Description
Klein-Automat. Klein-Automaten werden meistens durch Hebel oder Druckknöpfe betätigt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Klein- Automat, ,dessen Betätigungsorgan eine Wippe ist.
Im folgenden wird anhand der Zeich nung, ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin dungsgegenstandes erläutert.
In den Fig. I und II ist der Klein- Automat im eingeschalteten, in Fig. III im ausgeschalteten Zustande wiedergegeben.
1 ist der Isoliersockel, auf welchem der feste Kontakt 2 und die bewegliche Kontakt feder 3 angeordnet sind. 3 ist über das Knie gelenk 4 mit dem Zapfen 6 der Wippe 5 gekuppelt. Die Wippe ist um den Drehpunkt 8 drehbar. In der Einschaltstellung wird die Wippe durch den unter der Totpunkt linie 9 liegenden Anschlag 10, 11 gehalten. In der Ausschaltstellung, in welche die Wippe durch die Feder 12 gedreht wird, so- bald die Drehbewegung von Hand eingeleitet wurde, bildet der Stift 1,3 den Anschlag.
Durch Drücken auf die obere Wippen hälfte bis in .die Endstellung wird der Auto mat eingeschaltet. Beim Drücken auf die untere Wippenhälfte springt die Wippe, so bald der Zapfen 6 die Totpunktlinie 9 über- schritten hat, infolge der Federn 3 und 12 in die Ausschaltstellung.
Die Wippe besitzt die Vorteile .der Druck knopfbetätigung, die in ihrer Handhabe ein facher ist als die Hebelbetätigung und ohne besondere Hilfsmittel ein sprunghaftes Aus schalten ermöglicht. Zudem vereinigt die Wippe die beiden Druckknöpfe in einem Stück.

In FIGS. I and II the mini-machine is shown in the switched-on state, and in FIG. III in the switched-off state.
1 is the insulating base on which the fixed contact 2 and the movable contact spring 3 are arranged. 3 is articulated on the knee 4 with the pin 6 of the rocker 5 coupled. The rocker can be rotated around the pivot point 8. In the switched-on position, the rocker is held by the stop 10, 11 located below the dead center line 9. In the switch-off position, into which the rocker is rotated by the spring 12, as soon as the rotary movement has been initiated by hand, the pin 1, 3 forms the stop.
The automat is switched on by pressing the upper half of the rocker to the end position. When the lower half of the rocker is pressed, the rocker jumps into the switch-off position as soon as the pin 6 has passed the dead center line 9 as a result of the springs 3 and 12.
The rocker has the advantages of the push-button actuation, which is easier to handle than the lever actuation and enables abrupt switching off without special tools. In addition, the rocker combines the two push buttons in one piece.
