Device for monitoring energy distribution systems. For monitoring energy distribution systems, it is known to provide signaling devices, for example luminous circuit diagrams, which show the operating status of the system to be monitored and spatially separate control devices, which are usually conveniently arranged on a control panel in front of the luminous circuit diagram as part of a mimic diagram use. The operating state of the monitored parts of the system is shown in such devices by different lighting of the corresponding symbols of the luminous circuit diagram.
For this purpose, for example, either differently colored lighting or the well-known light-dark circuit is used.
In the known devices of this type, it is customary to show the changes in switch positions by flashing the corresponding symbols in the luminous circuit diagram. By adjusting the relevant control switch, which also serves as a position indicator in the mimic diagram, this flashing light is switched off and the message is acknowledged.
These known devices have several disadvantages. While you have the entire wall surface available for the luminous circuit diagram, the depth of the mimic diagram caused by the limited reach of the hand in many cases inevitably leads to a spatially dense arrangement of the operating elements. This is particularly the case when it comes to extensive systems to be monitored, and the spatial separation of signaling devices (illuminated circuit diagram) and control devices (mimic diagram with control switches on a special control panel) is particularly important for such systems.
As a result, in critical moments, if, for example, several switches in the monitored system fall at the same time, there is a possibility that the operator, instead of acknowledging the notification of a broken switch, inadvertently flips a control switch of another line section that is located close to it in the mimic diagram. where malfunctions can be caused by, or at least the flashing of other symbols in the luminous circuit diagram could give the impression that other parts of the system have changed their operating status.
This danger is particularly great because the operator cannot see both positions at the same time and consequently the change in position indicated in the luminous circuit diagram first has to be mentally transferred to the mimic diagram in front of him.
The purpose of the invention is to avoid this risk to the company and to ensure that the messages received are correctly acknowledged. In the monitoring device according to the invention, operating status messages are given as usual by the symbols of the luminous circuit diagram, but also in the mimic diagram of the individual control switches associated display devices, for example signal lamps, are provided, which if the control switch position does not match the position of the associated organ address the system.
The invention is particularly advantageous if the luminous circuit diagram is one with electromagnetically controlled switch position indicators. This advantage is particularly important when these electromagnetically controlled switch position indicators are unlit in their switched-off position, so that they are difficult to see in this position, since the display devices change the position of the organs to be monitored for the Operation are clearly displayed.
The figure shows an embodiment of the invention. In a switching point I det is an overhead line branch, the BEZW via an oil switch 13 and isolating switch 11. 12 can be connected to a double busbar system. II is the associated illuminated circuit diagram for this system. The light symbols of the corresponding switch are denoted by 21, 22 and 23. These are electromagnetically controlled position indicators, which are not illuminated when they are in the off position.
Furthermore, a mimic diagram III, which is spatially separated from the luminous circuit diagram and contains the control elements, in this example the control switches 31, 32, 33, is also provided. For one of the switches shown, namely for the disconnector 11, the associated monitoring and control devices are shown. The disconnector 11 controls two auxiliary contacts 16 and 17 assigned to its two end positions.
In the position shown, the coil 25 of the associated luminous symbol 21 in the luminous circuit diagram 1I is excited via the auxiliary contact 17, so that this luminous symbol assumes the position corresponding to the off position of the isolating switch. In the switched-on position, the isolating switch 11 closes the auxiliary contact 16, so that the single coil 24 of the isolating switch symbol 21 is excited. The lighting devices of the lighting circuit diagram are indicated by the lamps 26.
These are switched on or off depending on the voltage, for example, depending on the operating status of the symbols assigned to them.
The mimic diagram III is conveniently arranged in the form of a desk in front of the illuminated circuit diagram II, the control acknowledgment switches located in the mimic diagram have two command positions, 37 for the switch-off and 38 for the switch-on command and also serve as a position indicator in the mimic diagram. They are designed such that the command contacts 37 and 38 are only closed when a command is given. In the rest position used as the display position, the command contacts are geöff net in both operating positions, as is also indicated in the figure.
This prevents the corresponding oil switch from pumping in the event of an automatic trip. For example, a special command movement in the axial direction can be provided for the control acknowledgment switches for this purpose.
The control acknowledgment switches also have two auxiliary contacts 35 and 36 for the acknowledgment. 34 is the signal lamp, by which a mismatch of the positions is reported. With the spatially dense arrangement of the control acknowledgment switches on the control panel, it is advantageous to arrange the display devices (signaling lamps) assigned to them in such a way that they form a whole with the acknowledgment switches. For example, you can make the operating handle of the control acknowledgment switch in a known manner made of translucent material and illuminate it from the inside through the indicator lamp.
To switch on the disconnector 11, the control acknowledgment switch 31 is placed on the contact 38 so that the switch-on coil 14 is energized. To switch off, the contact 37 of the control acknowledgment switch 31 and the switch-off coil 15 of the disconnector 11.
In the exemplary embodiment, the assumption is made that the oil switch 13 is a clutch switch that can connect two power supply units under voltage, namely the upper busbar and the overhead line. The electromagnetic position indicators are not illuminated when they are in the off position. The illuminated parts of the luminous circuit diagram and the dummy circuit diagram are indicated by hatching in the figure.
A switching state is shown in which the oil switch 13 has been triggered automatically for some reason. As a result, the corresponding symbol 23 in the illuminated circuit diagram has been moved to the exhibition. This change would be particularly difficult to recognize with the illuminated circuit diagram because the adjacent line parts are still under voltage, that is, the corresponding line symbols remain illuminated, as is also indicated in the figure.
The actuating handle of the control switch 33 of the dummy circuit, which simultaneously serves as a display device, is now illuminated, since its position no longer corresponds to that of the corresponding oil switch. The service officer, who has the mimic diagram in front of him, is immediately made aware of this important change in switch position when this operating handle lights up.
It is easily possible to indicate the changes in the operating state that result from an automatic switch position change in the system in a manner known per se, also by means of a flashing light in the illuminated circuit diagram.
