Pneumatische Schuheinlage.
Die pneumatischen Schuheinlagen bekannter Art bestehen aus einem länglichen Luftkissen, welches in erster Linie zur Stützung des Längsgewölbes des Fusses dient.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine pneumatische Schuheinlage, welche nicht nur zur Hebung des Längsbogens bestimmt ist, sondern infolge ihrer eigenartigen Gestaltung gleichzeitig den Querbogen des Fusses in der Gegend der Zehenballen stützt bzw. als Gewölbe für die Gelenkballen dient. Auf diese Weise werden die schmerzhaften Stellen in der Gegend der Zehenballen entlastet und dadurch alle die schmerzhaften Begleiterscheinungen in den meisten Fällen sofort zum Verschwinden gebracht.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist das Luftkissen mit einem vorderen Fortsatz versehen, welcher etwa hinter den Gelenkballen der mittleren Zehen endet und zu beiden Seiten einen freien Raum für den pfeilerartig wirkenden Grosszehen-und Kleinzehenballen lässt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausfnhrungsbeispiel eines solchen Luftkissens in Oberansicht dargestellt.
Mit a ist der an sich bekannte Teil des Luftkissens bezeichnet, welcher vornehmlich das Längsgewölbe des Fusses stützt und auf der schmiegsamen Leder-od. dgl. Sohle b befestigt ist.
Das Luftkissen a hat nach dem Zehengelenk hin einen nierenförmig vorgewölbten Fortsatz e, der ungefähr vor den hinteren Zehengelenken der zweiten, dritten und vierten Zehe endet. Die Vorwölbung oder Verlängerung c lässt zu beiden Seiten d, e genügend Raum für die grosse und kleine Zehe, so dass also die beiden Pfeiler des vorderen Querbogens für das Zehengelenk- nämlich Geosszehen und Kleinzehenballen-auf der die Unterlage bildend !' Sohle 11 aufruhen, während der mittlere Teil des Querbogens durch das vorgezogene Luftkissen c in einer Wölbung erhalten wird. Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, dass sowohl der Längs-wie der Querbogen des Fusses durch ein einziges Luftkissen korrigiert werden kann.
Es sei erwähnt, dass das Wesen der Erfindung in der Anordnung eines Fortsatzes c besteht, während das Luftkissen an sich beliebig ausgebildet sein kann. So z. B. kann der Innenraum des letzteren in zwei oder mehrere Kammern unterteilt sein.
PATENT-ANSRPÜCHE :
1. Pneumatische Schuheinlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Luftkissen mit einem vorderen Fortsatz (c) versehen ist, welcher zur Stützung des Quergewölbes des Fusses dient.

The subject of the invention is a pneumatic shoe insert which is not only intended to lift the longitudinal arch, but also supports the transverse arch of the foot in the area of the ball of the toes or serves as an arch for the ball of the joint due to its peculiar design. In this way, the painful areas in the area of the ball of the toes are relieved and, in most cases, all the painful accompanying symptoms disappear immediately.
