Description
Blechpaket mit Abstandshaltern für elektrische Maschinen. Bekanntlich wird bei elektrischen Ma schinen der aktive Blechkörper so in Pakete unterteilt, dass zwischen denselben Luftschlitze entstehen, durch welche Kühlluft getrieben wird. In diese Luftschlitze werden Abstands halter eingelegt, welche Bekannterweise durch Nieten, Löten oder Schweissen mit den Blech segmenten verbunden werden, um gegen Vi- Brationen und Herausfallen gesichert zu sein.
Diese Operationen sind immer zeitraubend und gewähren zudem keine absolute Sicher heit gegen Lockerwerden und Herausfallen der Abstandshalter. Die Erfindung hat ein Blechpaket mit Abstandshaltern zum Gegenstand, die haken förmige Ansätze aufweisen, die achsial durch Schlitze der ersten Segmentlagen einführbar und radial in Schlitze der nächstfolgenden Segmentlagen verschiebbar sind, derart, dass sie im gepressten Blechkörper festsitzen.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt im Quer- schnitt und in Stirnansicht ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Die Verbindung der im Querschnitt U- förmigen Abstandshalter 1 mit dem lamel- lierten Blechkörper 3 wird dadurch herge stellt, dass die Haken 2 der Abstandshalter durch Schlitze 4 des lamellierten Blechkörpers achsial eingeführt und durch radiale Ver schiebung endgültig in Schlitze 5 der nächst folgenden Blechsegmente zu liegen kommen. Nach der Pressung der Blechkörper findet dann eine gesicherte Verschachtelung von Ab standshalter und Blechsegment statt, ohne dass dadurch die Blechsegmente unter sich leitend verbunden werden.

In these air slots spacers are inserted, which are known to be connected to the sheet metal segments by riveting, soldering or welding in order to be secured against vibrations and falling out.
These operations are always time consuming and do not guarantee absolute security against loosening and falling out of the spacers. The invention relates to a laminated core with spacers which have hook-shaped lugs that can be axially inserted through slots in the first segment layers and radially displaced into slots in the next segment layers so that they are stuck in the pressed sheet metal body.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject of the invention in cross section and in front view. The connection of the cross-sectionally U-shaped spacer 1 with the laminated sheet metal body 3 is produced by inserting the hooks 2 of the spacers axially through slots 4 of the laminated sheet metal body and finally shifting them radially into slots 5 of the next following sheet metal segments come lying down. After the sheet metal body has been pressed, the spacer and sheet metal segment are securely nested without the sheet metal segments being conductively connected to one another as a result.
