Description

  

      Nauerverschalung    in Eisenkonstruktion.    Gegenstand     _    vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Mauerverschalung in     Eisenkonstruktion,     die für Baugeschäfte Verwendung finden  kann.  



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschau  licht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die Verschalung im     Ge-          brauchszustande,    die übrigen Figuren die  Einzelheiten.  



  Wie aus     Fig.    1, 2 und 4 ersichtlich ist,  besitzt die Verschalung zugespitzte, aus  T-Eisen bestehende Pfähle und ebensolche  Seitenversperrungen. Die Pfähle a sind mit  den Seitenversperrungen b mittelst Gelenken  i verbunden, so dass sie beliebig gespreizt       bezw.    zusammengeklappt werden können.  



  Diese .Seitenversperrungen bestehen aus  zwei in Längsrichtung gegeneinander ver  schiebbaren Teilen, wobei der eine, in seit  lichen Schlaufen d geführte Teil mittelst  eines mit Flügelschraube versehenen Stell  ringes c am andern Teil festgeschraubt wer  den kann.    An den Pfählen a befinden sich beidseitig  die angeschweissten Haken e, in welche die  Verschalungsbleche     f    eingehängt werden.  Diese sind, wie aus     Fig.    3 ersichtlich, oben  mit einem     Winkeleisen    k versehen, mit den  zum     Einhängen    bestimmten Löchern g.  



  .     Fig.    5 veranschaulicht einen zweiteiligen,  mit Nute versehenen, verstellbaren Reiter,  der auf verschiedene Längen ausgezogen und       mittelst    einer Flügelschraube     h    festgestellt  werden kann. Er wird oben auf der Ver  schalung aufgesetzt und dient zum Fest  halten der beiden Verschalungswände in der  gewünschten Dicke der Mauer.  



  Die beschriebene Verschalung ist leicht       und    schnell     aufstell-    und demontierbar und  ermöglicht die Erstellung einer     glatten     Mauerfläche.

  These .Seitenverperrungen consist of two longitudinally mutually displaceable parts ver, whereby the one, guided in lateral loops d part by means of an adjusting ring c provided with a wing screw can be screwed to the other part. On both sides of the posts a are the welded hooks e, into which the cladding plates f are hung. As can be seen from FIG. 3, these are provided at the top with an angle iron k, with the holes g intended for hanging.



  . Fig. 5 illustrates a two-part, grooved, adjustable rider which can be extended to different lengths and fixed by means of a wing screw h. It is placed on top of the formwork and is used to hold the two formwork walls in the desired thickness of the wall.



  The casing described can be set up and dismantled easily and quickly and enables the creation of a smooth wall surface.
