Auslaufhahn.

Fig. 1.
Outlet tap. Until now, it is common to use wooden barrel taps whose mouth is open to the güken, for example when serving drinks from sweet cider and the like. Wooden cock chicks, however, suffer from the problem that when the barrel cock is closed, drops remain on the inside of the chick and, when they dry out, they become a favorable breeding ground for the spores of the mold and fermentation fungi, but often also the place where insects and their feeding points come together, if do not even form their brood deposit sites.
If the drink is then drained from the barrel again after a short or long period of time, the mushrooms or the brood of insects are swept along with it and thus get into the drinks, which endangers health when they are consumed. On the other hand, it is also not uncommon for mushrooms located in the outlet of the tap to be detached by the turning movement of the chick and to get into the inside of the barrel when it is opened or closed in order to then infect the barrel contents and it

^ <SEP> - annoyingly close <SEP> or <SEP> even <SEP> inedible <SEP>. The drawbacks mentioned are intended to eliminate the outlet tap according to the present invention.
This is characterized by the fact that it consists of non-oxidizable metal at least in its closing parts and a valve is installed in the outlet opening of an outlet nozzle for its closure so that its outer surface in the final state merges flush with the front edge at the outlet end of the outlet nozzle allow easy and safe cleaning of the discharge point.
The drawing shows various exemplary embodiments from the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a first embodiment; Figures 2 to 6 relate to five further examples. The valve body a (Fig. 1) consists entirely of non-oxidizable metal, for example rust-free and ogyd-free steel.
It has an outflow nozzle b, at whose outlet opening a seat b1 is provided for its conical shut-off valve c, which is also made of non-oxidizable metal. The valve c is equipped with a metal spindle d, which is guided by means of a thread k in an attachment piece ä1 of the straw body a and is seen on the outside with a handle d2.
The valve c in the outlet opening of the nozzle b1 is designed so that its outer surface e1 in the final state merges flush with the lower end face of the outlet nozzle, as can be seen from FIG. 1, so that the outflow point can be cleaned easily and safely.
This figure also shows that penetration of insects and spores of fungi ili the inside of the cock is completely excluded because the shut-off valve c fits smoothly and evenly into the outlet opening of the nozzle b. The rubbing hang-. permanent drop is easy.
In the example according to FIG. 2, the valve c is opened by means of a pressure lever e which is articulated to the spindle dl of the valve c and allows the valve to be opened by pressing it down against the spring g.
In this example, the stem body a consists of wood, while the outlet connection b with the valve spindle guide b2 is expanded into a piece of non-oxidizable metal inserted into the stem body a, over which the support f for the lever e is pushed. The arrangement and design of the valve c are similar to those in FIG. 1.
In the open position, the valve c can, if appropriate, be fixed by a pawl 1i which is hinged to the lever e and which hooks onto the flange of the adjustable sealing sleeve i when the lever e is pressed down. When this pawl is triggered, the valve closing itself can then take place.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the valve c, as in FIG. 1, has a guide by means of a thread .k, but now in the part b2 of the .metallenen outlet .b through the wooden bevel: valve body a upwards through.
According to FIG. 4, the metal outlet nozzle b3, in whose part b4 the spindle of the valve c is guided by means of a thread. firmly attached to the wooden tap body a by means of a slip-on sleeve.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the guide part bl for the thread of the spindle of the valve c forms a special metal piece screwed into the wooden stem body a from above, as well as the metal outlet nozzle b5, which is inserted into the tap body a from below one is screwed.
In the variant according to FIG. 6, the valve c has the shape of a double cone which, in contrast to the previously mentioned case, allows the outlet connection to be closed from the inside to the outside.
Instead of a threaded guide for the valve, a bayonet-like guide or any other guide device could be used.
If you want to use the outlet as a hose tap instead of a barrel tap as in the examples shown, it is sufficient to simply design the tap body as a hose connection piece.
