Description
3letalldampfgleichrichter mit in Anodenschutzrohren angeordneten Anodengittern. Die Erfindung betrifft Metalldampfgleich- richter mit in Anodenschutzrohren ange ordneten Anodengittern.
Die Befestigung der Anodengitter erfolgt bisher in der Weise, dass man die Gitter entweder unmittelbar an der Wand des Ano- denschutzrohres befestigt oder Zwischen stücke aus Isoliermaterial zwischen Gitter und Anodenschutzrohr legt. In jedem Fall erfährt der Anodenrohrquerschnitt durch die Befestigungsmittel eine Verringerung, die zu einer Einengung des Lichtbogens im Bereich des Anodengitters führt. Die Befestigungs teile innerhalb des Anodenschutzrohres sind in elektrischer Hinsicht also nur nachteilig.
Neutralisationsflächen bieten sie nicht, so dass sie für den an ihnen vorbeigehenden Lichtbogen eigentlich nur störend wirken.
Gemäss der Erfindung befinden sich die Befestigungsstellen der Anodengitter ausser halb der Anodenschutzrohre. In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei spiele dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch ein Anodenschutzrohr mit angesetzten Kap pen, in denen das Anodengitter gelagert ist; Fig. 2 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform. In das Anodenschutzrohr 1 ist zwischen Anode 3 und Kathode das Gitter 2 einge setzt. In dem Anodenschutzrohr 1 befinden sich Öffnungen 4, vor denen Kappen 5 an geordnet sind. In jeder Kappe 5 befindet sich ein Isolierkörper 6. In dem Ausführungs beispiel ist der Isolierkörper mit Rippen 7 versehen, die die Kriechwege vom Anoden rohr zum Gitter verlängern. Das Gitter selbst ist mit seinen Halterungsteilen 8 in den Isolierkörper 6 bei 9 eingesetzt.
In ähnlicher Weise ist die Befestigung nach Fig. 2 ausgeführt. Hier besteht der Isolierkörper 6 aus einer Isolierglocke, in deren nach oben gerichtete Öffnung das eine Ende des Halterungsteils 8 des Gitters 2 eingreift.

They do not offer neutralization surfaces, so that they actually only have a disruptive effect on the arc that passes them.
According to the invention, the fastening points of the anode grids are located outside of the anode protection tubes. In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are shown games.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through an anode protection tube with attached Kap pen in which the anode grid is mounted; Fig. 2 shows another embodiment. In the anode protection tube 1, the grid 2 is set between anode 3 and cathode. In the anode protection tube 1 there are openings 4, in front of which caps 5 are arranged. In each cap 5 there is an insulating body 6. In the embodiment, the insulating body is provided with ribs 7, which extend the creepage distances from the anode tube to the grid. The grid itself is inserted with its mounting parts 8 in the insulating body 6 at 9.
The fastening according to FIG. 2 is carried out in a similar manner. Here the insulating body 6 consists of an insulating bell, in whose upwardly directed opening one end of the holding part 8 of the grille 2 engages.
