Device for automatic synchronization and parallel connection of alternating current networks. For the automatic synchronization of alternators to a network were already used devices in which the stand BEZW. the runner of an induction motor is on the network, while the runner BEZW. Stand is connected to the terminals of the generator to be connected in parallel. The rotor of the motor rotates in one sense or the other as long as the number of periods of the generator to be connected is greater or less than that of the network.
The rotation of the rotor is used to mechanically adjust the speed controller of the drive machine to the generator depending on the frequency difference. This device requires relatively large and expensive motors whose stator and rotor must be fed in three phases.
The invention relates to a device for automatic synchronization and parallel connection of alternating current networks and consists in that each circuit to be connected in parallel is assigned a relay with two magnet windings that controls the synchronization device, where of < B> each one of the total voltage of the circuits is continuously fed in series, while the other two are controlled by the frequency difference-sensitive organ in such a way that one of these two windings receives an additional voltage depending on the phase position of the circuits.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the new device are illustrated, the same reference numerals being chosen for the same individual parts in both cases.
In FIG. 1, a denotes an automatic parallel switching device of the rolling sector control contact type. Its essential parts are the timing relay b and the rolling sector control device e. The contact d of the timing relay b controls the switch-on magnet of the power switch f, which causes the parallel connection of the networks I, II.
The synchronizing converters g, h. are connected to these. There are also two relays i, k for controlling the mirror motor m provided, which initiates the synchronization of the network II to be connected in parallel. Each relay i, k has two magnet windings n, o respectively. p, q. The windings n and p are in series with the secondary windings of the converters g, </ I > rh and are consequently fed by the total voltage of networks 1, 11 .
Each of the other windings o, q is applied separately to the voltage of the secondary winding of the converter g , depending as you see the rotary drum r of the control device c in one or the other Senses and so the contact s is placed on the left or right counter contact t.
The movements of the rotary drum r are generated here according to the Ferraris principle by a magnet system whose windings u, v are adjusted in such a way that, given the same phase position of the networks 1, 11, there is no torque on the drum r is exercised. However, if a phase or If there is a difference in frequency, it rotates and thus its contact s in one or the other direction, whereby either the winding o or q is connected to the secondary voltage of the converter g .
The weighings ii, o respectively. p, q of both relays i, k are matched so that only relay i or k responds if not only windings p and n are at the total voltage of converters g, li, but also the second winding o or q voltage received, that means on the secondary winding of the converter g .
It is also assumed here that the windings n., O respectively. p # q the relay i respectively. k applied voltages are in phase or approximately in phase.
Depending on whether one or the other relay responds, the terminals of the motor are connected in one way or the other to the auxiliary network x . It thus turns in one direction or the other and, for example, adjusts the speed controller iv of the drive machine y of the generator v. to be connected in parallel. The switching of the relays i. lg accordingly takes place in pulses, depending on the frequency difference of the networks I, II, each according to whether the contact s of the rotary drum r is the right or left counter contact 1 < / B> touched.
If these relays are designed as time relays whose expiry time is longer than the time between two consecutive pulses, one relay remains closed during the pulses and the motor m regulates continuously in the sense of approximating the frequency of the network II to that of the network I. If both frequencies match, see the contacts d, of the relay b. the switch-on magnet of the power switch f receives voltage from the auxiliary network x and closes the switch, whereby the parallel connection of networks 1 and II is complete.
In the circuit according to FIG. 2, a synchronous sonoscope, which operates according to the rotating field principle, is used as the frequency difference-sensitive orgar, the stand of which is only single-phase whose rotor 2 is three-phase, or vice versa, is fed.
The power is supplied via the synchronizing converter g, h. of which the first is connected to two phases of the network I and the second is connected to the three phases of the network II, unlike the embodiment shown in FIG. 1. Depending on the difference between the frequencies of the networks 1, 11 , the rotor 2- rotates in one direction or the other and takes the drum r coupled to it along with its contact s. The rest of the work cycle corresponds to that of the design according to FIG. 1.
The response of the synchronizing relay i .. k can be forced in any relative phase position of the voltages of the networks I, II, for example in the phase opposition position. For this purpose, in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the relay i'ic is a reversing transformer in the current line of the magnet windings n, p, e rf fed by the sum voltage p, e rf > switched on,
which shifts the phase of the voltage of the n winding n or p by 180 ' in relation to the phase of the voltage of the windings of the timer relay b.
