Description

  

      Dampferzeugungsanlage        für    hohen Druck.    Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine     Dampferzeu-          gungsanlage    für hohen Druck nach dem Pa  tentanspruch des Hauptpatentes mit Siede  rohren, die am     obern    Ende weiter sind als  am untern. Bisher sind solche Rohre auf ihrer  ganzen Länge gleich dick ausgeführt worden,  wobei die Beanspruchung an der Stelle .des  grössten Rohrdurchmessers für die Festlegung  der Wandstärke bestimmend war.

   Die Wand  stärke solcher Rohre ist daher auf dem gröss  ten Teil ihrer Länge zu stark bemessen, was  den Preis und das Gewicht des Kessels un  nötigerweise erhöht; zudem können im untern  Rohrteil. gefährliche Spannungen auftreten,  weil infolge der zu grossen Wandstärke  Wärmestauungen stattfinden.  



  Zwecks Behebung dieses Übelstandes  nimmt gemäss der Erfindung die     Wandstärke     der Siederohre von oben nach unten derart  ab, dass die Wandung auf der ganzen Rohr  länge im wesentlichen gleich beansprucht ist.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist je ein  Siederohr von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen des  Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht, und.  zwar zeigt       Fig.    1 einen senkrechten Längsschnitt    durch ein sich von unten nach oben konisch  erweiterndes Siederohr, wobei der Einfachheit  halber die obern und untern     Anschlussstücke,     die meistens angeschweisst sind, weggelassen  sind;       Fig.    2 zeigt einen entsprechenden Schnitt  durch ein Siederohr, das sich von unten nach  oben stufenförmig erweitert, wobei die An  schlussstücke ebenfalls weggelassen sind.  



  Bei beiden Siederohren 1 nimmt die  Wandstärke derselben von oben nach unten  ab, und zwar derart, dass die Wandung auf  der ganzen Rohrlänge im wesentlichen gleich  beansprucht ist.

  In order to remedy this inconvenience, according to the invention, the wall thickness of the boiler pipes decreases from top to bottom in such a way that the wall is stressed essentially equally over the entire length of the pipe.



  In the accompanying drawing, a boiler tube of two embodiments of the subject invention is illustrated, and. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a boiler pipe which widens conically from bottom to top, the upper and lower connection pieces, which are mostly welded on, being omitted for the sake of simplicity; Fig. 2 shows a corresponding section through a boiler pipe, which expands in steps from bottom to top, the connection pieces are also omitted.



  In the case of both boiler tubes 1, the wall thickness of the same decreases from top to bottom, in such a way that the wall is stressed essentially equally over the entire length of the tube.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Dampferzeugungsanlage nach dem Patent anspruch des Hauptpatentes mit Siederohren, die am obern Ende weiter sind als am untern Ende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand stärke der Rohre von oben nach unten derart abnimmt, dass die Wandung auf der ganzen Rohrlänge im wesentlichen gleich bean sprucht ist.
