basic arrangement of the group alarm devices is provided, Fig. 2 shows a circuit arrangement of one example, according to which circuit the group alarm switchover is carried out with the aid of a polarized relay, Fig. 3 shows a circuit arrangement of the other example, which circuit differs from that of Fig .2 differs in that the alarm switchover takes place with the help of a relay that responds to current amplification in the subscriber line.
In Fig. 1 T and Te are telephone subscribers who are connected to an automatic telephone office F. In the field marked with Az. Be the switching, signaling and speech devices of the alarm center from which the group alarm is triggered (for example a fire station) are shown. x indicates one. known interrogation set, with the help of which the fire brigade officers both send out alarm alternating current and also have a conversation with the alarmed firefighters. can.
In order to be able to transmit the messages to a larger number of fire fighters, an amplifier for the alternating current voice to be sent is expediently provided in the alarm center.
In addition, the alarm button Y is provided in the alarm center, by whose actuation the group alarm is prepared, in such a way that the desired alarm receiving points are connected to the alarm center.
To determine the number of lines between the alarm center and the automatic telephone exchange to which: the alarm receiving centers are connected; To keep as low as possible, a synchronous switching mechanism Sai respectively in both centers. Sbi provided, with the help of which the key Y is sequentially brought into connection with several B relays, each of which relays to an alarm receiving point and is thus assigned to a telephone line.
With the help of this relay, the connection between the subscriber Te and the automatic telephone exchange I 'in the normal state .der the system connecting line L to the additional circuit device provided in the telephone exchange for: the group alarm switched on, which essentially .from the Re - lais S and the capacitor C consists.
The B relay, which is also part of this, is designed as a self-holding relay in a manner known per se and not shown, so that after a brief excitation via the two synchronous switching mechanisms Sai, Sbi it is held until the group alarm ends.
The fact that the B relay has carried out the switching device of the connection line L from the self-operating telephone exchange F to the additional switching device with the help of contact b, the switching device U is operated in a manner which will be explained later, which starts the subscriber line L from the telephone subscriber Te - and connects to the alarm receiving center Al.
The alarm center Az then transmits an alternating ringing current to the connected alarm receiving centers Al via capacitor C, whereby their alarm means (e.g. alarm clock or horns) are activated. As soon as the alarmed firefighter reports, he actuates the hook switch of the telephone set assigned to him in a manner known per se, whereby the S-relay responds in a manner to be explained later.
This closes its contact s and thus a feedback circuit which, in order to also save lines, runs via the two synchronous switching units Sag, 8b2 in the, telephone and alarm center after the feedback signal means Z of the alarm center.
These signaling means are expediently made up of signal lamps of a lamp panel, which are switched on in a manner known per se via holder relays until the fire officer pressing a hand button clears the display of the lamp panel after he has convinced himself who is the alarmist th firefighters reported.
In Fig. 2 an example of the alarm system indicated in principle by Fig. 1 is provided. The same switching, control and signaling means have the same reference characters.
In the aforementioned manner, the relay B, not shown in Fig. 2, is energized by the alerting officer Ader Alarmzentrale Az, whereby the connecting line L with the wires La., Lb to the two windings Sa, Sb des Relay S is set. The windings of these relays are connected to the contacts bi, b2 and the poles of the office battery in such a way that the connection wire La is at negative potential after switching,
while the wire Lb has positive potential. In contrast, the microphone feed current flows during a conversation between subscriber Te and telephone exchange F in the opposite direction, so that the polarized relay P assigned to the alarm receiving device Al does not respond. It has such a high resistance that it does not significantly affect the telephone operation with the subscriber Te, in particular the microphone feed current.
By reversing the polarity of the voltage on the lines La, Lb when the contacts bi are actuated. b2 is, and only then, actuated the polarized relay P which, by switching over its contacts pi, p2, connects the connecting line L with the alarm receiving center Al instead of with the subscriber Te.
In the manner already mentioned, the alarm center Az (FIG. 1) then transmits an alternating current call to the alarm receiving center Al via the capacitors Ca, Cb (FIG. 2) trained as an alarm clock alarm means are thereby actuated.
The firefighter alerted by this logs in and takes his microphone off the hook switch in a known manner. By flipping this switch, a relatively low-resistance shunt to the high-resistance polarized relay P is made, whereby the current intensity in the connection line L increases in such a way that the relay S, which has previously been dropped, picks up.
As mentioned in connection with Fig. 1, this relay closes its feedback contact s, which results in the lighting up of the feedback lamp Z in the lamp panel of the feedback center Az ..
The voltage at the windings Sa, Sb of the relay S or the resistance of these windings is expediently measured in such a way that by switching the contacts bi, b2 a voltage that is higher than that of the microphone feed current is applied to the veins of the connecting line L. As a result, increased excitation of the polarized relay P is achieved and this prevents the alternating current alarm sent later via the connecting line L from inadvertently activating the polarized relay P.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the alarm switchover is carried out solely by applying an increased voltage to the connecting line L with the line wires La, Lb.
The voltage from which the microphone feed current supply the current source Bi is namely lower than .die voltage of the relay S feeding current source B2. Of course you can get by with the same voltage of the power source, i.e. with only one power source, if you make the resistance c of the relay 8 "much smaller than the resistance of the call relay of the telephone office F.
By moving the contacts bi, bz there is therefore a feed current of the subscriber compared to the microphone. Te amplified direct current is sent via the connecting line L, as a result of which, and only then, the high-resistance relay W responds, the first winding WI of which in turn lies between the conductors La, Lb . Relay W switches its contacts ui, iv2 and thus switches the connecting line L to the alarm receiving station Al .
It consists, as shown in Fig. 3 detailed Licher, in a known manner from the hook switch Hic, the microphone 111i, the telephone TI and the speech transformer T7-. The alarm clock We is provided, which is arranged in series with the capacitor gi, the alarm clock and capacitor being switched by the hook switch Hic. can be short-circuited.
In the supply line to the microphone Illi there is also a second winding WII of the relay W. It is used to hold the W relay even if: a relatively low-ohmic shunt has been established to the high-ohmic winding WI by actuating the hook switch Hie, which could cause the -W relay to drop out if the holding winding is missing.
