Einrichtung für Luftreklame und ähnliche Ankündigungen in der Luft. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ein richtung für Luftreklame und ähnliche An kündigungen in der Luft, bei welcher min destens eine Stofffläche mit gegen letztere und die Luft sich abhebenden Zeichen;
zur Anwendung gelangt und besteht darin, dass diese Fläche an ihrer Vorderkante mit einer Versteifung versehen ist, mit der sie an einem biegsamen Zugorgan hängt, das seinerseits an einem Luftfahrzeug mit Motor ausziehbar angeordnet ist, so dass die Fläche beim Her ablassen aus einer ausklinkbaren Vorrichtung in oder am Flugzeug, sich durch den Fahr wind entfaltet, um dann wagrecht am durch den Fahrwind ausgezogenen Zugorgan durch die Luft geschleppt zu werden,
wobei sie dauernd durch den Fahrwind eine Straf fung erfährt, welche das Lesen der Beschriftung ermöglicht. Sind mehrere Flächen vorhan den, so können sie hintereinander am glei chen Zugorgan angeordnet sein. Für die Ver wendung bei nächtlichen Flügen. können die Flächen, beleuchtet oder die Beschriftungen durch Anwendung von Leuchtfarbe sichtbar gemacht werden.
Im Gegensatz zu ähnlichen Anordnungen kommen Gewichte zur Straf fung des Zugorganes oder zur Erzielung einer senkrechten Lage desselben nicht zur Anwendung. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass bei einem eventuellen Reissen des Zugorgane oder beim Abwerfen; der Stofffläche vor dem Landen eine Gefährdung von Personen aus geschlossen ist, weil die Stofffläche allein nur langsam zur Erde fällt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar bedeuten: Fig. 1 den Grundriss einer Stofffläche, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch die Stoff fläche, gemäss Fig. 1, und Fig. 3 eine schaubildliche Darstellung der Stofffläche in Verbindung mit einem Flugzeug.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Flugzeug 1, in dessen -Schwerpunktnähe ein biegsames Zug organ, zum Beispiel ein Kabel 2 befestigt ist, welches an seinem Ende einen Balken <B>3</B> trägt, der nötigenfalls gegen das Kabel- ende durch Drähte 7 verstrebt sein kann. An dem Balken 3 ist eine Stofffläche 4 befe stigt, für die er als Versteifung dient, und die mit Schriftzeichen 8 versehen ist. Am oder im Flugzeug befindet sich eine Ablass- vorrichtung 5, die es gestattet, da..s Kabel 2 beliebig auf- oder abzurollen.
Ferner be findet sich unter dem oder im Flugzeug eine Aufhängevorrichtung !6, an welcher die Stofffläche bei eingezogenem Kabel befestigt wird.
Durch die beschriebene Einrichtung soll eine Apparatur geschaffen werden, die es erlaubt, vom fliegenden Flugzeug aus eine Stofffläche, die an einem Kabel befestigt ist, abzuwerfen und nachzuziehen. Die Stoff fläche kann von beliebiger Form sein, ist vorzugsweise rechteckig und kann breit, das heisst von links nach rechts oder längs, das heisst von vorn nach hinten beschriftet wer den.
Die Schriftzeichen können in bekannter Weise auf die Stofffläche aufgeklebt oder aufgenäht oder aufgemalt .sein, oder aus der selben ausgespart werden, so dass sie ,sich so wohl gegen die Stofffläche, als auch gegen die Luf t deutlich abheben und während des Vorbeifliegens des Luftfahrzeuges von der Erde aus gelesen: werden können. Um die Schrift auch bei Nacht sichtbar machen zu können, kann dieselbe mit Leuchtfarbe be strichen oder,durch bekannte Mittel beleuch tet werden.
Das Zugorgan wird durch den Fahrwind ausgezogen und liegt beim Fluge wagrecht in der Luft, ebenso die Stofffläche. Die Querversteifung oder der Balken 3, welcher der Stofffläche an ihrer Stirnseite als feste Führung dient, kann zum Beispiel die Form eines Rohres besitzen (Fig. 2).
