Durch die beschriebene Vorrichtung kann .die Begrenzung eines Drehmomentes in weit- gehendstem Sinne erzielt wenden, und zwar sowohl im Sinne einer Zunahme, als auch einer Abnahme desselben, die Vorrichtung ist also in keiner Weise auf die Regulierung von Uhrwerken beschränkt und kann rein bei spielsweise auch bei Aufzugsanordnungen anderer als elektrischer Art Verwendung fin den Grundsätzlich ist es auch nicht notwen dig, dass der mit der Feder 16 zusammen wirkende Körper, wie beim Ausführungsbei spiel, eine drehbare Welle 6 ist;
Device for limiting a torque. The present invention relates to a device for limiting a torque before, in which the ends of a spring each with a transmission means of. : which one driving and the other are driven, are connected and the spring interacts with a body at normal tension changes, which thereby limits the useful effect of the torque of the driving transmission means.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the invention, in application to a clockwork with an electric elevator.
Between plates 1, the axis 2 of the barrel 3 of the clockwork, one by a gear 4 with the barrel axis 2 verbun dene clockwork intermediate shaft 5, a shaft 6, and two other shafts 7 and 8, of which the 8 shafts the drive disk 9 one Electric motor 10 carries.
On the shaft 6 sit loose drives 11 and 12, which represent both gears and of which the one 11 meshes with a gear 13 of the barrel 3, whereas the one 12 via drive wheels 14 that sit on the shaft 7 with one on the Shaft 8 fixed pinion 15 is connected.
Between the drives 11, 12, the shaft 6 is set to a larger diameter and is surrounded with play by a helical file 16, which helical spring is on one end on the drive 11 and on the other. 12 is attached. A lever 17 is attached to the shaft 6, which at its free end has a pin 18 which is in operative connection with: the drive disk 9 and is under the influence of a spring 19 which tries to keep the pin 18 out of action on the drive to hold disk 9.
When the clockwork is in operation, the spring in the barrel 3 slowly relaxes, and the motor IQ counteracts this by driving the helical spring 16 and the drive wheel 11, the barrel 3 via the wheels 15, 14, 12 and thereby. the spring located therein retensioned. If the resistance increases: the clock spring beyond the force of the helical spring 16, it is pulled together, i.e. its diameter is reduced until it comes to rest on the offset diameter of the shaft 6 and clamps itself on the shaft 6 turns.
As a result, the lever 17 is pivoted against the action of the spring 19, so that its pin 18 rests against the drive pulley 9 and brakes the motor 10. If the torque of the barrel axis 2 decreases again, then the helical spring 16 also relaxes again so that it releases the shaft 6 so that the spring 19 comes into effect and the pin 18 releases the electric motor 10 again, ( So this water comes back into function.
By means of the described device, the limitation of a torque can be achieved in the broadest sense, both in the sense of an increase and a decrease of the same, so the device is in no way limited to the regulation of clockworks and can be used purely for example even in elevator arrangements other than electrical use fin the In principle, it is also not neces sary that the body cooperating with the spring 16, as in the game Ausführungsbei, is a rotatable shaft 6;
this body could also be stationary and the spring could, by turning it open or closed, i.e. changing its tension in one sense or the other, put it on, that is, it could act as a direct brake. The body could also surround the spring, so that the latter turn open, that is, change its tension in a spatially expanding sense, with .the body comes into action.
The invention can also advantageously be used for driving a gear regulation. In this case the device is installed between the power transmitter and the regulating device. It has the effect that no force exceeding a certain limit can act on the regulating device, so that a high degree of accuracy can be achieved.
