Saugmundstilek für Staubsauger. Es gibt Saugmundstücke für Staubsauger, bei denen am Rand des Hohlkörpers ein Borstensatz vorgesehen ist. Dieser Borsten satz legt beim Bestreichen von Teppichen die Fasern derselben um, so dass die Zwischen räume zwischen diesen abgedeckt werden und das Absaugen des Staubes aus dem Grunde des Teppichs erschwert, wenn nicht gar ver- unmöglicht wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun ein Saugmundstück für Staubsauger, ohne Borstensatz, welches sich dadurch kennzeich net, dass es an seiner Saugmündung mit mindestens einem quer zu seiner Bewegungs richtung verlaufenden Kamm versehen ist, zum Zwecke, beim Bestreichen des Teppichs mit dem Saugmundstück die .Teppichfasern aufzukämmen und den Grund des Teppichs für das Absaugen des Staubes möglichst frei zulegen.
Vorteilhaft ist der .Kamm in Form einer Verzahnung an einer Randpartie des Hohl körpers des Saugmundstückes vorgesehen. Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Fig. 1 ist eine Hinteransicht, und Fig. 2 ein Querschnitt desselben.
A ist der Hohlkörper des Saugmund stückes mit dem Stutzen a zum Anschluss an das Saugrohr eines Staubsaugers. Der hintere Randteil dieses Hohlkörpers ist mit Zähnen b versehen, welche einen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Saugmundstückes verlaufenden Kamm bilden. Im Hohlkörper A ist ein Rost c eingesetzt, welcher zum Ab fangen und Zurückhalten von abgesaugten Fasern und Fremdkörpern dient, um ihren Eintritt in den Stutzen a zu verhindern.
Während das Saugmundstück, wie üblich, nach der Linie x auf dem zu reinigenden Teppich hin- und hergeschoben wird, kämmt der Kamm b die Fasern des Teppichs auf und legt den Grund desselben frei, so dass der Staub tief aus dem Teppich heraus ab gesaugt werden kann. Fasern oder grobe Fremdkörper, die vom Teppich mit abgesaugt werden, werden am Rost c zurückgehalten, so dass sie nicht in den Stutzen a gelangen können.
Statt eines Kammes könnten im Saug mundstück auch deren mehrere vorgesehen sein. Auch könnte der Kamm, statt an einer Randpartie des Saugmundstückes, mitten in dessen Saugfläche angeordnet sein.
