Description
Device for holding current conductors on walls of electrical switchgear. In electrical switchgear with several individual switchgear panels separated by sheet metal walls, it is known to screw the electrical lead wires to the metal panels with the help of clamps, Bü gels or any holders. However, this fastening has the disadvantage that threads have to be cut into the metal sheets, and that for this reason the metal sheets must also be comparatively thick.
These disadvantages are avoided if, according to the innovation, a screwless connection is used to hold the current conductor in place. Such a connection also has the advantage that it can be attached to the panel and released more quickly and easily than the known screw connections.
The innovation is shown in the drawing by an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 1 shows the wall of an electrical switchgear together with the attached Stromlei tern in elevation and Fig. 2 shows an associated cross-section. The panel a made of sheet metal, insulating panels or any other material is provided with unthreaded holes b through which the tabs c and d of the bracket f protrude, which in turn serve to hold the conductor g on the panel a. The bracket f can be made of spring material.
However, it is sufficient if only the tab d has a resilient nose designed in the manner of a locking pawl, which hooks behind the panel wall a when it is guided through the hole b, while the tab r - is only for support of the bracket f on panel a has to take care of. It is also advisable to provide panel a with more holes b than are required to attach ladder g. All holes b can be drilled at the same time using a drilling template.
The main advantage of drilling excess holes b is that the conductors g can be conveniently attached, since suitable holes are also available when the actual line design deviates more or less from the originally intended one. If one also chooses all holes b to be the same size, one and the same line holder f can be used for all holes. In some cases it is even advisable to use evenly perforated sheets, so-called perforated sheets, for the control panels over the entire surface and to normalize the length of the bracket according to the hole spacing.
