Hot water boiler with gas heating. The subject of the present invention is a hot water boiler with gas heating, in which a pipe is arranged through the water tank.
According to the invention, a heating pipe connected to the container space at the bottom and top is used in this tube, in which the water flowing through it is heated. As a result, the greater part of the boiler contents is heated by the heating pipe and only to a lesser extent by the pipe penetrating the water tank, so that the boiler contents can be heated up in a much shorter time than if the heat transfer were only takes place through the wall of the continuous pipe.
The pipe passing through the water tank is expediently arranged in such a way that it can be removed by having a sealing ring with a conical seal at the bottom and a stuffing box at the top.
An embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown in section on the drawing. The water tank l2, has a strong insulation layer made of cork and at the bottom in the middle a welded sealing ring 2 with a conical sealing surface 3. Inside the in the middle of the tank 1 a set, the same penetrating tube 4 is arranged in the form of a helical heating pipe Heating coil 18. The heating coil 18 is connected to the container space at the top and bottom, so that the water can flow through it and heat up in the process.
The tube 4 has a ring at the bottom, the conical sealing surface 6 of which can fit against the surface 3 of the ring 2. The ring 5 is screwed onto the ring 2 by means of six screws 7. Das.Rohr 4 is at the top at the point at which it passes through the container 1, narrowed a little 'and the exhaust gases exit through an opening 8 of a hood 9. The water formed by condensation on the cover can pass through a lateral opening 10 of the cover 9 into the continuous tube 4, from where it can flow out through a line together with the water that forms on the walls of the tube 4 through condensation.
Since the evaporated water condenses on the lid, it will not settle on the outer jacket of the boiler and run down here.
The stuffing box arranged at the top between the container 1 and the tube 4 has a ring piece 11 welded to the container 1 with an external thread, in which the packing 12 is held in place by means of the ring part 13 and the union nut 14 that can be screwed onto the ring piece 11. Because this stuffing box is inserted into the insulation layer of the container 1, the heat losses of the boiler can be reduced.
A gas burner 15 is arranged at the lower end of the tube 4, to which the gas is fed via a valve 16. This valve 16 can be set by a thermostat 17 reaching inside the container, whereby the flame can be regulated depending on the temperature of the water in the container 1. The container space 1 has an inlet pipe 19 and an outlet pipe 20: Since the heat transfer in the boiler takes place both through the walls of the pipe 4 and through the heating coil 18, the boiler contents can be heated up in a very short time.
The heating of the boiler content takes place here for the greater part through the heating pipe 18 and only to a lesser extent through the pipe that goes through the water container.
