Fussbandage. Bekannt sind Knöchelgelenkbandagen, wie auch Vorfussbandagen in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Die Knöchelgelenkbandagen umschliessen das Knöchelgelenk und das Längsgewölbe des Fusses und können auch gleichzeitig den Vorfuss umschliessen, wäh rend die Vorfussbandagen lediglich den Vor fuss umschliessen und zur Stützung desselben dienen.
Diese Fussbandagen wurden vielfach besonders als Ergänzung zur Senkfusseinlage getragen, wodurch sowohl die Fussgelenk- bandagen oder die Vorfussbandagen, als auch die Senkfusseinlagen erforderlich waren.
Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung weist die Fussbandage, die zum Beispiel eine Vor- fussbandage oder eine Knöchelgelenkbandage sein kann, eine Senkfusseinlage an geeigneter Stelle zur Stützung des Fussgewölbes auf. Durch diese Kombination werden zum Bei spiel die Vorteile der Knöchelgelenkbandage oder der Spreizfussbandage mit denen der Senkfusseinlage vereinigt.
Die Knöchelgelenkbandage oder Spreiz fussban.dage kann aus einem oder mehreren elastischen oder unelastischen Teilen herge stellt sein. Besteht die Knöchelgelenkban- .dage oder Spreizfussbandage aus mehreren Teilen, so können die Teile aus gummi- .elastischem und unelastischem Material zu sammengesetzt sein.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand an einer inöchelgelenkbandage in beispielsweiser Ausführung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Schnitt, Fig. 3 einen wagrechten Schnitt nach Linie A-A, und Fig. 4 einen senkrechten Querschnitt einer Ausführungsform, Fig. 5 einen Längsschnitt einer andern Ausführungsfarm,
und Fig. 6 einen wagrechten Schnitt nach Linie B-B mit einer Holz- oder Metallfeder oder dergleichen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine Knöchel gelenkbandage aus einem Stück Gummiband dargestellt, wovon .der Teil a das Knöchel- ,lenk und der Teil b das Längsgewölbe des Fusses umschliesst. .An dem Teil b ist die Pelotte c zur Stützung des Längsgewölbes an geeigneter ,Stelle befestigt. Die Befestigung kann dadurch erfolgen, dass die Pelotte durch Nähte e am Rand, und zwar ringsum oder nur teilweise mit der Knöchelgelenkbandage fest verbunden wird. Die Pelotte c kann inner halb der Bandage, wie gezeichnet, oder un terhalb dem Teil b befestigt sein. Ebenso.
kann die Pelotte ohne Überzug oder mit Überzug oder ohne Unterlage und mit Unter lage befestigt sein, und zwar kann dabei .die Pelotte allein oder der Überzug allein oder die Unterlage allein, oder beide gleichzeitig oder Überzug und Pelotte gleichzeitig be festigt sein. Die Unterlage oder der Über zug kann aus geeignetem Leder oder, sonst beliebigem Material bestehen.
Dieselben Ausführungsarten der Her stellung können auch durch Kleben am Rand ringsum oder teilweise oder auf der ganzen Fläche ausgeführt werden, und zwar allein oder gleichzeitig in Verbindung mit der Be festigungsart durch Nähte am Rand. Die Längsgewölbepelotte c oder die Längsge- wölbebrücke f kann auch in den Teil b .durch Einsehieben in eine an geeigneter Stelle angebrachte Tasche auswechselbar be festigt werden (Fig. 5).
Sämtliche Ausfüh rungsformen können auch Anwendung fin den bei der Verwendung von Längs_gewölbe- brüeken f aus Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder sonst beliebigem Material (Fig. 5 und 6). Die Längsgewölbebrücke f ist nach der Zeich nung mit einem Überzug g versehen, .der durch Nähte mit dem Bandagenteil b fest verbunden ist. Der Überzug kann die Längsgewölbebrüeke f ganz oder nur teil weise umfassen oder bedecken, so zum Bei spiel kann der Überzug g mit der Verlän gerung h versehen sein.
Bei allen Ausführungsformen ist auch vorgesehen, dass die Anordnung des Kissens c oder der Längsgewölbebrücken f sowohl innerhalb, als auch ausserhalb der Bandage an geeigneter Stelle erfolgen kann. Die Längsgewölbestütze <I>c, f</I> kann auch gleichzeitig mit einer Spreizfusspelotte d in Verbindung gebracht werden, wodurch das Längsgewölbe und das Quergewölbe (i4leta- tarsus) gestützt wird. Die beiden Stützkör per<I>c, d</I> können in fester Verbindung oder getrennt voneinander auf dem Teil b der Bandage angeordnet sein (Fig. 3).
Ist die Pelotte c nur teilweise durch ihren Rand auf dem Teil b befestigt, so entsteht zwi schen der Pelotte c und dem Teil b eine Tasche, in welche die Spreizfusspelotte d zur Verbindung mit der Fussbandage aus wechselbar oder fest eingesteckt werden kann. Wenn der Stützkörper für das Längs gewölbe nur teilweise mit der Bandage ver bunden wird, entsteht auf .der Längsseite des Stützkörpers eine Öffnung, in welche Keile eingesteckt werden können, um die Pelotte- höhe individuell zu regulieren.
Die Ausführungsart der Knöchelgelenk bandage oder der Spreizfussbandage kann beliebig sein. Sowohl die Knöchelgelenk-, als auch die Vorfussbandagen werden in ver schiedenen Ausführungsarten hergestellt.
Die Form der Längsgewölbepelotte kann beliebig sein. Der .Senkfussstützkörper selbst kann aus Hohlkissen mit Luftfüllung, aus weichem Vollgummi, aus porösem Gummi oder aus einem mit elastischem Material ge füllten Kissen bestehen. Der Stützkörper kann auch aus einer Längsgewölbebrücke aus Holz oder Metall, Kunststoff oder einer sonst beliebigen Ausführung und Material bestehen.
Die Art und Ausführung der eigentlichen Fussbandage wie auch deren Material kann beliebig sein.
Foot bandage. Known are ankle bandages, as well as forefoot bandages in different designs. The drawing shows an ankle joint bandage made of a piece of rubber band, of which part a encloses the ankle joint and part b encloses the longitudinal arch of the foot. .At part b, the pad c is attached to a suitable location to support the longitudinal arch. If the support body for the longitudinal arch is only partially connected to the bandage, an opening is created on the longitudinal side of the support body, into which wedges can be inserted in order to individually regulate the height of the pad.
The ankle bandage or splayfoot bandage can be of any type. Both the ankle bandages and the forefoot bandages are produced in different designs.
The shape of the longitudinal vault pad can be any. The arch support body itself can consist of hollow cushions filled with air, of soft solid rubber, of porous rubber or of a cushion filled with elastic material. The support body can also consist of a longitudinal arch bridge made of wood or metal, plastic or any other design and material.
The type and design of the actual foot bandage as well as its material can be any.
